    @SkyUK using sky q constantly crashes no internet signal now the remote wont work it's only been installed 2 months don't think I've spent so much of my time polishing a terd as this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Broadband is not working. It was fine last night and it was not working when I woke up. I’m in London E14. Are you aware of any issue in the area?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep already done that and just spent 10 minutes doing the automated telephone checks too, to be put through to an advisor who kindly tells me in a recorded voice that you’re closed. Same fault that I’ve had to deal with twice already in the last few weeks, joke of a service

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately that doesn't really help me as there is no option for the issue I'm having and phoning sky CS is too much hassle and not worth it to me. I'll just live with the issue until I can finally leave Sky at the end of the year.
