@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@Plusnet why is my internet terrible since switching to you? Moved from a rock solid talktalk and had constant dropouts since. I thought talktalk were supposed to be terrible and plusnet decent? I’m seeing the opposite. Constant disconnections, weak WiFi and the router is ancient

@TalkTalk I have now had no internet since Wednesday. I have spoken to at least 8 different people and no one can seem to help me. I was told it would be up and running by Friday but still nothing. I work from home and I haven’t been able to work. Please can someone help me?

@nickstubbs01 I'm with TalkTalk but it's a nightmare if you have an issue. This is ongoing and in spite of many hours spent irately on phone and multiple promises it still isn't fixed and it's down to a language barrier.
