Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@HOSTSalford Apalling customer service from Talk Talk. 10 to 12 weeks ago they removed my 81 yr old mum's copper wire (homephone) so she can no longer make or receive phone calls. They fitted Fast fibre without telling her that she would lose her landline. Dangerous @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Currently on the phone to cancel the contract. Our 3 yr old grandson is trying to watch YouTube but keeps dropping out. I highly recommend EVERYBODY else does the same. WORST ever service.

@TalkTalk is there any maintenance going on in the CW9 postcode? I’ve come home from work, the router is flashing orange and I’ve run a line test which said there’s an issue with the network. Any update would be nice. Thanks.

@TalkTalk I accepted the kind offer of fibre installed in my home Tue morning and have had no Internet since then. 🙃 Fibre team thought perhaps a new hub was the solution but still not arrived.

@TimMadigan9 So sorry..it’s horrendous. Talktalk was worst, despite a death certificates. And the Home call thingy, via British Gas. Was reduced to giving a change of address..the cemetery plot number and postcode. - Often wonder how they got on with the court application.
