Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Why does @SkySports have such as issue with Kalvin Phillips dropping into the back 3 all of a sudden? It’s nothing new. It’s something he has done throughout Bielsa’s reign.

@bobbidi_moo @SkyUK then sky wont be able to do much, its more or less devolved responsibility. invest in wifi boosters or if youve rugrats on the Xbox turning your mains circuits into a network.

@LiamT85 @SkyHelpTeam This has been happening for ages. Make sure TV firmware is updated and then switch both TV and Q box off at the mains. Sky Q has intermittent handshake issues and doesn’t always play nice with the HDCP 2.2 requirement. It happens to me 2-3 times a year.
