    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    Terrible service from @TalkTalk once again today, our youview box stopped working & they want to charge us for an upgrade that doesn’t include recording capability, even though we’re in a contract with them & their equipment is faulty! Time to go to a better provider.

    @TalkTalk now into my third day without and internet despite an Engineer visiting and assisting him with replacing the cable on a day I needed to take off of work. In addition, I have been fobbed off to full fibre help lines despite not having full fibre…..Joke

    @TalkTalk We don’t have a landline. But no internet at all. I think it may be an Openreach issue as others in the area are in the same position but are with different providers.
