@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk giving conflicting information every single time I contact them. I was told twice that a BT Openreach Engineer would be sent out and twice that one won’t be sent out. Today I was told Talktalk would fix the issue remotely within 5 working days. A disgrace

@bob_bobbi No. I can’t contact anyone. I’m ok but I’m anxious because my alarm won’t work to dial 999 in an emergency as my phone isn’t working. If I’d known talktalk don’t have emergency numbers for vulnerable customers & close their phone lines & chat by 7pm I’d never have signed up.

@TalkTalk is the worst ISP for real. Internet is clearly being bottlenecked with my ping jumping up to the 100s and fixing for a few minutes every time I reset my router.
