@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam So I've been told that it's an error with the system. Out TV package deal has expired but broadband hasn't. Your system has charged up extra for broadband even tho still in contract. Been confirmed that you have broken our contract!! Not good, not good at all.
