Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi,my skyQ plus 2 mini boxes are completely broken. We tried resetting it with one of your advisors but not fixed it’s now fully broken and stuck on the you will be ready in a couple of minutes screen. He has booked an engineer 9th Sept. Replace box needed sooner!

@SkyUK @SkyUK and here we are months later and it’s still not resolved. I said I was skeptical on it getting resolved and I was proved right. No person you can actually have a conversation with to resolve the issue. I’m now paying for two phone contracts when I only have one! Awful
