@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk we were supposed to have an engineer attend yesterday to install our fibre router and they never turnt up. Can you please inform us why this was or when we can expect them seen as we all work full time and waited in yesterday afternoon for them to not show up.

@TalkTalk Internet is crap and not working so won’t make any difference here. Human brought a £100 mesh extender and still the internet connection is crap. No connection sitting right next to router either!! #crapservice #avoid

Asked @TalkTalk why I couldn't purchase broadband package (advertised on @MoneySuperHelp as available for my property) through their website. Told...not in fact available. Offered much more £££ package. Asked if TT could match advertised price..."customer service" hung up!

@TalkTalk Apparently the router they installed isn't the correct one but if it's going to be another 3 weeks for someone to go out to fix whatever the problem is, then surely that's a breach of contract?

dear @TalkTalk I have been on chat for over an hour and a half with your customer suport team to dispute an incorrect charge on my bill. Your billing team says they can't help, but the technical team can! And the chat keeps sending me back to billing. #fail
