    @SkyHelpTeam @jilltaylor45 It’s widespread. Users from Dundee to Falkirk, Edinburgh and Dunfermline, all tweeting about it. Your website checker isn’t working either folks; maybe under too much load, so sending more people there might not be helping your team trying to fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam @jilltaylor45 With respect, you have people all over the country telling you about issues at the same time. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out there is clearly a widespread issue. These scripted replies from Sky are in no way helpful to anyone.
