    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

    @SkyHelpTeam your @SkySports app has become unusable. I’m a @virginmedia customer with sky sports package using an iPhone xr and the app will not play live video whether on wi fi or 4G. I’ve tried closing and restarting, logging out and in, restarting my phone and uninstalling

    @SkyHelpTeam Did that already thanks, but all that is fine. This is apparently an issue sky are aware of but still don’t have a fix for. Rushed roll out of an unreliable service basically! 2021, I shouldn’t have to be rebooting my router on a regular basis. Before “upgrading” my BB was fine!

    @BecksGreeny @SkySports But the issue will still remain,I can change other settings on what sports I would like to see,all except wsl...I don't want to see it just like I don't want to see cricket or rugby scores....enjoy your day grumpy lol

    @SkyHelpTeam got the amber voip light again and had to restart my router. This is to frequent and a completely unreliable service. I want to go back to my old broadband service as this is useless!

    @SkyHelpTeam what #skyfarce this #skyglass ordering is. Over 3 weeks of waiting for a replacement for a faulty tv and they cancel your order and tell you you can now reorder and there’s no stock.

    @SkyHelpTeam That is not the answer or the problem , the machine is cutting off the beginning and the end of listed programmes like Surgeons on the Edge and FBI most wanted etc etc and there is no reason why it should do that ????
