    @SkyHelpTeam every day since beginning of September out Internet Is dropping out daily (in the double digits) it's getting beyond a joke and no one we phone is any help at all! So now I'm paying for a plastic black box that doesn't do a thing. Any chance it's gonna be sorted.

    @SkyHelpTeam afternoon. Been having a bit of trouble with our internet cutting out but this afternoon is the worst, has been out for a good few hours now…any issues in BT26 area? Co. Down? Have checked connections etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again I’ve been promised someone will call back within 24/48 hours but i was promised this before and no call. The account should just be changed since the notes are all there. I don’t see the issue
