@SkyHelpTeam That seems odd as it worked for one program before the practice and then didn’t activate for the practice immediately after and I see from other post that I am not the only one to have this issue

@SkyHelpTeam I have done all that and had an engineer visit/new box but still having the same issues. Broadband is working perfectly with all other devices. This has happened since the update.

@SkyHelpTeam Why are my @btsport channels so pixelated. All other channels work fine. Tried resetting the box and following the help instruction. Fine for 2 minutes after the reset then they’re f****ed again. Unwatchable and a waste of money
