@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkySports I am not surprised that the ref has reacted. This pandemic has highlighted the abuse some of the players direct towards the referee, you can clearly hear it....players showing no respect. Thats why I could never be a ref....I would have decked some of these aggresive players!

@virginmedia I honestly don't understand your customer retention policy. My contract is due for renewal and it has been a pain as we were passed to 6 different people with 6 different offers. I don't want to move, just a fair deal. Yet again I get forced into the hands of @SkyUK
