@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@GillyB9 @SkyUK I would recommend making a complaint and if you are not satisfied or unresolved, complain to ombudsman. They are all cheating vulnerable people who don’t look at their outgoings
