    What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Platinum, not that it makes any difference at all, it doesn't unlock additional discounts at contact renewal. Most of the so-called rewards are in London, the last place on earth I'd ever want to go. Sky VIP is a great marketing tool, but mostly worthless to the actual customer

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there an issue with data being rolled over from my piggybank to a sim? My daughter is in need of data to book travel home, it has left my piggybank but not showing on the sim!!!! 😠

    @SkyHelpTeam Gold and makes no difference what so ever customer service told me at the end of my contract if I want cheaper bills cut items off my package and then put my bill up £10 a month

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband was supposed to be activated yesterday, spoke to customer services who said it will take at least one working day to investigate. I then get a text to say it’s active but still not. Very confused. Please help
