Not that I’m sceptical @SkyHelpTeam but 5 weeks ago signal 2 dropped off my SKY+ box. Tried all the tricks to rectify and concluded I’d need an engineer at silly ££. I said no. today it’s all back to normal. I wonder if it’s a trick to get people to have visits or upgrade to Q
