    @SkyHelpTeam how will I know when the issue in West Lothian is fixed? The service checker says there is no issue, but I’ve had to work elsewhere while I have no broadband at home.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve just emailed Sky using the CRSupport email address but their email address was rejected! Why! I created a written complaint regarding our broadband issues so, can the Sky Help Team help me to contact Sky BB Complaints!

    🎙This is getting ridiculous now! For months my mobile signal is zilch then inside, when messaging outside it says ‘not delivered’ supposed to be able to get great 3G,4G reception here but for hours on end nothing, Please get a grip @SkyUK, before I cancel!😡

    @SkyUK another engineer visit. 3 months into my new contract I’ve never had everything working. Yet you still charge me. No connection to my w box from my hub. Started off no home phone. Then I had no WiFi. Now no connection. #rippedoff #whyamipaying

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea as to when the outage will be resolved in the EH48 and Surrounding area will be resolved??

    @SkyHelpTeam It happens on all channels yes. It was paticularly bad during the football though yesterday.
