@Mat_Thompson @SkyUK Not that anybody ever pays for it but it covers accidental damage to Q box (which you'd be liable for), next day engineer visits and coverage for a device (TV, games console etc.)

@SkyHelpTeam It's confusing that so much of your help info is online which can only be accessed with an internet connection/data. Data is limited, so it should be a last resort. Got an engineer coming, but it's insane to suggest using the internet to resolve internet issues.

@SkyHelpTeam I know this isn't your problem, whoever reads this tweet, but if you can pass on this feedback, it'd be appreciated. This isn't the first time it's happened and it feels way more difficult than it should to find a number to call, especially when it's all stored online.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet in se15 since 11am. it says it will take a few hours to fix but it has been longer than that. impossible to work from home. any update?
