    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk We unfortunately have them at work. The service is appalling. The "fibre" is so slow, the ticket system is by far the worst I've encountered. They closed the ticket without resolving and told me I'd have to resubmit. As soon as the contract is up they can piss off.

    .@TalkTalk hopeless. You sent me an offer by email that I accepted and you sent confirmation but no email. Email today that my cost has instead of going down it's gone up! Always the same with you

    TalkTalk. Teamviewer. Changing your DNS to a public domain doesn't fix the blocking issue. Go to "My Account" on TalkTalk, "My Services", "View Homesafe" and turn off Scam Protection. Just wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to remote access my work's PC.

    @DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk Mine went down for 5 wks. After 2 wks of no solution I changed providers which took 3 wks - all the while TalkTalk couldn't support me or fix the issue, claiming my line was broken and needed a £60 engineer call out. New provider sent me a router and I was back online in 24hr.

    @virginmedia SORRY BUT NASTY COMPANY Sorry but no commitment, crazy overpriced, unreachable service offices & staff, no shops in Bristol, unable to receive messages or log ins but always > Sorry there is a fault ! I switched to TALKTALK, regular emails, fairly priced, reachable office/staff

    @TalkTalk I have already been through the service portal on your website and reported it. Just frustrating as I stream everything on my TV as I have no aerial.
