    @SkyHelpTeam We have had a bit of a problem lately with the Sky Q box losing wifi connection, even though all other devices using wifi show full connectivity. It only seems to affect the Sky box. It's only been happening since Christmas.

    @Barrington__ @SkyHelpTeam I suspect we won;t be alone. Moreland avenue is down as well as other sections I would think. There are works down eversley that we are crossing our fingers is not the cause.

    @SkyUK will not send an engineer to fix our phone line as we are not in contract we pay a fortune for our line and skybox & broadband from Sky ..landline down for over a week now av son with intractable epilepsy lets hope we have no medical emergency ffs
