Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

@SkyHelpTeam Differs, its not specific to a channel, its happens regularly and just depends what I’m watching to which channel it is. Also have issues turning the pucks on when theyve been off, usually have to unplug them to get them to power up

@spazwangle @SkyHelpTeam Just had loads of technical issues with it and the pucks , not able to get ppv boxing so had to watch it on lap top really disappointed with it all should of stayed with sky q and like today bbc 1 not working so just lucky itv showing fa cup

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not a ‘BBC issue’. MY broadband was cancelled & now I’m left with no internet for 9 days. Saturday night TV is looking like Heartbeat & Ant or Dec Takeaway.
