@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Hi @TalkTalk I have Fibre Broadband in Downham market Norfolk, my connection has been down for 45 minutes. I have also had issues loggin in to the TalkTalk website via 4G mobile, is TalkTalk having issues currently?

@WeAreOpenreach @angel_trueman We've been reporting issues in the PE38 area for days. I reported yesterday when it was patchy. Today there has been no internet at all. This is obviously a widespread outage yet TalkTalk doesn't put out an update or statement on it.

@TalkTalk hi, your website still won't process change of address submissions correctly, and yesterday I spent an hour with the online chat, for something that should take 5 mins, only for it not to work there too. Then they tell me to try again tomorrow... Really poor service
