@SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

@SkyHelpTeam hey there, when I switch from my Sky Q box to Sky Glass (which I’m still intrigued to get) will the times run on satellite signal still or will it still Sky Glass run like 30-45 seconds behind like it does on Sky Go apps?

@SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyUK come and take my sky glass away now! @itvhub is unwatchable! #FuryWhyte was unwatchable, both of which I was never informed of when changing over. Now the screen has a line down the middle ruining the picture on all channels and apps?! Unbelievable how bad it has been!
