  @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

  @SkyHelpTeam No did all they with your man last time a week ago who said they could not send anyone as it was not an emergency and sent me a new router instead which I spent most of the day resetting all my security cameras and WiFi stuff all to no avail so I will also be putting in a claim
