@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for quick reply I cannot login as I'm not on sky so its saying we have not got a sky connection. I cannot forward that on to my mum as she has no Internet. On her mobile phone package.can someone give her a call if I give her number or can someone do a diagnostics test.

@hayleymac_10 @SkyHelpTeam We have a crap signal anyway living in a small cul de sac off the main residential road so they haven't extended their superfast to our flats but the rest of the town has it 😔but it's been worse than usual last couple of days!
