@TalkTalk Poor customer service. I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. I rang back same issue. Help!

@TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

@TalkTalk I tried to find out more info about your ‘outages’ and instead for the 4th time had one of your representatives trying to sell me a broadband package. How come you couldn’t fix YOUR network issue but want to flog a new router only for it not to work due to YOUR network issues 🤔

@TalkTalk Why don’t you dare talk publicly? And why would I do that? I tried for over a year to get a modern router since mine is more than 5 years old. You said no and continued providing a terrible service. I leave Monday to a much higher speed and lower price.
