    @SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

    @SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

    @SkyUK wifi/broadband is absolutely useless. several times we’ve called to complain over intermittent wifi and even then nothing is done to solve the issue. i’m trying to submit college work constantly and can’t because of your incompetence to respond to complaints. #skybroadband

    @SkySports Why are the authorities always ******* around with the traditions of the game? They've already ruined the FA Cup with semi-finals being played at Wembley and a kick off time of 17:15. Just stop meaningless International friendlies just to satisfy sponsors, problem solved.

    @SkyHelpTeam my Q remote has stopped working. Will only let me press home button and off button. Tried resetting the remote as per website guidance, changed the batteries and still nothing. Help!
