    @SkyHelpTeam Void evening, still have issues now I can connect to wifi but states without Internet connection, this then comes on for a while and then loses Internet again, have followed all advise with turning off, leaving and turning back on, please help...

    @SkyHelpTeam hello I have been unable to logo int9 my @canva account for 2 days. I've noticed via @DowndetectorUK that the issue is around the Sky Broadband shield. I've tried to change this in my sky accnt on desktop but there is no function to do this. Please help.
