@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk your customer service is appalling. I have been without WiFi since Friday morning. Engineer was booked for between 1-6pm today. No one showed. Will you be reimbursing me my wages? Appalled and beyond stressed.

@clarinette02 I have always replaced the provided hardware with my own as never found a provider router delivered what they promised. Though in your case would feel a bit like letting talktalk off the hook I guess

@TalkTalk It was a comment in support of another tweeter, not a complaint. I have no dealings with Talk Talk, and as far as I am aware I have avoided all attempts to scam me with dodgy phone calls.

@TalkTalk Adam called me back at 10.05 this morning. He seemed oblivious to the fact he'd phoned me last week. I informed him he'd neglected to phone me back and as customer service was a reason I'd left, he had confirmed my reason to leave, thanks Adam @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk why are you unable to deal with my request to upgrade my broadband completely. Spoken to 7 people including customer services (who cut me off by accident). Been with you since 2013. Incompetence astounding.
