    Hi @skytv @SkyHelpTeam my sky q has just started making a crackling\clicking noice. Should I be worried? I’ve tried turning it off and on again but it didn’t help.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, for last 3 weeks been receiving 2mb, now nothing. I work from home and this is causing extreme difficulties due to the nature of work I do. Please fix ASAP or allow me to cancel to move to another provider.
