    @SkyHelpTeam hello I keep having trouble with my broadband keep cutting out, the router has an orange light for about 5 minutes then goes green then will go orange again about 20 minutes later I work from home so it’s causing a few issues

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

    @SkyHelpTeam must be the worst company around. Cancelled bb and sky q mini. No packaging arrived. Called them to ask for more packaging. No packaging. Charged £100 non returns. Now got a letter from a bailiff. Incredibly incompetent. Will be cancelling my other services

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that. So again…is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?
