@virginmedia Ok I'm very close to saying just stop and I'll go with @SkyUK as I'm sure they could install me much quicker just broadband is slow with sky

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a now tv customer broadband hence a customer of yours there is a problem in the TQ1 area with phone lines & broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, still having issues, no joy with testing it multiple times. As I stated, there have been several other reports on here in the Southampton area today since midnight (as also shows on DownDetector), and yet there Sky Service Update still doesn’t yet reflect this

@SkyHelpTeam no WiFi since early hours of this morning in the area SO15. Have unplugged and plugged back in and also have tested the line, says no issues but clearly there is, can you help??

@SkyHelpTeam What's the point in using that tool? My broadband was out. My neighbours on Sky's broadband was out. People across Highland were reporting broadband being out. People all over the UK had sky broadband out. Your checker said there wasn't any problem with it. There clearly was.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. Along with most of Marchwood, Totton and some of Southampton it seems based on the local groups. Tried calling support. Waste of time, "we don't know of any problems", "there was a problem in Newcastle yesterday"
