  Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

  Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

  @Kevvy1981 @SkyHelpTeam I’m just lucky I can hotspot off my phone for work. To be honest I’ve been very lucky with Sky and have rarely experienced outages. I’ve not known an outage last this long though. I won’t have enough data fo keep hotspotting for days though. Really hope this is resolved this PM.

  @SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

  @SkyHelpTeam please sort your internet out it’s been slow and going off since 1.30am … Its now not connecting at all!!! Working on 5G in my own home (which isn’t great either!)
