@SkyHelpTeam Install. Home move scheduled for 4.03.21. on that day initial engineer said there was a problem at the top of the telegraph pole. Pole damaged needed cherry picker. Never happened. Had two engineers now change the perfectly fine socket and tell us thete is a fault at top of pole.
