    @SkyHelpTeam I'd quite like to know a) what the problem is, b) what is being done to address this (I mean, I am paying for something Sky are not delivering) and c) an estimated time frame on when the issues will be resolved

    @SkyUK Why are Sky Q Box receiving such poor satellite signals daily? Here in Kingston upon Hull. Surely with the millions or even billions you can sort this out? Seeing we pay a lot for a system that to be honest right now is crap!
