@SkyUK 20 min wait on phone. At least. Online engineer booking system down. Been like this for days. Been without service.

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyUK Sky is terrible, they first advised they can provide broadband in my flat and made me wait 2 weeks to say they can't, then they say they'll give us a voucher as goodwill.... Guess what they lied. Then they charge me £152 after they cancelled our service? I want a deadlock letter

Hi @SkyUK Going round the houses with your CS team over the phone for a refund that's due on my account. Please can you confirm if it's possible to discuss via DM as this has been going on for weeks and really shouldn't take so long to resolve. Poor service.
