@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam I understand that but the engineers can't come into the property I has an engineer out in February and he said there is no point in us coming out and he agreed that a booster would more than likely sort my issues out but oh no you want to send another engineer out on the 5 april

@SkyHelpTeam Hello @SkyHelpTeam could this issue be a result of bad weather? I think it has happened before when the wind has picked up but I’m not sure if that’s the case it is happening to a lot of people.
