@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam @Liam_J_Wells I fail to understand why you can’t give an update? Or reply to your messages?? I moved to Sky, from Virgin, back in October. The minute i’m out of contract i shall be moving back. I hope we’re getting refunded for the loss of service too. Not impressed at all

@SkyHelpTeam why do I have an email from sky hiking broadband prices up by £5 on two services I no longer have? Rang customer support. They told me it was a generic email which is a lie, it is a specific email to me saying MY April bill will be affected.
