@SkyHelpTeam So you won't honour my current contract price at the new address for a lesser service? That is your policy?

  • Sussexsaint72 Chris (@Sussexsaint72) reported

@SkyHelpTeam it has now been 4 times that your customer services have promised me a call back between set hours and not once have I had a call. Regardless of the issues communication is paramount. The individuals are pleasant but this is very very poor customer service

  • Darren6270 Darren (@Darren6270) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there’s a fault in my area but it’s been down since the 9th!!! Three days and still nothing. It’s getting ridiculous. Supposed to be working from home.

  • NordicLaura nørdic låurå (@NordicLaura) reported

.Still no updates from @SkyHelpTeam or @virginmedia about the resolution of an issue with their mobile phone services. Text not getting through to sky from virgin for a week now is laughable. Many people affected by this and neither company seem to care.

  • nick_orrell Nick Orrell (@nick_orrell) reported

@Skyhelpteam Hey guys I’ve had a power cut. I’ve managed to reset the main Sky Q box but the mini box won’t connect to the main one. Help. By the way I’ve tried the virtual assistant and it’s worse than useless.

  • sophb66 soph v. 9669 (@sophb66) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Well apart from you I have never had good customer service from anybody at SKY. I find that a bit hard to take when I have paid you £150 a month for the past 18 years…..

  • Kosmoludo Alex R R Evans (@Kosmoludo) reported

@SkyUK I’m a sky VIP customer…. how is it someone who is moving into my home can override my line and cancel my subscription without consulting me? @SkyHelpTeam

  • WomensCricBlog Women's Cricket Blog (@WomensCricBlog) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I'm asking you to honour my current contract at the new address even though you can't provide the same level of service

  • JLAW_BROSKI James Whitmore (@JLAW_BROSKI) reported

@TrophyFpl Sorry actually my bad just heard wrong on skysports, the efl are back to normal as of tomorrow which makes it look like games will go ahead this wknd. I read it as of next Tuesday my bad

  • Darren6270 Darren (@Darren6270) reported

@virginmedia @SkyHelpTeam many thanks I may take you up on that. No sevice for more than three days and nothing from Sky. They think is is an acceptable way to treat long standing customers. Do you have your own version of Sky Go?
