@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Incidently while trying to load TalkTalk website tonight I was totally unable to open it, all it was doing was clocking, so I was unable to contact customer services. There has been no improvement in our internet service since going live on the 16th April 2021. @TalkTalk

What exactly are we paying for ? There is no difference in the service, the internet still clocks, pauses, won't connect, and is as slow as ever. Do we need a better router ? Will the service improve ? What can be done to give us the guaranteed speeds we are paying for? @TalkTalk

@neviestickss @TalkTalk I had a problem with O2 that refunded my ex instead of me, then said I should have updated my address even though I didn’t have an account with them. I went to the ombudsman.

@TalkTalk your tech support is absolute garbage, been sitting for an hour on call to sort out wi-fi connectivity to be told they're doing the same tests they've already done several times. Unreliable signal throughout my whole house and every "fix" doesn't help. Laughable company

@neviestickss @TalkTalk not help. I explained he had difficulty with these calls and they still refused to help. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in years ! I’d never go with @TalkTalk now

@smithofthediff @age_uk It’s across the board. He had two BT broadband contracts, despite not having any internet connection, and 3 TalkTalk mobiles. But for a charity who are supposed to help elderly people to do it is disgraceful. Shameful.
