    @SkyHelpTeam Our internet has now gone off in North Wales so it seems that the service failure is getting worse rather than better.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am keeping a close eye on both. As I have had to re-arrange all but two of my virtual meetings due to this. I hope the outage and a gesture of good will, be shown in the next bill as a credit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. My Sky internet went down about 2 hours ago. In the L23 area in Liverpool. When will this be back up? I am working from home and it disconnected me in the middle of training sessions I’m delivering all day!
