Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Well @SkyUK Broadband down again... After over 15 years with Sky in one form or another it's becoming more apparent that its time to leave 😢 Decent BB service that is happy for you to use your own router/modem? Go.... #broadband #InternetShutdown #RubbishService

@SkyHelpTeam It just says we have detected a problem with your setup. But my setup has been the same since it was installed by one of your engineers. I just don’t think it’s fair given the current pandemic and 4 of my children are trying to do their schooling at home.
