@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@KerrAvonB7 @KimberleyJayne4 @virginmedia Good advice thats what I did. I had problems with Talktalk, customer services were in South Africa. Couldnt understand a word, thick african accents and very unhelpful, avoid them .

@THennell @TalkTalk It’s a stressful enough time and this lot will just cause you more stress. This was the cheapest option & now I know why. I’d rather pay a few more £s elsewhere for better service. Both the internet service & customer service are awful

@TalkTalk no internet access for over 2 hours now need this fixed desperately as both work from home. Green power light on and flashing ‘wireless’ but no light on broadband or internet. Tried all steps suggested and nothing fixing issue
