@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

@SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

@SkyHelpTeam I find it ironic that I only experienced the sound drop out issue #2yrnofix when I swapped out my 3rd party router for the Sky provided router after experiencing broadband speed issues. Unintended consequences that my choice of router protects me from an unfixed Sky "feature"

@SkyHelpTeam Just had the pin system come up putting @Film4 on have NEVER had this come up before. The bigger text number tried the last 4 digits, incorrect. It's a free Sky Box, is there a default number or is it the smaller text number?
