@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Very adult question but can anyone recommend a WiFi network for a flat (not @TalkTalk, currently into hour 25 with no WiFi and they just keeping asking me to clear the cache on my phone lol)

@TalkTalk some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Issues with internet service for 7 days so far and not even close to being resolved. Everyday I have to start the process from the start and go through the same procedures. Very frustrating. Better off with dial-up!

@TalkTalk For the last month your website has told me I can get Fibre 150 and I just need to call up to buy. So I've just checked again and now you're saying it's NOT available in my area, and your call centre shuts at 6pm. Poor. Off to BT where I can do it online and get 150mbps

@TalkTalk are the most frustrating company to deal with, I have been trying to sign up with them for days but have had problem after problem with their systems and service, completely unprofessional.

I am absolutely begging you, I am on the verge of tears I need my WiFi sorted tomorrow @TalkTalk I am really going to be under so much stress if tomorrow you tell me another 3 days are needed to update. As I customer I've never been more Unsatisfied or stressed!!
