    @SkyHelpTeam I have sent you a private message as my mobile data doesn’t work, yet I have 2.9gb that should be working, i’ve had this problem since yesterday. shocking service, sort it out. i have a concert tomorrow and would appreciate it to work considering i pay for it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I rang last weekend go chancel our service as were moving house next Friday said you were sending out a box to box our sky box and boardband up but no box has come???

    @SkyHelpTeam hello i live in newcastle ne5 area is there a problem with the wifi in the area recently i have been stuck at around 250 ping making me unable to play val i was justr wondering if there is any way to fix this
