@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@KevinJolliffe @TalkTalk Talktalk did it to me, asked for your deadlock letter and raise a complaint. It is fraud! You would be fined if you change anything in a contract.

@TalkTalk I advise anyone that wants moving to talktalk not to do it. After waiting for an engineer to complete the installation , I was told the service would not be reliable so was advised to cancel.

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk - On 28/6 you came to connect my mum (92, blind, deaf, in a wheelchair) to phone and broadband, and said that open reach would finish the job. We are still waiting. This is a serious safeguarding issue. Do I need to make a formal complaint to expedite the process?

@TalkTalk Not a problem any more direct debit cancelled you have been charging him for Internet, phone & tv even though he has been with virgin more than a year. Talktalk has effectively hidden the telephone number and made it near impossible for him to contact you. As I said DD cancelled

@natasha_howson @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel for the last 2 hours and been passed about different departments about 10 times customer services are horrific
