Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

@SkyHelpTeam Any mobile issues at all? My wife can’t make calls and when she does both people sound like robots. Iv tried all the FAQs and all settings are ok. I’m with sky mobile and no issues for me.

@SkyHelpTeam @carverwheech I'm having the same issue j cal call landlines and other sky mobile network phones. However can call other mobiles that are not on the sky network. 4 contracts in my home all having the same issue.

@SkyHelpTeam @georgie3016 1)i have the same issue i’ve got my mate to call me and it goes through but if i try to call him back it says ‘sorry, this number doesn’t exist’. However it’s only for some numbers for example i can call a different friend and it will go through but selected few numbers won’t go
