@bluetide @SkyHelpTeam Do you notice how impervious @SkyHelpTeam are to feedback. They’ve clearly been told to pretend there are no issues. Just pisses is long established customers off no end. We’re not stupid! Although we’ve been duped into paying to beta test this ****** product!

@uninvitedCat @SkyUK Yup. Really pissed off because it was recommended I cancel the whole thing and start again and now I have to wait for Sky’s system to register the cancellation, which looks like it’ll be tomorrow. That’s 2 days lost thanks to Sky stuffing up. Unimpressed.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there - trying to cancel my 4 week trial of Sky Movies but going round in circles online. Tried calling but the messages were trying to direct me back to the website. Currently stuck on hold - is there any way of downgrading online please?
