@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam 2/Also no uk centres to talk to real people just underpaid call centres reading from a script! Do your team know how frustrating that is. They can't help and that's not fair on them. Disgraceful service for the money it costs. Also you just increased prices!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam can someone tell me why is I am giving you 31 days notice I cannot cancel my sky tv subscription?! You are thieves. 18years being a customer and I have to wait until January 2024. I do not want this service and your policy is outdated and cruel 🤬

@SkyUK price went up. We called to talk about it. Agreed price back down £1 cheaper than it was before per month going forward. Told to see the changes to the bill in 48hours…. NOPE! Rang again told we were lying on the phone and we can’t have it because no notes were taken!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Please can you help. Sky Q box is freezing, black screen when trying to change Chanel’s, unable to download shows. Called this morning, they wiped the box, no call back as promised. Stuck with a box and multi room that doesn’t work and nobody will help.

Truly terrible service from the @SkyHelpTeam since I switched my mobile to them. Almost 2 weeks in and they still can’t work out why my number hasn’t fully ported across so I can’t receive calls or texts.
