@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@claudelittner @TalkTalk So you have discovered just how dependant you are on this one feeble connection? Always have a backup option. Talktalk are especially hopeless. And when the next thunderstorms arrive, if any part of your service is overhead, unplug the line from the router.

@ianinsurbiton @claudelittner @TalkTalk Maybe Claude could help them with a ‘trouble shooting plan’ to resolve technical issues within a certain time scale that is much faster and productive. Although they have moved very quickly to deal with Claude’s issue. 👌

@TalkTalk I genuinely think #TalkTalk have the worst customer service of any business I’ve ever used. Please don’t use them, go with another provider. I wish I did. Over 90 minutes on the phone and they can’t even help me change my WiFi network name. It’s astounding.
