    @SkyHelpTeam For a company to render such atrocious service and to have customers consider an in house ‘downtime’ monitor as being handy. A bit like providing a pre coloured litmus paper to placate the conveniently less informed.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've had no satellite signal for TV for three mornings in a row now. It sorts itself out by lunchtime but that's too late for "Homes under the hammer". What's going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam I called the helpline 3 weeks ago and after being on hold for an hour was assured that my reward card for referring a friend would be with me within 14 days. It’s now been 22 days. And their service was installed nearly 10 weeks ago!?

    @SkyHelpTeam so now open reach have installed fibre down my road and dig up my £6k driveway to do it - permission not asked - does that mean the WiFi I have with SKY connects automatically to fibre now?
