    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    Fuming! @TalkTalk have kept me on a live chat for an hour trying to sort out my Mum’s phone line which has gone down and she needs access too urgently. After all the back and forth they’ve finally said they cannot sort it out without her authorisation to send an engineer! 🤬

    Had no internet since Friday thanks to @TalkTalk and @CityFibre Talktalk refused to help me first time around as they have an account number processing but can’t find me. Confirmed line issue but cityfibre “don’t deal with customers, only businesses” 🤬😡

    Explain how a 2:59 minute video has been stuck on 58% for FOUR HOURS? @xbox @talktalk @scumretards Let’s do maths because clearly someone needs help: A 2:59 clip should take 1 minute. 1 minute vs 4 hours = 240 mins. 240 mins ÷ 2.59 mins of video = 92.6× slowdown multiplier...
