Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - I had an engineer visit to sort out my painfully slow broadband today. He said he’d fixed it... been on to check my speed and it’s now showing slower than ever! I’m fed up of paying a fortune and not getting the service i should 🤬

So incase you wondered WTF @SkyUK @SkyCinemaUK ... Sky Cinema Prem+1 closed & replaced with Sky Cinema Animation/HD in July 2020. #SkyCinemaDisney closed on 30th Dec, became Sky Cinema 5* Movies before closing today and.... Sky Cinema Premier+1 relaunched & channels reshuffled!

@SkyHelpTeam since 10am yesterday I have no phone or internet. I was twice assured yesterday it would be sorted last night or this morning. Today after calling I was told very highly sure it would be on now . As a vulnerable customer who has been shielding since last March

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke 2 tech team, said no issue even though we had no network connection. Did troubleshooting I do most days & connection came back. Last night dropped off again called told yes an issue. Engineer been again today says improved speed but tonight guess what, dropped off again! 😡
