    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t need to activate my sim your service is just not working?? I have tried this method which has not helped the situation. It states there is an issue with a mast but it has been like this for a considerable about of time now.

    @SkyUK your Internet service is just a utter pile of garbage. 50ms ping spikes everyday and I pay for this rubbish can't wait to leave Sky for a better provider!

    @SkyHelpTeam I hate to do this but I've just had some disgraceful service from 'Shayne' in your team. Half an hour on the phone, only to be called a liar and refusing to put me through to someone else!? Disgraceful.
