    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. All the stuff I always do. Restarts etc . I then get it back. But I thought the update was going to mean an end to all this. Clearly that is not the case. I now await itv live to freeze yet again tonight. I should not have to unplug to get a service

    @SkyHelpTeam Well when it’s resolved I won’t have a complaint . I’m sorry but I have a complaint now as I’m not getting the service I pay for.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done a full reset of the hub, as the help in the link told me to do, still getting a lot less than the minimum upload speed. 146.4 download, this is in the min/max range sky gave me, 6.4 upload which is below the 24mbps speed and doesn't allow me to stream without it cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh great that’s just fantastic. Your info attached to the update sent to testers said it was to resolve the freezing issue. I’m paying over £100 a month with not even an offer of a discount or anything while I’m unplugging and resetting . I’ve been cheated

    Surely the fact that Kris Boyd is openly enjoying Leeds losing is pathetic at best, completely unprofessional at worst. @SkySports - how can this be justified?

    Not enjoying @SkySports Saturday anymore. Line up is poor compared to @mattletiss7 and Charlie Nicholas ect. No wonder the brilliant @JeffStelling is leaving. Think I will too.
