@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk Very at risk elderly father (under POA) lost his phone connection last week. Your "support" has been atrocious (myself and sister contacting you). I've now heard someone visited him from talktalk this morning despite you knowing he doesn't have POA (dementia).

@TalkTalk No idea what was said or when it's getting fixed. We were told nobody would need access to the house. Nobody should be visiting without liaising with us first. Genuinely this is very stressful and shocking organisation by you. Please help

@TalkTalk 24 hours and zero response. I understand that TalkTalk is the worst rated ISP in the UK. Promised min 25mbps currently 1,3mbps and breaks down every 15 mins. Running a business is not possible. Many thanks. I will be changing to another provider.

I'm so curious at to why SO many companies internet is going down??? Virgin Media, Sky, NowTV (which uses Sky's servers((don't quote me on that)) but NowTV never usually has issues when Sky does), BT, TalkTalk, etc? Wtf is happening???

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Please explain why your cancellations team think it’s acceptable to hang up or put me on hold for 40 minutes every time I call! I’ve spent over 8 hours now since Friday trying to cancel my internet with zero success.
