    @JoshCF_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are terrible for it, we are out of contract, email saying monthly price will be £X amount, bill comes in and nowhere near, never had a bill in for the amount they have said yet.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam My grandfather passed away in March. I asked to close his account—Sky transferred the contract into MY name without consent and now demands payment to cancel. 9 agents, 3+ hours, no resolution. Escalating to CISAS
