    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I am a new customer and my service is due to be setup on the 11th May. However, your welcome email says I can watch content on sky Go until that time.I have tried on my phone, laptop and IPad but all I get is various error codes.1001,4004 why is this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it’s not your fault but it’s an absolute nightmare to get through to anyone to speak to them and get this sorted. Especially as I have just referred a new customer and sung your praises. I just want the correct contract and correct equipment to have it

    @SkySports Not a single shred of evidence here from @RobDorsettSky also claims not the same group from training ground - how do you know this? And no complaint to police. It’s lying to steer a narrative. Bad enough with transfer ‘sources’ but to use to report supposed violence - shameful

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t have the UHD because I don’t have the right box. I was then transferred to another team, which is now closed, so the issue with my account remains unresolved. My “new” HD contract was never enforced, yet I have paid TWO admin fees for it and I’m still no better off!

    @SkyHelpTeam just had our 2nd Sky engineer visit completely messed up by Sky. That’ll be 2 months without service if we stick to Sky’s schedule, probably be changed again without asking us, be lucky if we get service by Christmas time. Yay.

    @SkyHelpTeam You're always sorry and its not good enough. March 25th I bought my package. I can't move into my home. It is not good enough, not one bit. I'm disgusted with the service I've been provided.
