@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the broadband in the TW20 area? This is the 2nd day in a row of no connection at all after several slow days. Status check says all is well. When I try to book an engineer it says not until at least the 14/08 & I'll have to pay

@SkyHelpTeam Still no internet. Apparently openreach have done work and now a sky engineer needs to come to the house. No appointment until Wednesday. No info on what the actual problem is? No refund following a previous outage either. Poor poor service

@SkyHelpTeam The same as first picture above. Using the app it stated issues in my area, again as above. What I don't understand is I have sky boost and if there are known issues you are meant to text me and update me on when it will be fixed etc never got anything. So what am I paying for?

@SkyHelpTeam my wifi keeps dropping for no reason every hour or so. Is there no possible fix to this??? Had an engineer come a while back and it’s stopped for a week and started again

@SkyHelpTeam Yes ive been having a lot of issues for a while now I’m pretty sure we pay extra for faster Wi-Fi but every hour it stops working, or just resets my parents work at home and it disturbs them when the Wi-Fi goes off we’re not sure what the issue is

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m on Sky Q. The app says no issues. But intermittently ITV will break on the sound. It will be between 5-10 minutes and just keep repeating of breaking on the sound.
