@SkySports So slow. The vidiprinter option was miles better. Goals as they went in, now you have to scroll forever, open the league you want. Not an improvement in my eyes

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, been having broadband issues for a long time, especially since sky q was installed... sometimes we cannot even watch on demand or Netflix. It’s not good really had countless engineers out... even gave us the log in to change channels and doing that doesn’t work

@SkyHelpTeam We upgraded to Sky Broadband Superfast, the description says "Your broadband package is reliable, unlimited fibre at super speeds for streaming on up to 10 devices, and sharing whenever you want." Yet when I use one device for streaming it's bad connection/cuts off.
