Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyUK Every streaming service can be done as apps, so why do we need your box? Why not just release a Sky app for android TVs?

@SkyHelpTeam I think it’s interesting how my contract is coming to an end soon and my internet has been playing up for a month. Absolutely terrible. Constant dropping out.

@SkyHelpTeam Last time I tried I couldn't even get through. I managed to speak to somebody a couple of years ago and was rudely dismissed. I can be rude on Twitter, in real life I'm polite and easy going!

@SkyUK Streaming over WiFi ? I guess it might work if you fix the firmware on the Sky Hub so that it doesn’t reboot 5 times a day (yes, it’s been replaced and the new one does the same thing)

@SkyHelpTeam I've been having issues on and off since August and will be blocking my Sky payments and will also expect some kind of compensation. I'd rather you just let me cancel my contract so I can find a competent company who will actually help me when I'm having issues. (2/2)
