Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Sky this is the 3rd time I’m contacting you now. A customer service agent spent 20 mins on the phone yesterday to tell me the exact same thing I knew & done from home anyway. I’m paying a lot of money every month for 1980 internet connection. Please fix this problem ASAP.
