    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

    @SkyHelpTeam All for now. But my advice would be better comms to your customers. multiple means of contacting them. Its appreciated if forewarning or updates are given, thus saving lots of effort, confusion and +ve customer experience = greater chance of retention.

    @SkyHelpTeam still no luck getting a working remote for my sky glass, having to use an old Q one, really not impressed. Customer Services apparently can’t do anything? Help!
