@SkyHelpTeam in the hope that you might be able to help for once? I’m on a fibre plan with you and once again I’m struggling to get above 6mbs when I should expecting at least 13. Are there any known issues in the Droitwich area? Is it to much to ask for to get some decent BB?!

@SkyHelpTeam Cancellation team were who ive spoken to for the past 5 months. Its taken me 5 months to finally get it resolved and speaking to God knows how many people. Absolutely shocking customer service.
