@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Ironic that talktalk is called talktalk given that you can never get a hold of them and when you do get an adviser it’s like speaking to a goldfish.

@MartinSLewis I've been with talktalk from day 1. Bad start but they've been brilliant since. Now paying £26 pcm all in. 64M download speeds. Never any problems.

@TalkTalk just rang up to cancel internet 30 mins on hold after 10 mins in discussions with the man on the other end he still didn’t get through the security questions as he couldn’t even get the phone number right on 7 occasions. I was ringing from the landline I’m cancelling

Just shows how poor @TalkTalk are. Barely 5mb internet. Meant to be 11mb. Switched to @ShellEnergyHome and now getting over 12mb. Well done. Switch to @ShellEnergyHome if you can!

@TalkTalk Been through it in August. It’s just the Talktalk network. It doesn’t refresh as quick as others. I have to use my phones hotspot 4G to make urgent changes or get on a BT connection. Don’t know why you’re can’t be quicker?
