@SkyHelpTeam Yes we have booked one and also spoke to a colleague of yours on the phone to see if we could remotely fix the issue but unable too ! We’ve only had the issue since an open reach guy was in the area yesterday doing something since then a few of us have lost our internet …

Absolutely disgraceful service from @SkyUK - waited in all day for TV installation crew, told now not coming until 11 Jan because we missed 2 calls less than 5 mins apart and will charge us for ‘missed appointment’ when we called back in mins. Do you think this is acceptable?

@SkyHelpTeam I have just spoken to your team@on the phone. External issue. Stated that they need to book and engineer. Up to 5 working days. No heating, broadband or tv over Christmas. Absolute joke!

@SkyHelpTeam. We have a recurring problem with Netflix not launching on our puck, we just see a black screen. It only launches after a full restart. Is there a fix/ update coming to sort this?

@SkyHelpTeam our broadband has been down most of the day. Can someone please let me know what is going on? Appears to be a fault with a number of customers today!
