@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

Yeah I’m done with Sky Glass. They can have it back. Service being down is one thing but you cant even access other media inputs from the menu. Utter crap @SkyHelpTeam
