    @SkyHelpTeam why does the WiFi cut out every time someone ring the house phone ? Still doing it no Xmas tree up or anything like that I genuinely think I need a hub I’ve tried all the options to cure it and they don’t work

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi wondering if you might be able to help or point me in the right direction. Upgraded my phone yesterday to the new Samsung and in the box was the jiffy bag to send my old one off, BUT no postage label was in there 🤔 Help!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I’ve done what you suggested and it says “we’ve found an issue with your connection”. Tried the telephone number, but the wait is 45 mins. BTW, I’ve still got the old style hub, not like the one in your guide.
