    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Emma I kind of guessed it was a scam call when he called me bit** and started swearing at me 😝The reason I reported it is so you can start investigating and getting some of these obnoxious distressing scammers stopped. Sky have an obligation to help

    @SkyHelpTeam put my tv on and no signal is bouncing about the screen. Checked all the cables, all in. It's not raining where, any reason why it isn't working? I paid my bill in full on Monday

    Over eight years with @SkyUK broadband and no issues!! Switched over to @BT today…. AND CANCELLED TODAY!! Shocking service!! Straight back to Sky!!

    @CatACor21 @SkySports I feel good for this guy. He’s always wanted the smoke, and he always kept working at getting better at his craft. Now, he’s a problem at HW. Good for him

    @SkyHelpTeam really not happy with the service I’m getting. Had TV installed in my house last Friday, had problems all weekend with not receiving channels, had an engineer come out to “fix” the issue. Still having same issues and have to wait over a week now for another engineer.

    @SkyHelpTeam worst customer service called waiting 25 min to be told by an engineer he could not verify me after I verified 4 times before, was very rude and put the phone down and still have no broadband

    @skytv @skyhelpteam I hate taking to Twitter but I'm infuriated that I spend £80+ pm with you and it seems impossible to book an engineer visit to fix my Sky+ box. There's no way to do this on the web site, when I call I wait + get cut off, and your 'virtual assistant is useless
