@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam can you please explain to me why I'm having internet issues once again? I ring up, we find a fix (last one was getting a new route sent out), Internet works fine for a few weeks then it's back to not working which makes it extremely hard to work! Getting sick of it!
