    @nicoladavison35 I have been constantly in contact with Sky since June, yesterday I was told I will NOT be receiving any REFUND back from @SkyUK . I told them putting this issue on line was my last resort.

    @SkyHelpTeam That seems odd as it worked for one program before the practice and then didn’t activate for the practice immediately after and I see from other post that I am not the only one to have this issue

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried everything cablewise and switching on and off with no joy. Working perfectly last couple of years until this. Unable 2 check settings as blue screen remains. Lots of others appear 2 have same problem! Can software be pushed through to update or reverse?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q installed 3 months ago worst thing I’ve ever done. Customer for 19yrs and get fobbed off with too many appliances in home slowing WiFi. My old boxes gave me no trouble at all! And I’m paying extra cover for every room boost. The mini q cuts out and buffers every day.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah ive had the system about 2 months from brand new (sky q) including broadband, the main box works fine, however the mini box which is only located in the room above the main router will start pausing for about 3 minutes and become unresponsive as if the signal is dropping out

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. Yes its still down and according to the bt engineers working on it we won't have Internet for 2 weeks. Surely you've been advised of this by now
