@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam Are there any plans to support screen mirroring in the future? It really defeats the purpose of having content "readily available" but only if you're commuting. Sky Go is useless if I house sit or am abroad because it can't connect to TVs. Netflix, Prime & Disney+ are better.

@SkyHelpTeam They have tested the line and found “ no problems” ? So why do speedtests from several different apps find the download is often under 3 mbps ? And my mobile relues on wifi call and is also forever dropping calls after seconds- or not connecting at all?
