@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyUK sad didn't work for us as concept is great but when you have full fibre & the glass tv won't recognise your pw at all.. (despite being patronised by sky about 1's & I's being confused etc) .. then it goes back... look fwd to the streaming service w/out the tv. Will try again then

@SkyHelpTeam I have no satellite signal. I’ve gone through all the steps before I even phoned I’ve had to hang up again. No one has the time to spend hours on a phone to get a visit booked
