@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk so I have a complaint which I have called in several times now about, no one at talk talk will speak to me even the complaints manager, who promised to call bit nothing. Not the tweeter person is ignoring me!!!

@TalkTalk I shouldn't be on here complaining about my speeds. Jason from TalkTalk sales gave me the right number and option, he was the most helpful and now Sam has found the issue. No one else has managed to find the issue after 2 weeks!

@MartinSLewis @WhichMoney Despite request in writing and via phone 3 months ago @TalkTalk ignoring closing an account and sending monthly charges. No contract. Complaint now with CEO after reply asking to again request closure of account. Word SCAM does not describe it. Avoid!!

@TalkTalk I am so fed up with your customer care. A connection closed 2 months before, after endless phonecalls , infinite emails and lastly confirmed closed account , I have a bill that too with the late charges. What are you guys upto? Why so much of harassment to me?

@TalkTalk It seems TalkTalk never supplied a Digital Voice Adapter but it’s taken hours of calls atleast 5 times since October 2022 to realise this !

@TalkTalk Customer complaints department just contacted my mobile , put me on hold and got disconnected whilst diagnostics were being done . Perhaps I was on Wifi not my EE Data . Waiting for a call back soon .

@DrConnos @TalkTalk That would make it too easy to stop paying the crooks for zero service. A proportion of people will give up before completing.
