@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

Sick of sky broadband going down. Was off for hours a few days ago and this is now the third time in the last couple of weeks. I have ultrafast with the extra cover and it’s totally unreliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Both boxes cannot access the internet at all. Both connect via wireless and our wireless is working as it’s connected and working on other devices in the house. The mini box also cannot connect to the main Sky Q box because of the wireless issues
