Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk Getting help off talktalk is like talking to the wind....still waiting on the 30 day promise to compensate for the 2 weeks without phone or broadband only to say it's with their 'back office' for another 30 days .... and charged for a router I supposedly needed but didn't.

It beggers belief. @talktalk (don't contact me) called me back yesterday, and it turned out that the service they upgraded me to back in November (as part of a "move" to fix a tiny admin error) meant the router I have isn't compatible with the service I'm supposedly now on.

Want to waste two days of your life? Why not get a @TalkTalk account! They will cancel your broadband by mistake and then send you in circles to different people, all of which don't know how to help you. 5 days without broadband now. What a service!
