Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyHelpTeam We had our visit today, but he wasn’t able to fix the problem so said he was booking a new appointment for us. We have no live tv until it’s fixed, and we’re currently 10 days into no live tv. He said he was booking an appointment for us, but we should be able to change it

@SkyHelpTeam so almost a week after joining Sky and we still aren’t being provided the service we are paying for! And to be told this is a known issue. So why when I speak to everyone else that has sky, they aren’t having issues?!!

@SkyUK @SkyUK a lot of people have been left in the cold regarding sky glass pre order, at no point until today did you ever mention that diamond and platinum would be given priority over others, I was excited for today but this has left a very bad taste!!! Poor show sky !
