    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    @scottgibson93 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t hold ur breath this is what they have been doing to me since beginning of 2021 and still no end in sight - sneakily close complaint down after not resolving and either don’t call and say they did, let it ring once and bolt or don’t speak and hang up when you answer

    So @SkyUK how many pointless, costly calls do I have to make for you to sort an issue I’ve been having with Sky TV since July? Don’t ask me to DM as that advice was useless! I’ve spoken to 5 customer service advisors who’ve been no help. A sky customer for 15 years in December!

    @SkyHelpTeam But when I asked him to do that today he gave me their direct number and said it was for me to contact them. What’s the point of customer service if no one will actually do anything to help a customer?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I should add the original call was raised Monday 12th and due to being raised wrong by customer support it has cause delays at the start in getting this underway. I had to have they case re-raised days later.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - seriously loosing faith in Sky. Existing customer for other services, thought I’d try them for a mobile phones. Phone ‘missing’ (‘stolen’) from box when delivered. Case raised wrong on first call, lots of delays, now in limbo waiting for overdue callback.

    @SkyHelpTeam Want to actually sort my complaint that’s been running since 2020?? Spent hours on the phone again today and still no further forward! Also brilliant to be guaranteed a call back between set times this afternoon and yet again no call!

    @SkyUK poorest service I’ve received today and spoken rudely as well as spoken down to. This service is getting worse and a lot of people need training on how to treat and speak to customers. Just had an individual name Amit from Leeds call centre who was absolutely shocking.
