    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

    @SkyHelpTeam Have you or has anyone from Sky Upper management actually sat through the client experience of trying to contact sky to report faults? I dare say that I would have a positive experience if I was buying, however, your approach breaks down when there is an issue. Customer service
