    @SkyHelpTeam That's what I'm saying I've tried the number after the help guides and it still hangs up saying to look online. I currently have to sit in the same room as the modem cos theres no signal in the rest of the house. You have the cheek to charge me for broadband.

    Lost the sound on @SkySports , wish it had happened during the game then I wouldn't of had to listen to @DarrenBent talk **** for 90 minutes.

    @SkyHelpTeam Was told I wouldn’t have to pay an admin fee as I was already a sky customer however I have been charged anyway? Have already rang up once and it is still not sorted?
