    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Last Thursday yet still no one is willing to help me. I have lost out on wages. I have a uni deadline this week which I now can’t work on and I have used all my mobile data which has also cost me a lot more money than usual. How are you going to fix this ASAP and when will I 3/4

    @TalkTalk I have done already and was told by someone in your team they were under qualified to help me. I've had no Internet since Saturday and was hung up on twice. Its poor customer service.. You're no help!

    Tell you what. @TalkTalk are the most difficult company to deal with. Cancelled in my cooling off period because they're customer service was awful. Hadn't set up my account. Took three phone calls, the last one being 70 mins, to do this. Confirmed cancelled. Two weeks later 1/4

    That's right. It said to complain give them a ring, or use the live chat. It really shouldn't be this hard to cancel in a cooling off period. Anyway, tl;dr version of this. Don't use @TalkTalk. They don't actually like to deal with you. And they're rubbish at customer care.

    @OpenreachHelp I've tried to escalate this with Talktalk and they cannot confirm a Welfare Ref Case number to me. Apparently they are having 'technical issues'. My vulnerable father has now been without his landline for 3 weeks, with an estimated fix date of 26 October, according to Talktalk.
