@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Dicey behaviour from @TalkTalk. They want a cancellation fee on the grounds that I didn’t give a month’s notice. But I did: their system was broken for weeks. I called three times. Each time they promised to call back—never did. Now they’ve put me on hold and disconnected me.

@TalkTalk I am sick and tired of you saying , send DM so we can sort it, read the report your engineer submitted after he came and tried to fix the problem. Get something done and stop messing people about. Very, very poor service from you.

@Memz_D @TalkTalk @Ofcom All i can say is WOW, im so happy im finally leaving. So Talktalk internet will get a further £35 from me for being out of contract & leaving! They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

@TalkTalk I called to cancel my order last week, the lady confirmed she had done this and that I will receive an email to confirm etc. However I have not had a confirmation email, and the router has arrived. Pls could you confirm this has been cancelled? Tia
