@SkyHelpTeam 2 weeks is unacceptable for the damage caused?? No wasn’t even offered install cost back. Can you sort this as I’m definitely not paying for that when I’ve now got to get The damage repaired

Just had a 25 min call from @SkyUK technical department who ended up calling me a little **** for wasting his time ? How rude ! good job I realised it wasn't #sky and knew it was a dodgy scammer DO NOT ANSWER 01268708760 unless you want to have some fun !
