    @SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

    Anyone else having trouble accessing any channels on #SkyGlass this morning? Is it the weather? I’m trying to watch Australian F1 practice session. Not able to watch the Sky Sports F1 channel. Or any other channel for that matter! M x @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, so just had an email about taking a 4 week trail for Sky Movies, have done, email said will be charged £6 for 6 months and then £12 thereafter, doesn't seem the case on my bills and ironically I cannot find how to cancel the "trail" either... help pls.
