    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk you really need to have you call centre staff actually do their job,sat on hold for nearly an hour and I can hear them pressing buttons,not on,you can't even take my money on the day I state, rubbish service

    @J3Lyon BT... Have tried sky/virgin/talktalk. BT may cost bit more but the customer service is without question the best esp with halo mobile broadband router. Also the stability and reliability is so much better

    I hour later via Dm & still no further @TalkTalk shocking customer service , talk talk but won’t talk to you it’s disgusting how you treat your elderly , vulnerable customers , I’ve just seen exactly what my poor mum has had to deal with since last week & no further on !

    @TalkTalk May i ask if services will be down in the LL30 area 9th 00.01am as i have been cut off past 2 nights in a row? It's not fun streaming to get cut off an hour and a half into it.
