@SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

It doesn't need to have a direct impact but if it subconsciously, or consciously, reminds people of the issues then its doing its bit.
