    @SkyHelpTeam It says no known issues but clearly there is as its not been working for 4 days now. And there are 2 orange lights on the router

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that these outages can occur however as each day passes it is costing us in mobile data, loss of time for work as well as paying for a service we are not receiving. Whilst I appreciate you may not be able to help surely you must be able to advise who we can contact?

    @SkyHelpTeam @marciabigg I tweeted about this and deleted it due to the lack of response. I have had this issue since Monday and I the TV guide function doesn’t work.

    @SkyHelpTeam The status part of the settings menu has an ‘x’ next to the satellite signal. I’ve restarted the box and it is now alternating between ‘no satellite signal’ and the blue screen and actual picture. I’ll book an engineer.

    @SkyHelpTeam how come now I change internet provider everything else works better apart from the sky q boxes? Connections drop, I have to reinput the password twice a day, sky q boxes lose connection. NOTHING else has this problem apart from your equipment. 🤔

    @SkyUK I’ve been a Sky customer for 21 years now, and the level of customer care and service I’ve received the past week, is far from anything “VIP” related as my years of loyalty should suggest. 1/19

    @SkyHelpTeam It's the Internet and voice that are Amber. And how can I send you a picture of it with no Internet. Even my sky mobile data doesn't work. Like I said I've gone to someone else's house to contact you.

    @SkyUK And you have to watch in silence otherwise the tv thinks you are talking to it and your program stops ! If your broadband isn’t the best you are in for a bad ride - stick to sky Q
