    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    talktalk are the worst company ever - the wifi is always going off and giving us grief and even when it’s on and working it’s not strong at all. the customer service is also one of the worst i’ve ever experienced, not helpful at all.

    @TalkTalk Hi, when I'm calling the numbers on your website for technical help it says that you are closed, despite saying the opening hours are 8am until 10pm. Please can you provide me with a contact detail of a line that is open?

    @TalkTalk I'm at the stage of 'why bother?' I can pick up my neighbours virgin wifi 3 doors down but not yours when a door is shut. I am having to use my mobile data to send this as your wifi isn't strong enough to reach the back of my house. Oh by the way, door is now open, no change.

    @TalkTalk please explain to me why we can’t get through an episode of Pepper Pig without our internet cutting out at least 4 times! No engineer turned up to the initial set up and now you want us to pay for you to come out and see why our connection is so crap 🤬

    @TalkTalk I rang 2 weeks ago with a complaint and you said you would ring me back yet I’m still waiting - is it because you have broken @Ofcom rules by not automatically paying me the compensation owed for loss of service for greater than 48 hours and falsifying your records?

    Wow! How good is @talktalk wifi? 28 feet from my router, two devices accessing the wifi and one door closed, boom, no signal!! Cannot wait to dump this contract, as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

    Day 5 with no internet from @TalkTalk! Apparently they are going to call me today… phone calls don’t fix internet
