Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

@SkyHelpTeam No it’s not. Still not connection on our phones and apps won’t load on the tv. I had a trial of sky stream and cancelled it and it’s since then the connection has been poor

@SkyHelpTeam This tv has now been replaced and we have moved broadband provider to yourselves after being told it’s the best option for sky glass and now we are having even more problems in being connected and unable to use the TV. This is becoming ridiculous. Still no sign of compensation

@SkyHelpTeam No he is the account holder he was told that he couldn’t make a complaint as this wasn’t the correct procedure &he could only leave a review. Then he has received an email stating a phone call has been attempted to his number however this hasn’t happened - his call log shows this

@SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

@SkyHelpTeam hello, my bill doesn’t have an agreed offer on it and customer service keep trying to make me go on hold to the offers department. Any reason it can’t be fixed on your end without me spending yet more time on hold/re-explaining the problem?
