    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam please help my frustrations. A Broadband engineer was meant to visit today with WiFi boosters. A TV engineer has visited without boosters. I am losing my patience.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah ive had the system about 2 months from brand new (sky q) including broadband, the main box works fine, however the mini box which is only located in the room above the main router will start pausing for about 3 minutes and become unresponsive as if the signal is dropping out

    @SkyHelpTeam Also not impressed that we are paying £50 for this service when none of your packages are that much. We're being charged for phone package when we don't have a phone etc. We really want to move to a cheaper company who can actually help us lower costs and increase

    Called Sky 6 times & despite being on the phone for 1hr + situation still not resolved. On hold several times @SkyHelpTeam no luck!! Now being told I have to wait till March & no compensation offered. Back on hold again! Shocking C/S, for a customer for over 15 years!!!
