@System2048 Yeah, it’s a glitch so you’ve essentially got unlimited until they fix it. They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam Yes all steps have been followed and it points towards booking an engineer. I have spoken to a neighbour who has said that the his virgin broadband had dropped out last night aswell but has since returned. Just wandered if the issues were linked at all.
