What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkySports Seriously.... Are Hamiltons fans really that sad.... Latifi lad please ignore the drones, I see the great Lewis who brought "taking a knee" to respect people, shows no sign of any respect yet again, funny how its only a one way street. Hamilton should be coming out in support.

I’ve always recommended @SkyUK … until now!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years. My wifi has been disconnected due to an error on their part and can’t be reconnected for at least 3 weeks. I’m disabled and a teacher and rely on my wifi for health reasons as well as my job!! 😭

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. May I ask where the updates will be, please? It’s still not working. It’s been one thing after another for weeks. The time wouldn’t adjust the other month so it wasn’t possible to select what was actually on.

@SkyUK Well concerning reviews have said the HDR is poor, brightness is poor and the viewing angle poor I'd say Sky have bitten off more than they can chew. Why buy a screen for your content, when the actual picture is poor? And 66ms of lag time is an absolute no no for any games.
