    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

    @SkyHelpTeam That takes me to the 'outage in your area' message. Like I say, I know there's an outage, just saying it could be clearer on the site as unless you go through the broadband test options the service status indicates all is okay. :-)

    @SkyHelpTeam as the issue has been confirmed do we need to do anything to get the compensation should you exceed the time given for fixing issues? Or will it auto apply.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I need help with my bill please, I signed up to Sky Glass with 3 months free entertainment and Netflix and it looks like I’m going to be charged for it. Also looks like I still have a Sky Q payment coming out on the same day meaning I’m paying double.
