@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

Working from home is impossible ATM so I suggest you try to treat your customers better before you lose them!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not a line issue apparently but I pay £30 for just broadband which is unbelievable for such a poor connection I will be leaving sky as I get faster broadband and tv for the same price elsewhere I have had so many peoples with sky from day one enough is enough
