    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @SkyHelpTeam my current bill increased by £60. No idea why. There are items on there I’m supposed to have removed to try to cut costs. Very unhappy. Feel like cancelling whole damned account. Been customer for 20+ years. Loyalty wears thin after a while.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I remember the days when Sky TV was great, your product was affordable and your customer service was second to none. Absolute **** show these days. Totally ruined by greed. Like many I won’t be renewing when this contract is up.
