    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    @C_Tomlinson @SkyHelpTeam It's poor isn't it, especially now relying on a service more than ever working at home. Wish I could say it's different with their major competitor mate, but same old story here. Seems reliable, fast internet isn't something the major suppliers can provide. Looking elsewhere
