Spent a week or so ringing to try and get the deal to be told no. Left and never looked back. TV services are overpriced. Their broadband felt throttled all the time. Leave

Joe (@plumbeing) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue for years was stuck on an old package that they didn’t offer anymore and the price would get increased every year it got to like £50 a month for just a 20mb line. They recently upgraded the internet in my block and now I pay less for much faster speeds

sbreame (@sbreame) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I switched to new provider as moving house - When I went to cancel with Sky they offered to drop my bill from £46 a month to £31. They will offer you a better deal when you say you want to leave.

Oscar (@Oscarsaurus) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same problem and spent about 2 hours on live chat with them because I'm a stubborn ***. Got them to reduce the price to what it would be for a new customer by telling them that if they didn't honour the price I would be switching providers immediately.
