@SkyHelpTeam You've got to know that Sky Glass is a considerable step down from Sky Q. There's different but not better functionality, but crucially you don't record anything and so it will mostly be lost if you don't watch it in time.

@MartinSLewis I just have @NetflixUK which I might bin if they bring in adverts,Disney I don’t bother with,Apple TV is poor,so that gets in the bin 🚮 I’m tempted to bin @SkyUK as it’s limited offer & in my opinion coming towards the end of their life span,mobile & broadband very poor.

@SkyHelpTeam hello I keep having trouble with my broadband keep cutting out, the router has an orange light for about 5 minutes then goes green then will go orange again about 20 minutes later I work from home so it’s causing a few issues

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

@SkyHelpTeam when I phoned to renew sky I was told I had to change to fibre, didn’t want it, took about 4 engineers until it was up and running . Now a week later it’s down in my area. Never had issues before. Please sort it out.
