@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@larforia @SkyHelpTeam paramount has confirmed that if you have sky cinema you have to log into the app on sky first to activate it then you can use your sky login/ sky id to log into the @ParamountPlusUK app on any device that the app is on

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I was receiving error 001 messages on SkyGo so downloaded your beta version. It fixed that problem but this version has no “continue watching” and does not register where you left off in what you were watching. As it also closes unexpectedly this is a real pain.

Hey @SkyHelpTeam, I'd appreciate it if you stopped dropping my internet connection repeatedly while still charging me full price please. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere if this doesn't change immediately. Tried ringing customer support but on hold forever.
