    @SkyHelpTeam There’s a problem and to call you. When I call, you tell me that you need to send a code to another phone. But now saying that it won’t send and got to send it to the ‘case’ team which will take at least 72 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called and they can’t do the line test because the account holder is not here (who is my partner), they can’t confirm either if there is a problem in the area because we don’t have a landline…

    @SkyHelpTeam I just want to be able to look at my account and change/ add/ cancel things when I want to however it’s so hard to access website or speak to someone.

    After complaining, the best @skytv @SkyUK could say to her by a manager is if that's not fine with her, they can pass her on to the cancellation or whatever department it is called to cancel. I'm so livid!!!
