What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

.@SkyUK I have just been cut off from your technical team for the 7th time! I have spent a week trying to get hold of someone to come and sort out my landline! I am paying £80 a month for the WORST service I have ever received! Sky sucks!!! I am trying to cancel my account!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam So that’s two days I have taken off work, like I said missing out on hundreds of pounds . My issue is the lack of contact from Sky, no one helping me , having to find everything out myself . So so frustrating . Can I be compensated for two days off for nothing?? Doubt it

Had @virginmedia and they were a shambles… moved to @SkyUK… moved back to Virgin 10 years later and they have somehow got worse. @Ofcom you have to look in to the way Virgin treat customers. Disgraceful.
