Burridge Les (@BurridgeLes12) reported@TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.

TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@Martin_Law We’ve continued to provide TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. We’re unfortunately unable to continue offering it at no cost. Providing a high-quality email service requires ongoing investments in infrastructure, security, and innovation. -Phili

Gillian Lees (@GillianRLees) reportedInternet still down @TalkTalk . Useless reply to my DM. Tried rebooting router. Didn't work.
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

Clara📚🧣 (@clarawils26) reported@TalkTalk you're absolutely cheeky, sending me an email this morning saying my WiFi is increasing by 3 quid, considering it was down all yesterday morning with no communication! The cheek and nerve 😡😡😡
