What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

These tv ads extolling the virtue of being a Sky "VIP" are great, @SkyHelpTeam but tbh I don't think I've ever seen any benefits of being a continuous customer since 2004.

@SkyHelpTeam the weather in my area has calmed down but I have lost my Sky sports channels apart from Sky sports premier league. Could this be a problem with the dish as it was getting a beating over the past couple of days?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi it's been happening so often and I know many people reported it at the weekend, but it just went down again this morning. It's happening so often that it's becoming unreliable and your help page doesn't help.

Between them Eunice & Franklin have completely ****** the @SkyUK signal, so two weeks of Netflix, Disney+ and dodgy footy streams until an engineer can come out!
