    If you want (£45) superfast wi-fi that crawls to snails pace in the evening or if you want poor customer service? DM me and I can give you a @virginmedia referral code. We will both get £50 and rubbish wi-fi. Absolute joke. Shoulda stuck with @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam He was coming to fix my appalling service, no call, just bumped to a time and date that doesn’t work … I’m now waiting 20 minutes to talk to your cancellation team

    @bahgawd2 @SkySports Nine. None of the offences were shown on highlights. Even StanSport had a better reel, it was that poor.

    @SkyUK you are a shambles, communication with your customer is key, you book me an appointment, then text me to say my appt has been bumped 4 days later with no explanation…. Then I get told I didn’t book it for today!!!! You clearly don’t care about your customer

    @SkyHelpTeam Just received my Broadband activation text this afternoon, engineer has already been and done his bit, but the internet light on the Sky Q hub is off and the website suggests a problem with the connection. Not a great start for a new customer! Can you help?
