@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Thanks for the second letter @TalkTalk telling us to recycle our old router - we will do it don't fret. How about spending you efforts on resolving our internet connection issues first eh? It's coming up to a full month without internet whilst still paying for it. #talktalk

@mattthehoople @TalkTalk I'm in Fife and it's been cutting out all week. TalkTalk customer service attempted to look into this tonight but was unable to do anything as they close at 10pm so wouldn't have time to run diagnostic tests. Have to try again tomorrow am.

@TalkTalk another day of grim internet, couldn’t get any reception on my iPad late last night and the phone was unable to get much when it was quite close to the router earlier today too. Never been this bad before.
