    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is absoloutly appalling, you sent an engineer to the wrong adress on monday in a different city. Told me you now cant clme back until a week thursday. And iv been promised two calls back. None of which have happened. Il be cancelling my sky 👍🏻

    @SkySports That is a PR stunt. The cat has mobility problems. Cerebellar Hypoplasia. They wanted to be sure someone could catch the cat quick enough.
