    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @Michell26770648 @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk Morning Michelle. We have 2 lines, home line and business line, we have broadband on the business line. It’s the home line which isnt working, very bad crackle on it.

    @TalkTalk we had a technician come to upgrade our wifi on Tuesday to fibre and ever since have had no wifi after being promised there would be no disruption. This is an absolute disgrace and it’s impossible to get in touch with support (as your lines are shut most of the time)

    Morning lovelies. I have @OpenreachHelp booked in this morning so let’s see after 4 weeks if between them and @TalkTalk they actually turn up today and fix it, if not I will be cancelling my contract. The clock is ticking!

    @TalkTalk I can’t fathom how entirely useless you are at resolving this issue which has resulted in me having to pay out of my own pocket to get to the office as I cannot WFH. So disappointing to have to tweet in the hope someone will do something.

    @RigelSounds @TalkTalk Seems like some people are hired to reply in DM’s. I have had convos with several of them and no help or resolving the issues whatsoever. What a mean useless company!
