Trying to charge me ยฃ99 to leave their company but yet Iโve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues ๐คฌ

Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on todayโs call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.

They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!

I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails.
