    @SkyUK my 87 year old dad has someone else’s Netflix attached to his sky account. I’ve called and been told I have to call Netflix. I have and they said it’s down to you. This has been going on months!!! All we want is the accounts unlinked. It’s laughable you can’t do this!

    @tonylon83 @SkyHelpTeam @skytv Honestly, all they have to do is put a phone number on the website, or better still give existing customers the deals new customers get, £149 a month existing, same deal as a new customer £49 for 24 months.
