    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked the speed on a wired connection from next to the router and I confirm all other devices are not connected, I get the same results, no one is interested in the 1960s junction box on the front of the house that does not belong to my home network and I don’t own.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just phoned again, a different number this time. I'm asked lots of questions - I'm the customer, I want to ask a question. I ended the call after hearing "wait times are around 20 minutes". I am moving home tomorrow - I do not have time for this. This is NOT customer 'service'.

    @SkyUK sends out a engineer says the line is fine it’s your transmitter, seriously sky you don’t even know what one is, it’s a bloody plug, 1 whole year over a plug and best part they won’t send another router even though advised by the engineer, customer service stinks..

    @SkySports Everything needs to change @LFC. It’s not just down to the players. Yes they are the ones who have to put into practice what the manager and coaches say but if the manager/ or coaches are negative then the players are going to feel negative. Then, there’s the fan expectation
