@SkyHelpTeam so had sky q fitted last month it came broken waiting a month for a re visit and was told the £20 install charge would be refunded 2 weeks ago guess what nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @sweetness121 I can’t figure out how to report the problem - which is apparently required to be eligible for compo should the outage go on for days...it took me nearly 20 mins just to find a phone no to call, and that just gave an automated reply saying ‘yeah we know’!!

@SkyHelpTeam Be nice if I could get the minimum from sky ie actually be able to watch tv for the month without having to phone you to tell you there’s yet another problem, now you’re charging me more even though I go a whole weekend with no service!

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking!!! We’ve had constant issues with our internet from an “external” problem that seems to pop up every 2 weeks. Last month it was down for more than 4 days , this weekend we had no tv services or broadband from Friday until Monday morning and now
