    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    @SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had three different engineers here. First one said not possible to install as dB was right on the edge of connection, the second one installed Sky Q saying should be ok with booster. Third said 4g router was no good and changed, leaving us with problems. Sky HD please

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, I have one laptop in my house that really struggles each day to connect to the Wi-Fi. Sometimes no problem, sometimes it just says “no internet”. All other devices are fine. I’ve been told it might be the router software. Is there anyone I can speak to?
