Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyUK not impressed why call me a platinum vip customer yet you will not let me have a phone on a contract that is £3 more expensive than the contract I have just ended. Why so in thrall to Experian? You have lost a loyal customer of 10+ years.

@virginmedia we pay a lot of money to have sports channels through you, only for @SkySports red button to have Burnley vs Stoke commentary across every game!! So poor and expect more for such an expensive service 😡
