    @SkyUK customer service is a disgrace! Brand new customer and both my hubs are lost yet I’m being told I should contact @RoyalMail !!! Never been treated like this ever ! Really second guessing joining this company if this is the treatment I’m getting from the beginning!!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We did the same after dads death ,one ****** of a company demanded the original death certificate, I changed residential address to local lawn cemetery ,phone 1800 3825633(letters)and never engaged again

    @SkySports I subscribe to Sky & Sky sports but it does not appear I have ITVX. If this is correct I will cancel my Sky subscription. I’m tired of being scammed with increased subtle subscription additions.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are absolutely disgusted by your service. Last Sunday we contacted you saying our cable was damaged and we don’t have any broadband - you assured us that open reach would be here in 48 hours - a week on nothings been fixed!! This is not acceptable!!
