@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@Ash_470 @dinkyrach @PollardRach Virgin are not the top dogs for speed anymore and get well beaten on price by many other providers. Cityfibre sell Vodafone, Talktalk, Zen and many more for £40 a month for 900/900mb on their full fibre network. Kcoms full fibre is good there old FTTC stuff not so much

Why is nothing ever easy? Moving broadband to @TalkTalk and welcome pack arrived with new land line number. 7 departments later and 45 minutes I was told to cancel order and reorder. But can’t reorder until 48 hours time. I thought talktalk was better than this……..

Talktalk gotta be worst internet company ever. Yesterday my mum woke up and the internet router was flashing orange it should usually be on white and stay on white, gotta wait all this week till Monday for damn engineer to come out, ridiculous. #talktalk
