    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @DPD_UK You've lost my phone sent by @SkyUK, your customer service won't do a thing to help, sent me to the depot TWICE yet item not there, 1/4 tank of petrol (~£20) WASTED, e-mailed Sinead Croke, Director of Customer Experience, no response. Absolutely furious. Pathetic.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam What the hell is taking so long about resending my phone lost by those incompetent crap people known as @DPD_UK? They've lost the device, nothing on tracking since the 3rd, yet I'm still waiting. I could just go to a phone shop and pick one up. Not happy!

    @bt_uk your customer service is shit! Been left without broadband all day and no one has bothered contacting us to fix it even though I was told you would. Going back to @SkyUK TODAY!! Good riddance we’ll never go with by ever again

    @SkyHelpTeam I've also done all the connect it with the ethernet cable, and take off the filter and plug in direct, and unplug the phone, and plug direct into router, but it's not here, it doesn't help? That's why you said you'd optimise the line

    @SkyHelpTeam sort your **** out clear problem with sky q mini box’s use as a hotspot, relays awful connection and no way to disable it as a booster, multiple people with the same problem, poor once again
