    @SkyUK 20 min wait on phone. At least. Online engineer booking system down. Been like this for days. Been without service.

    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    @georgesampson @SkyUK Yeah @SkyUK broadband is shite, I have multi room and my broadband box is down stairs and have to constantly keep running up and down to reconnect my skyq box to the internet. Bag of shite.I’m gonna refuse to pay for it soon tbh, I’ve had 5 engineers out already and still no good
