@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

We left @TalkTalk because they had been overcharging - for a TV service we weren't getting. They agreed with our new ISP the cutover date. They cut us off at 235959 of the cutover. But then they billed us for the full month... They will credit us the money in 14 days...

@Tonysmini @StewartHosieSNP I'm here all day almost everyday (working with my phone as a WiFi hotspot). Openreach simply repeatedly just does not show up when they're supposed to. I had Plusnet ringing them every day and they still would not come. We gave up and now having the same problem with TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk after 4 calls and 4 chat sessions (transcripts available) of 90 minutes+ I am still unable to log in to myAccount. I have had numerous assurances that "it is fixed", "it will be fixed in 24 hours" and "it is being looked at" - it still doesn't work after 3 months. Shock

@TalkTalk Recently switched from BT not a problem with internet over the 5years switched last week and nothing but problems internet is off more than it’s on think I will be cancelling it on Monday
