Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Alex Goldie (@Alexgoldie156) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Just cancel it. You have 14 days to do so without penalty (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). The make sure that you remove any further business from them. Ringing and being aggressive will just have your call terminated by them.

Someone crying on the call would immediately make them vulnerable and would prevent upselling/coercion of any kind. Fix this @SkyUK
