    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - I am having using Sky Broadband connecting to any game update services, Epic, Blizzard and Ubisoft for example - all sites time out - have checked on multiple machines in same location - no issues have seen posts from other users in Aberdeen with same prob!

    @SkyHelpTeam I was charged for not returning a mini box (thanks ibd) but it’s on its way back now, will that charge be refunded to my account x also I’ve been charged for movies for April but They ran out in March so I don’t think I should have been charged xx can u help
