    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk Hi again Andy, I DM’d you last week and you told me my service is fine. So if there’s nothing technically wrong, why can’t I transfer a file with the broadband you’re providing? Is it because the speed you offer is only around 12/0.9mbps, which is actually pretty poor for 2023?

    @TalkTalk You pretend you are there but far from helpful. I am without a proper working broadband for months and yet you keep charging. I cannot believe the number of times you have promised a manager will call me to no avail. You should be ashamed of your service levels.

    @TalkTalk what an actual joke of a company!! Transferred to the 6th agent and not one of them have been able to resolve my issue. Nearly 2hrs of my life I'll never be getting back

    @TalkTalk I spent a long time today online trying to cancel my fathers broadband only account. Referred to customer service - open until 8 pm. You’re shut. He pays @BT_uk for landline and has had the number for nearly 70years. He is 94. You say he must lose the number. Help

    @TalkTalk are the worst company I have ever had any dealings with no services for over a month, lies from them,numerous hours sent on calls and emails and chats, failed engineer appointments, repeating things over and over again,still no resolution 🤯

    Never get @TalkTalk Truly the worst service ever. Tried to cancel, put on hold for 30mins sent to wrong department then cut off ring back wait longer 50 mins,passed from pillar to post same scenario! Twitter no better.

    Wifi went out... So glad we're switching back to EE today Bye talktalk, i hope i never have to connect to talktalk wifi again
