    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk internet appears to have been disconnected because you can't install future fibre, now have no internet at all and can't speak to anyone on chat or on the phone. Can you help?

    @talktalk free upgrade to fiber means no internet. Promised it would not happen, an hour on the phone and was told no solution for a week. Please help me

    @TalkTalk I’d had been referred twice. But that doesn’t help me till it’s fixed does it. I’ve had to turn the volume of on all the phones in the house which isn’t ideal when I’m in call is it !!🤨

    @TalkTalk three times now I’ve called your service centre and twice after coming off hold the VOIP has garbled the reps voice. I’ve also had to suffer delays on the line. Sort it out please

    @TalkTalk second appointment and no engineer again 😡😡 it’s not fair making customer take time off work! Very poor foreign communication they can’t answer the question so hang up on you very poor

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk we don’t want to take to our customer we will just keep you hanging on the line for ages the hang up on you! Live chat is so slow a simple question will take 30 minutes if your lucky if you have a problem 2 hours to be told you need to call this number 😡😡😡😡
