Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Based on that, Lewis should really have been champion and really didn’t deserve what came at the end. I love Max but he had no answer for Lewis’ pace

I have now spent in excess of 7hours on the phone to at least 5 members of staff at @SkyUK trying to fix an account issue. no end of contradicting information, no closer to resolving the issue and all because of a problem with their system. Absolutely fed up of this now.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi again. I see the problem is now showing as resolved on the service status. What was the problem in HG postcodes last night please and has the fundamental problem that seems to be affecting us over the last few weeks been resolved now
