What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam @baaaaaaaaaald The whole of London’s broadband/ Wifi connection is not working at all, for your information. When will this be fixed as it’s been nearly a whole day! This is getting pathetic, as we pay good money for a service, we are not currently receiving?!!

@SkyUK Last year I cancelled my Sky protect insurance. Two days later my Sky box suddenly needed repairing for loss of signal. Cancelled Sky protect again last week. What a shock Sky box has stopped working and I need an engineer out. Amazing coincidence.

@SkySports To be honest it`s kinda weird that people are so mad for the owners. Yes it was horrible idea but owners are trying to make money. And that`s their job. And when they decided to step back from super league this conversation should be over. Just be happy that they did that.

@SkyHelpTeam Day two has been removed completely and day three has never appeared. Don't know about day one as I have already watched that. Why is it taking so long to be fixed? People wanna watch before their fantasy football drafts! Just put them on streamable on Go!
