@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@RussInCheshire @kevinpbreslin Can't the TalkTalk customer loyalty team take over? After threating to charge me £235 for leaving them when my contract expires, I think they'd fit right in. And they're probably more qualified.

@lizzie_cleary @TalkTalk Nope, I’ve had to change provider to force the cancellation. I had broadband with talktalk and on their systems it never showed as going live so couldn’t even log on my online account or anything

@TalkTalk The contact number 03451725146 that you gave me is not full fibre team so after explaining our problem yet again we now have to call another number. Instead we will call the cancellation team. This is ridiculous!

@TalkTalk I am sorry that you can’t help. Who do I contact to report that this team aren’t doing their job properly? Not talk talk???? Surely hours of calls to them over 5 months each time resulting in them assuring us that it won’t happen again isn’t enough!

@TalkTalk For weeks now my TalkTalk broadband has been extremely intermittent. At least 3 times a week (sometimes more) I have to turn off the router for at least 30 minutes and then reboot it to try and get some sort of decent speed. Is this a problem all over, or do I need a new router?

@TalkTalk Awful company, you provide a rubbish service, don't collect your equipment when contract cancelled and then send debt collectors, 4 years after the fact, to an OAP, disgusting !
