@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@jackhammer883 @SkyHelpTeam totally agree, I looked on the down detector websites, they tell the real truth. Unless you speak to tier 2 or technical support then first level call handlers just try to appease you without accepting there is a fault.

@SkyHelpTeam can someone at Sky at least tell us what’s going on ? No internet or Tv since 1.40pm today, eventually found a number to call and nobody even answers. Internet on then off oh back on again oh crap it’s away. All day I’ve had this.
