Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I would have expected an engineer one day next week, unfortunately we have a holiday 4/7 April I’ve just retired as a service engineer and we had 4 hour recall response times, just hope they bring a replacement main Q box

@SkyHelpTeam hi we are having problems with the itv hub on sky glass… it just comes up with a fault on both pucks. Is this a known issue?

@stew9021 @SkyHelpTeam No we didn't. They insist it isn't a thing but it really is and it's a software issue. But as long as Sky get your money they don't care about the quality of the product apparently.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done everything stated in that link and gone through everything and still my internet speed is 0.22 mbs upload and less for download. On the sight it said everything was working fine and there’s no problem in my area so it doesnt make sense why it went wrong since thursday
