@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. That’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

Now this is great and all but I feel the service is very poor and this is what the use as a selling point of SkyQ. I'm now experiencing a bug with YT app shutting down randomly when selecting. SkyQ 2.0 for 2023???

@PaulMcgurran1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’ve frequently found things go on there with no HDR and sometimes I event watch the SDR, only for the HDR to sometimes arrive later (even days later), which is frustrating. And for loads of stuff it just never arrives (even though the titles remain in the HDR section).
