    @SkyHelpTeam Why is the broadband so bad @SkyHelpTeam? I've followed the necessary on My Broadband steps tried my fixing my hub and all it says is book an engineer... 9.4mbps and failed upload speed. I pay for sky fibre and this is my speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke in tha appropriate places to say I needed a booster & the automated service told me that it would send me an sms with a link to the website. I was unable to find any help on the website which is why I was trying to call

    @SkyHelpTeam rang back another 30MIN phone call to be told they cant send out a new sky q router as our account should be getting the sky broadband one! WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH! and now the sky Q router won't even come back on! seriously looking at what legal rights we have as a customer now

    @SkyHelpTeam yes i have done the checks on this. my Internet went off about 3pm. i have reported the issue to sky broadband. there are saying its a fault in the cabinet out side of my property
