@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk tried to cancel my out of contract connection and Dillan in retention could not do it as his manager was not there. Then wanted 30 days notice reduced to 6 days even though we have no internet. He gave up and hung up

@TalkTalk how ******** is Canning Town area internet been down since 16/11 and promised to be fixed by 29/11 17:00 and still hasn’t come back online? How can you not provide any updates on the situation, why do we have to constantly message to see what the end date is

So, @OpenreachHelp charged me £127 just to MAKE an engineers appt and he never showed. I’m forced to wait in all day or face another charge for wasting THEIR time, and now I’m forced to spend MORE time chasing this, while @TalkTalk “sympathises.” PITA & awful Cust Serv.

@TalkTalk unable to reply to the last direct message that was sent to me from talk talk. Landline still not working, this happened 6th October previously, because someone had done something with main box. Not happy. Phone now been out 6 days, was promised that it would done 29t

@TalkTalk disconnected, no internet and no resolve after spending from 9am till 21.00pm ,passed from dept to dept. Finally tried to cancel as I am out of contract and they could not do that either. Manager hung up on me.

@TalkTalk the process for renewing my contract seems really slow at the moment. I’ve heard nothing since requesting this sometime ago, not even an automated email. I’m not sure my request has worked.
