    @SkyHelpTeam trying to download a programme and it keeps failing due to technical fault. Only on this one show .. rang and did a software update, wipes my box and still isn't working.. Help..

    I know @SkyUK was never known for good customer support, but this is simply unbelievable - 1 month since our box has stopped working & there is literally no option to get support, just automated message that ends the call! How’s that not a breach of consumer rights?
