@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam No just thinking if Sky Glass is the way forward. What back up can Sky provide if the internet goes down for a long period of time to make you still receive sky channels, or dose Sky care if that happens.

**** off with that camera angle for penalties @SkySports For at least one of them the player's body blocked the view of the ball. If you HAVE to film penalties from an end of the pitch (which you don't) why not do it from behind the goal the penalties are actually being taken at?
