What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

Don’t ever get sky it’s a bag of ****** **** @SkyUK you have sent out two engineers none of which knew what they were doing and now the problem is worse than before! Imagine not even being able to watch terrestrial channels and your paying shitloads monthly! #skyisshit

@WestHamMatters @SkySports @premierleague I'd also ask, why only PL games. Surely the FA Cup game he has no problem officiating will also have VAR. Something smells. Just admit he's been suspended from the PL and this dies a death quickly.

@SkyHelpTeam @Lashamvillage My daughter managed Help Desks. If they didn't know the answer, she went and ASKED. Why can't you do the same, and INSIST on getting answers that are of some use to your thousands of affected customers ... like how big a problem it is to fix!

Sky internet has been down for most of our town now since 7.30am. No sign of @SkyHelpTeam fixing it any time soon (took them hours to admit there was a problem & 3 more hours to get someone out to try to fix it). Working. Homeschooling. Only so much you can do on mobile data 🙄
