@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk I am still waiting for a call from the bereavement team. They were supposed to call me back Saturday 19th March. All I am trying to do is change the name on the account as my grandad passed away in July 2021. Even probate has been easier than this! Customer service is appalling!

@TalkTalk Adam called me back at 10.05 this morning. He seemed oblivious to the fact he'd phoned me last week. I informed him he'd neglected to phone me back and as customer service was a reason I'd left, he had confirmed my reason to leave, thanks Adam @TalkTalk
