    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk - can you please get in touch urgently to sort out my fibre upgrade. I have spend a crazy amount of time trying to get this sorted. Keep getting texts saying you'll be in touch. Had an engineer no show too. Current broadband not working either.

    @TalkTalk rubbish customer service. Spent 4weeks explaining issue to tech support. Finally openreach spend 5 mins fixing the problem. Disgrace.

    On the day I finally sent off the redundant equipment to @talktalk it has finally struck me why the company has such a shoddy service. On 29th July I wrote to the CEO of the company and the MD of Consumer affairs regarding thier service.

    @TalkTalk Exactly, I was trapped for this company as well in Switzerland 🇨🇭 I move to the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 and the 5gb abroad I never manage to use and they do tests and say connection is great. And they keep sending me bills without have the service. Disgusting .

    @TalkTalk why can I not get hold of a human being to cancel my contract?! Been on hold for over an hour so far! Absolutely ridiculous. Why can an account not be cancelled online?! I am fuming

    @CHINGGGCHAN @TalkTalk Lol don’t bother ringing them. They’ll put you on hold rather then dealing with the actual problem and keep giving you excuses
