Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk why are staff on DM continually ignoring my query about taking money from a pensioner for over 12 months for a service he doesn’t have? Message acknowledged then ignored all day then a message at the end of the day to ask if it’s sorted…repeat each day…..

@ApGruff @TalkTalk Sounds about right and then when you want to leave after years of bad service they treat you like **** and act like a YouView box is a major piece of equipment that must be returned or else they subtle threaten imo

@ApGruff @TalkTalk This outfit are a major pain in the arse stealth charges bad service terrible call centres I found them really draining and went to BT I've had no hassle at all in the 2 years since joining BT they were fine then went from AOL to Talk Talk and and dive bombed.
