@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk I have tried on numerous occasions to end my UFO account. Only to be told it's not done through talktalk. I can not get through to talktalk ufo no matter when or how I try. But cancel your DD payment and TALKTALK send a threatening email. How do I solve this?

@TalkTalk Evening. Can't seem to access my account due to technical issues, or so your website tells me. My Eero router has stopped connecting to half the devices in my house and can no longer see them when turned on. I've tried a 3 hour reset on the router and two shut downs via the app.

@TalkTalk this is by far the worst company I have ever used I was reduced to tears trying to cancel my broadband & made to pay an extra month & as soon as my other account is up for renewal I will move asap & never return #no empathy
