@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk my grandparents have been without a landline for nearly a month after your fibre was installed, can’t get through to anyone at all, it is their main way on contacting family !!! they are still paying it and can’t use it??? can someone help?

@TalkTalk are youse shut today.. not responding to tweets or dms ??? Day 6 n still in limbo.. “ at backend of system a bar is stuck” n “there’s a miss match on 2 systems” is the made up problems according to you so why can’t you fix them fml

@TalkTalk why have I got restricted internet all bills up to date but you asking for a payment, 6 n half hours of call time over last 5 days no internet n getting no help through phone or your dm service please help going crazy here
