    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried that, it's a recurring problem so will need an engineer to fit a new part on the box again. Only option is to call them

    After 5 calls and a total of 6 hours on the phone, @SkyUK seem to be unable to rectify their own issue!! A week ago today I booked a home move that they decided to cancel, 48 hours on & no one is able to re book it! Time to check out @virginmedia!!

    What a massive screw up that @skysports and @btsportfootball aren’t showing the biggest game of the season so far #LFC v #Spurs with Amazon streaming it instead. That’s nearly as bad as leaving a chance that Italy could play Argentina in Naples.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do you cancel Broadband boost? It isn’t worth the extra money. I am only getting 40mb and you are not honouring the compensation.
