@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Hey @TalkTalk What gives!?! I called yesterday to notify you that I was moving house and wanted to transfer my service as of 17 Dec. You've gone and cut me off as of 16 Nov! I rang this morn and you're saying nothing can be done until 17 Dec!? How am I supposed to WFH??!?!

@santanderukhelp It’s ok, I just tried a couple of other numbers and they are coming up as call failed too. Maybe yet another issue with my @TalkTalk WiFi, that’s pretty rubbish at the moment... Any other ideas how I can pay, I can’t access online due to account being frozen during separation.
