    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk Really annoyed ex-customer here. You overcharged me by over £40 on my last bill, the “claim a refund” button return an error, your frankly awful “help” section just goes around in circles and your “live chat” just takes me to your community page. Simply not good enough.

    @TalkTalk Nothing, you refused to help. Stated line test you did were fine despite me continually twlling you red light on router, allocating local ip but unable to ping Google as the router/line has issues. Your answer is call customer services who you can't get through to, brilliant! 👍

    @TalkTalk asked to DM you regarding an outstanding bill, your solution was complete a form an you'll process it within 28 days by which time the debt will increase no doubt by several hundred. Disgraceful
