@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@ConVlan @SkyHelpTeam No info on your service page it states no issue in your area. Regardless of if logged in online or on my sky app. You end up in a loop that takes you to a page to test your connection tells you it should be fixed in a couple of hours (8hrs now) and links back to the service page.

@CFCLoanArmy_ WTF.. That's absolute bull crap SkySports sprouting.. The whole world is rating Broja highly, there can be no one at Chelsea who would think otherwise, unless they are blind.. He could leave on-loan or perm with clauses, but he will come back when he reaches top, if it happens!

@VodafoneIreland Why is your skysports coverage 1 minute behind real time, lesser quality than standard definition and a constant big tick on the screen? None of this mentioned in the sales pitch. My phone alerts tell me who has scored before your service.

@SkyHelpTeam TBF do you not think after 8 hours - it would be reasonable to expect some update or suggestion as to the likely cause and probable length of outage or something, atm its just radio silence (or web silence) nothing since it went off. Nothing. Nada. Nowt.
