    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    Heads drooping down, hardly any communication amongst themselves. For a number of seasons now we’ve lacked leaders on that pitch. As Souness said many times on SkySports & he’s right - which senior players do those youngsters and new signings look up to in that dressing room?

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK When my sky glass got delivered, the delivery person said he'd probably be back next week to collect it. Horrible TV. My five year old Samsung TV was so much better in sound and vision. Sky glass was returned. Really disappointing as it's a good idea in theory

    @SkyUK Hi Sky, can you help me with some questions? Can this broadcast live TV? Is it true that with Glass their are inset advertising? People are saying that there is a charge to remove advertising, is this right? Does glass also function as a digital TV recorder? Thanks.

    @SkyUK It is not at all a smart way to watch tv. You cannot record programmes, the playlist does not work well. The synch to things like All4 is poor, the pucks tend to hang every other day. User experience is nowhere near as good as Sky Q. Yet.

    @SkyUK Biggest pile of 💩wish I didn’t give up my old tv. Sound is terrible, picture is too dark and blacks are awful, freezes, sound cuts out, can’t watch stuff you record straight away. Garbage.
