    @SkyHelpTeam I have GPRS and intermittent 3G, I rely on WiFi to contact anyone, I need it back up now, this keeps happening. When will service resume, I’m desperate here.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spent an hour trying to contact Sky but continually being hung up on, not even put into a que. We have had 2 engineer visits scheduled that have not gone ahead when they were booked for with no explanation. Been a “customer” a couple weeks & already regretting it!
