@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

  • RM_C_ Rebekah (@RM_C_) reported from Witney, England

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

  • spike_abbott Beefeater402 (@spike_abbott) reported from Abingdon, England

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk I’m actually on the phone to your service centre now so let’s see what happens. I am disgusted with your poor customer service towards long standing customers like me.

  • muzfury murray paton (@muzfury) reported

@TalkTalk Hasn't Openreach told you about this massive problem?

@getbodiedkid1 @TalkTalk Just come back for me - maybe about 20 minutes of outage which is only about the 2nd since I've been with them which is way better than @vmbusiness were

  • DuchessTalitha Gidi Chete Chete #GCC (@DuchessTalitha) reported

@TalkTalk this is the worst broadband provider in the UK. If you want disappointment join this crap network. You will be paying money for free

  • pauljonesking #hellomynameis Paul (@pauljonesking) reported

@TalkTalk How much will it cost to just cancel my account this is mad over an hour to try and move house!

  • dan_infinity daninfinity (@dan_infinity) reported

@TalkTalk Why do customers have to request a refund when they have overpaid when a service has ended? 1. The system should calculate an actual bill at that time as it knows when the service will be ending 2. Be refunded to the direct debit account as it already has that info

  • OldMan_Nick89 ⭕️ Old Man Nick ⭕️ (@OldMan_Nick89) reported

@TalkTalk your customer service helpline was less than helpful with resolving my issue. To the point where, after being a customer for nearly 10 years, I am considering switching providers. Even at one stage telling me I’d have to pay for an engineers parking. Ridiculous.

  • OldMan_Nick89 ⭕️ Old Man Nick ⭕️ (@OldMan_Nick89) reported

@TalkTalk I explained several times how my wifi speed has been randomly dropping out for last 2 weeks and nothing within my property has changed yet they kept telling me it was an issue with my router location. If nothing has changed at my property, how is it a location issue??

  • ScottWorsfold1 Scott Worsfold (@ScottWorsfold1) reported

@JohnAlty1 @TalkTalk Yep been having problems for the last couple of days
