  @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

  @TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.

  @TalkTalk Hi I had an email from Melissa Dube from the complaints team .With due respect, she has not applied high professional standards. She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.

  @TalkTalk They tell me they are too busy & it will be a long time before they can get to me! Told me to check online to track a fault. Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!

  @TalkTalk That’s the point. I won’t be paying £5, or ever using this horrid company again. I feel sorry for the older less tech savvy people who you are exploiting and have no choice

  @TalkTalk Firstly you say you hadn’t received a refund request , now you say the refund has been processed twice . Can you see how utterly incompetent you look . Beyond pathetic. Just pay me the money you owe me by Friday. I think a child could handle customer service better than you guys

  @GothOnABrompton @EE thats why i never moved from Talktalk, as long as the costs are good, my speeds and cnnection work then **** all that mess transfering over to Virgin as i was going to only for friends to warn me off them

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @TalkTalk If it’s not sorted today, I will. I shouldn’t have to make umpteen phone calls and demand to speak to managers to sort this though. I mentioned it on here because people need to know that your customer service is poor.
