    @SkyHelpTeam This is the third time on the last seven days that our internet has gone down. The online checker does nothing and the signposting for customer service is shocking. Sky Heal is telling us there's nothing wrong, but contradicts itself when the checks are done.

    @SkyHelpTeam @jschofield92 Problems in OX11 too. Internet light gone solid orange. Came back on briefly but now gone again. Glad it's not just me!
