@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Step by step. 1. Check account number. 2 Check if we provide internet. 3 Check why we are demanding money from someone we do not supply. 4. Refund deposit for service we did not reply. 5 send letter of apology and Compensation for inconvenience our incompetence caused. 6 close.

@MatisseLoren @TalkTalk @Ofcom This was the last time talk talk was going to cause me problems. I just switched. Switch now if you can while Black Friday sales are on. Shame it had to come to this. Can’t work from home. Last time I had no internet for 2 weeks straight due to a “fault”. I’m done.

@TalkTalk 42 hours now without full fibre service in Wolverhampton but appears country wide. Obviously very serious network breakdown and Talktalk unable or unwilling to provide any definitive information regarding the nature of the problem or a timescale for a solution.

@TalkTalk I am not going dark on DM. I told you. We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. Sort the problem. Or I keep this up.
