    @SkyUK and strongly suspect that your Data Protection Officer is going to be asking some very serious questions. For @skyuk customers - I would be very very careful about how the very poor security @skyuk seem to have on your personal data

    @adjieandro @DailyAFC @SkySports I would like that but I think that was the problem we had with Wenger he was so brilliant and we had him for so long that we became over reliant on him.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad wants me to help downgrade his package, but not sure I can phone on his behalf? I have spoken to Sky before with his permission. Unfotunately I cant get to him for him to give authorisation again.

    @SkyHelpTeam So what are you able to do? I'm not getting anywhere with phone support either and this needs to be dealt with. I'm literally giving you options to get this rectified and you're not taking them.

    @SkyHelpTeam my wi-fi has been on and off all morning, I have unplugged, reset and everything but nothing seems to work... any known problems in the ME2 area?

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s long overdue that early takers of Glass and a Puck are compensated due to the crap service. Why should I have to unplug the puck EVERY night to get 10 mins of itv hub before it gives a black screen. Wish I’d stayed with Sky Q
