@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk It's been 5 days to my go live date and still my wifi not working. Your service centre team booked a engineer visit who never arrive but closed by saying I was not available. Shame on you guys.

@TheSun Are you going to cover this mass internet outage that TalkTalk are trying to hide? Look around, hundreds if not thousands of people without any internet for several days now in the PE38 Downham Market area. And yet they want to raise prices on us again this year!

@TalkTalk Do we get a rebate then, if you guarantee a certain speed, but we have no speed or phone. Asking for us. Been down almost 24 hours now. I know better than to ring you, as you won't do anything anyway.
