    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not able to give an ETA on a fix. It may be an external issue but if you’re that disconnected from your business partners, you’re in serious need of a business remodel and put being honest to customers at the forefront

    @SkyHelpTeam It's just not good enough - day four without internet and still no decent explanation of what's wrong. Not being able to give a timescale isn't acceptable. How can I claim a refund for the time that it's been down?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband still down in TW1 - died on Friday at 11:45PM and hasn't come back since. No support, no advice on when it will come back and no information. What is going on, and when will it come back online? Not acceptable.

    @SkyUK It is really not good. Switches itself off even when set not to ! The playlist doesn’t always work- you can only watch stuff as agreements are valid & some stuff is immediately unavailable! Many channels missing which are on satellite. Rewind / ffwd poor. No real Freeview etc

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, our internet has been down since midday. The app just says there is a problem (which we knew!) at the same time @zzoommplc turn up digging. They are blaming a @bt_uk line problem and said to contact you! Help!

    @SkyUK have got a cheek putting up my broadband by a staggering 8% when I have never received my minimum guaranteed speed. Rip off merchants. Seriously considering cancelling the lot. #ripoff

    @SkyHelpTeam Would really like to just speak to a person and not the automated messaging system. All I want to know is if there is a service issue in the dartford area at the moment? I have no internet

    @SkyHelpTeam Well what a surprise, offer has just come in from Sky for me to stay, £11 a month less than I am paying now and a whopping £41 a month cheaper than the best your retention team could do knowing I would cancel. I am too far down the line with BT now, so it’s all too late
