    @SkyHelpTeam Every time I've done this it's reported no issues. However, the download speed has barely broken 28mbps despite being under a 43mbps guarantee. It is because of this I'll be ending my contract in 3 months when it's due.

    Can't believe how selfish and ignorant @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer service is, not only that their operators also lie, @SkyUK are bullies and driven by greed, they hide behind words such as a duty of care but would rather put a family into hardship by restricting 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam I mean since 5 alone the wifi has gone down twice, incredibly unstable ping, download/upload being incredibly low compared to their normal (low)

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and requested an engineer. It says it's an exchange issue, nothing to do with my equipment. It then started working again and then went off again.
