@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk guys.. I'm having to reach out to you every couple of weeks, and we end up resetting the router and life goes on for couple of weeks and here we are again. This time, I've already reset the router and it's still bad. Some apps work, like Teams, but websites don't. Help

Having been @skytv 4 over 15 years I decided to give @TalkTalk a go with b/band/TV. After 2 whole days #talktalk have me on the edge of a nervous breakdown with their horrific customer service. Cancelled-at last. #skytv I love you, I am ur's 4 life and I'm sorry 4 my treachery.

@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

@TalkTalk Lost my Internet connection about an hour ago. Ran line test and problem at exchange that must have occurred this morning. Text from you says 2-3 working days to fix. This is ridiculous that I will potentially be without Internet yet no discount for loss of service! 🤬

@talktalk contacted you on Monday, you said OpenReach engineer would contact me to resolve my issue. Still waiting. Had no service since 29/10/2021. Been waiting for 15 mins for your "engineer" to respond to my DM. Been waiting for 6 days for your "manager" to call me back. #bad
