    @SkyHelpTeam When we called earlier there was an automated message to say the local telephone exchange have reported an issue and we’re working to get it fixed. That was at 9am we’re almost hitting the 24 hour mark with no communication as to what’s going on

    @SkyHelpTeam Why? It’s your problem. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. I would just inform the management that they are needlessly losing business because of it.

    @BryonyButcher @SkyHelpTeam We thought it was just us, also down since 9pm yesterday. So far no one at Sky seems to know the foggiest - it tells me specifically on the OpenReach site that I should contact my ISP (I.e. Sky) for info/help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your help unfortunately there's no updates available since it went down 2 days ago, no explanation as to the issue and no update of when it may be due to be fixed, me and my partner both work from home, is it possible you could provide any additional info??
