    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m with your service provider and if I disconnect my phone from the Wi-Fi, I am then able to access Link Tree. On @Linktree_ Twitter, they do say that it is an issue with some ISP’s. I did not have this problem with BT, so I can only but come to the conclusion that it’s Sky.

    @MJSowerby @SkySports Our strikers are costing us results in reality. Control the controllable. We’ve got 1 point when we should of had 9. Happily never see Connolly in a Brighton shirt again. He doesn’t run hard enough and can’t score. Think Zeqiri needs a couple of games.

    @SkyHelpTeam where do I write to for a deadlock letter so I can pass my complaint onto the CISAS ? No one is listening guy call centre guy telling me my router on wrong type of surface has been there for over 20 years admit your at fault not me 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam There are “no issues” it’s been slow all afternoon and now is dropping out. We had similar issues last week..

    @ScouseTims @SkyHelpTeam We did same, our sky was brutal so ended up switching to now tv which is a million miles better! Havent had a problem since with internet or tv and better that you can pick and chose packages month by month. considering now tv is owned by sky its mad the difference between them

    Hi @bt_uk just to keep you up to date.... after 1year of Fiber broadband not working on my android devices, I was advised this is normal. I got @SkyUK switched on today. All devices worked straight away. Thank you for 30years of service. Thank you @skyuk

    @SkySports Correct decision was eventually made, OK ref made an error of judgement which has been blown out of all proportion, Brighton made two serious errors of judgement by missing two penalties, that should be their focus
