Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Broadband is down once again @SkyHelpTeam, this is getting ridiculous now. Most unreliable WiFi service! If it's not down completely it's providing a fraction of the MBPS we are promised

@SkyHelpTeam My mum has Sky mobile and would like to get Broadband, Landlines and TV too. When we go to the Sky website and login, it asks her to link her Sky ID to her Sky account to access the Shop but this doesn't work. We've tried both the sky ac no and her bank ac but no joy

@SkyHelpTeam trying to upgrade my broadband spend, the sales team couldn’t help me and said I need to talk to customer service. The app also gives me no options to do this.
