@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

I’m pretty sure @TalkTalk are taking the absolute piss. They put up the price and now the Internet is constantly dropping out. That’s your reward for sticking with the same provider, a substandard service.

I can't wait for either @TalkTalk to roll UFO into Leigh or Freedom Fibre so I can move away from @VirginMediaCorp. It hasn't been the best service and I even had to buy a mesh solution as the hub is not up to the job. Charging me over the odds

@TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my account but on the line they keep saying to call back in 2-3 hours. I am concerned about a cancellation fee as it is beyond our control: 1) there is no aerial in our new flat, only Virgin. So no channels work on youview box 1/2

@BronteSchiltz Talktalk no issues or my son would soon tell me Xbox, phone, tablet Google thingy & TV then me with the computer and TV 76mbs £23 per month with discount. If theres an issue I go on TT community forum & it gets sorted out. Never called CS for help life's too short for that 😸

Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.
