    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @luke100watt @olde_seadog @TalkTalk They are telling me today that they are going to increase my fixed price place by £2 per month next month....half way into the contract. What is the definition of fixed price plan? This is why companies fail, they don’t look after reasonable customers.

    @plusnethelp I'm meant to be switching from TalkTalk Fiber Plusnet Fiber today, TalkTalk service went down at 12:01 but still no word from you that this is actually happening today

    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever experienced. Moved house, notified prior, no UFO broadband at new house. Website clearly states no early termination for this. Still trying to charge me weeks after moving! No compensation offered for hours and hours on the phone

    @TalkTalk I’ve been waiting since 8am-1pm for the engineer to install my broadband. Still no sign at 6:30pm. Useless customer service and communication. Will likely cancel if this is how you welcome new customers

    @TalkTalk is there an issue with wifi in EH5. Wifi hasn’t been working all day! The person on the live chat just kept telling me to wait and I never heard anymore.

    @TalkTalk I arranged on 06/02 for my account to be cancelled and my service disconnected on 13/03 but you haven’t done it! Tried online chat, promised call back (nowt), tried ringing, was put on hold - I can’t spend hours on the phone due to work! It should just be cancelled!
