@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

If you are thinking of joining @TalkTalk , don’t. 4 weeks after signing up our engineer failed to attend. 4.5 hours on the phone being passed between 13 different call handlers. No resolution. And you forget to mention we are entitled to compensation @Ofcom @patrick_hutton

@TalkTalk Spoke to openreach engineer this morning and they have found no faults at the exchange. Says the problems are with your systems. I am with Shell broadband who use your lines and have been down since 1010 on Wednesday they are now saying my IP address doesn’t tie up with my router

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup shockingly bad customer service. No internet or phone line for 2 weeks+, passed form pillar to post wasting 10 hrs on the phone this week, inept employees who’ve had no training on how to read a case file (other than Hayden - he was the only helpful one)
