@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk When I was experocing issues and took hours to get through to someone, I was told you don't have a dedicated line for vulnerable priority customers? As someone who is meant to be on that list can I ask for the number please?

@TalkTalk Come on @TalkTalk #TalkTalk you need to explain how you can sell a product and then not provide that product and put a small disclaimer way down in the contract so you can ignore a complaint. I sent an email but apparently you dont read them.

Be Warned, if you are considering having @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup future-fibre. The staff tell lies, give out misinformation, make promises & don't keep them. YOU will end up having to make many many phone calls to try & sort out their chaos. its the worst service of any company
