    @SkyHelpTeam our bband has been running at 3mb/s or less since Friday evening, effectively making it useless. Before that we had none at all on Friday afternoon. Service checker still says no known issues. There are major issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am 36 years old and for some reason I have parental controls activated on my mobile plan. I didn't ask for or do. It's asking for a credit card to verify my age. Something I don't own. Can you help please on how to fix this? I can't get on Sky Bet due to this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, can I have some help please? Got a new iPhone at the weekend and switched from Giffgaff to Sky Mobile. Although I’ve got three bars of signal, I’ve only been able to send one text all weekend and I either can’t make calls at all or they connect but are silent.

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately that doesn’t really help as it just tells me there is a problem in my area, which I know. Do you have an estimated resolution date and time as I need to make plans for work.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had no satellite signal since Friday - thought it may be storm related so have waited until the weather’s subsided, but no joy. No known issues in YO24 according to your site. Booked an engineer visit but saying the next appointment is 8.12? Anything else we can do?
