@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Have FINALLY managed to get a line test done, a fault has been FINALLY acknowledged and an engineer will apparently be in my area within the next 3 working days. Still wondering what I'm paying you for. Still looking into alternative service providers. Still fuming!

hey @TalkTalk how do i speak to an actual human being? wifi has been so shocking it won’t complete the online service test, i can’t get onto an online chat and when i phoned up a robot told me the wifi was fine (it is not)
