She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Nicko (@lillywobbles) reportedAbsolute nightmare trying to cancel a contract with @TalkTalk . Was told on the phone my contract had been transferred to 02 and to ring them . Couldn’t tell me exactly when. Eventually through ‘ chat’ managed to cancel. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.
