    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk Internet is currently down (I’m in Edinburgh). I’ve tried all the usual resets and it’s still not working. Connection to the router is fine, but not the router to the internet. Not essential now as I’m about to go to bed, but kinda essential in 8 hours when I start work

    @rare_roberto Openreach outages across the UK right now so if you're with any provider like BT, Sky, talktalk etc that use those lines.. You might run into problems

    @TalkTalk There’s no point you did it all - I spent hours of my time answering questions & got told to connect less devices (hardly any connected) or sit right next to my router. It’s utter crap.

    @TalkTalk why do you make it so difficult for your customers? Since upgraded to fibre my router needs daily reboots. I tried reporting this but a 30 plus mins complex process, why can't I simply report it, you check my account to see how long I've had router & issue a new one?
