    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried this one three different browsers, safari, google chrome, Microsoft edge and on three different computers and separately an Ipad, same result. My partner also tried and same issue - I experienced same issue before the new year. Can u advise if this will be fixed.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Im based in Goodmayes. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they said that there was a a fibre issue and @OpenreachHelp were working on it. I've had no broadband or phone line since Sunday. Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam Bt replaced a telegraph pole outside my dad's house he now has no phone and has everything with you. He is shielding and can't get hold of myself in emergency

    @SkyHelpTeam All we’ve been told is that we had to pay for a new router and it didn’t solve the problem so it’s obviously something on ur end, I’m thinking you should upgrade ur servers so u can handle the traffic. It’s hard trying to connect to my online classes with the slowest WiFi alive
