@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

@TalkTalk Well my internet is down and has been most of the day. I've contacted you 2 times via the chat service and both times disconnected. I supplied my mobile number both times but no courtesy call back. The orange router light went white last hour but still no connection!
