Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@sommie999 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK it's a shame as for first 15 months or so Sky broadband was great. Recently, not so much. Used the online diagnostic tool on Sky's website to be told there is no issue.....

@SkyUK so disgusted with your service. I was watching Young Rock which was screened on Sky Comedy with subtitles. Halfway through the season watched up to episode 6 and then the rest are showing on “peacock” with NO SUBTITLES! Absolute joke!
