@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam had #skyq installed on Friday broken by Sunday and no one out to be able to fix it till 20th appalling customer service

@SkyUK Currently changed to fibre max .... pretty poor speed . Would thouythst it would be faster. Can’t really tell the difference

@spoonfairy66 @SkySports I've watched Harry Kane for years and lazy is not an adjective usually associated with him. I don't know if he is carrying an injury or not but lazy he isn't. If the the manager's tactics were better he might get more service. The Golden Boot winner will come good.

@SkyHelpTeam So... if the @SkyHelpTeam engineers are fixing the issue as you say... presumably they know what the issue is if they're fixing it? And if so, you can tell your #Trafford customers what that issue is? And if not, why not? #broadband
