@SkyHelpTeam can’t believe after so many years of being a sky customer, they can’t even knock off the price increase when they aren’t giving us the speed of internet promised. We can find better price deals being new customers with other companies but thought we’d stay loyal.

My existing @SkyUK package is up for renewal - I currently pay £110.50 per month. The person on the phone has told me all prices have increased by 10% and the new price is £129.50 per month. Sorry but that’s a 17.19% increase. I threaten to cancel & it’s now £114. Funny that!
