    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk spoke to about 8 different people in the 3 days. And no one seems to want to help! We have to move and want to move your product to new home. But apparently it’s going to cost me £80 plus my monthly subscription will go up! Please help

    @TalkTalk what an absolute shambles. Would love to talk to someone from your customer experience dept. Incompetent, slow, frustrating = the majority of the people I’ve spoken to today… been on a call for an hour now… & your call handlers can’t make outbound calls? What?!?

    No refund of the £50 from TalkTalk I paid for new phone and they actually closed the fault down on their system BEFORE I got an engineer so they obviously knew it was not an internal fault 💩

    @TalkTalk Are lameline isn’t working and has been like that for days. My brother spoke to someone and admitted there was a problem. A engineer came Monday gone then said he couldn’t do it and someone was supposed to turn up today and nothing
