    @SkyHelpTeam Please don't patronise me with a link! I use your services daily, I know how often on-demand content has no CC. I know catch-up rarely has CC, I have to ensure I record programs live or miss out! That despite paying you for service, you advise we watch via other catch-up services

    @SkyHelpTeam The same one. It tells me my old account number. I can’t rejoin as a new customer because it recognises my address. Just want an easy, straightforward transaction so I can bin off Virgin.
