    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

    How @skytv @SkyUK think they’re going to try and convince people to buy #SkyGlass I do not know. They can’t even keep a sky Q mini box connected to your WiFi for more than a day, their hardware is terrible.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports @SkySportsNews What a mess! I just want a £10 wifi booster to improve my signal throughout my house. But no, I’m forced into pay an extra £5 /month forever, for a one time engineer visit. Is £140/month not enough to pay you. Daylight robbery. BT?
