    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    @bodamianrapsody @paddypower He getting @SkySports showing him slow motions of going down and you probably remember that. Never happened to another player. If things were fair and right the same would have happened to Salah 300 times

    @bryjprit @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately not, they did mention changing the DNS for a short term fix but had already tried this. It worked for a while but back to failing now. In their reply they did say they were aware of the problem and were working on it. Its been 3 weeks now, ot happy.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly not yet, it’s in the process of investigation at the moment but really not ideal situation. Seem to be only one in my area with issues

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having problems downloading anything. It took me the best part of 26 hours to download a film. I've just paid £15.99 to rent Venom 2 and my download is stuck on 1% with a hard wired connection. All my other devices are working fine so it isn't my ISP
