I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)
