  @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

  @System2048 Yeah, it’s a glitch so you’ve essentially got unlimited until they fix it. They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)

  What’s the point of me paying for the sports channels on @SkyUK when you just air the games on Sky 1 anyway, different subscription for that channel, could save some money & cancel the sports now 🤔

  @SkyHelpTeam internet down. Spoke to team via phone who’s sending an engineer earliest Monday. Been told would be reimbursed if I got internet in the mean time by other means (e.g. paying for WiFi hotspot). Who do I speak to to get reimbursed.
