@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Your service is an absolute outrage! My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon and now I have been told that I must wait 72 hours for the issue to be reviewed by a specialist. How does this seem acceptable to you? I have deadlines to meet!

fun with @TalkTalk.left 16 sep (out of contract).got a bill for 23oct-22 nov.they(named employee) admit mistake. got email yesterday pay the money or else etc etc. contacted again, i need to call them and explain what happened.not my problem @CitizensAdvice help please thnx

@TalkTalk I need to cancel my Talktalk subscription. I've been on hold now for 33 minutes. I'm astonished it's even legal to make it this difficult to cancel. Is there another way?

@TalkTalk Then get someone with a phone to call me !! I went through security questions a stupid amount of times yesterday. I just want it resolving and I don't see why I need to make all the calls. #talktalk are a communications company so .....
