@SkyHelpTeam waiting over 24 hours for a call back from the escalation team following issues with our broadband connectivity that was due to go live on Friday 27th but didn’t as the home move lady got the address wrong 🙄

@SkyUK I have reported a line outage. Tried to contacts you by phone in case the exposed wires of the line outside are a cause for concern in case someone touches them (entire line severed and hanging across road/footpath) but all I get is you IVR
