    @SkyUK what’s going on with the downloading problem? J know many are having the same issue and I’m unable to download from Sky Max at present (Manifest S3)

    @SkyHelpTeam hi iv just had to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow as the lady at sky upgraded me to sky q but she didn't inform me I needed broadband for this. Very frustrating as iv had signal issue's for over a year with no help whatsoever and now gave false information

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky DOWN in North Ayrshire again. My friend has rebooted her router and done everything she can to fix it. She's studying for a degree! She's admin and IT qualified so it's a problem at your end.

    Come on @SkyUK …..it seems nobody in the UK can download programmes from #skymax, it’s been like this for 12 hours. A simple explanation of the problem would placate most people, at the moment your silence is deafening. @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Said there was no known problems in the area and there was no connection. After 4 or so tries resetting the internet box I finally got it working which took a long time
