    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    Hi .@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what is wrong with your customer service? Called them 4 times and it keeps disconnecting. Nobody bothered to call back. This is disappointing, unacceptable and very bad experience.

    I'm sorry that my stream was cut off early last night, we can thank @TalkTalk and their absolute garbage internet for that. Worse that I'm trying to watch a stream myself RN and I can't because, once again, getting less than 4mbps from @talktalk Wouldn't recommend!!! 🤮

    Today. Letter from @TalkTalk telling me the final bill for their service to me includes a cancellation charge, despite being assured this had been squashed. Wife: "Told you so".

    @TalkTalk AHA! Test the line? Tell me there is no fault? Reset my router? I've worked as a broadband tech advisor, I know the deal, and I know the only issue is @talktalk are a garbage ISP!

    @TalkTalk you try and get your problem fixed and it’s still not fixed 3hours later we’ll no internet for me and once you speak to a manager they can’t help and let hang up on you. How do I leave this service. It’s ******* ****.

    @SalfordCityFC It looks terrible... I dont understand talktalk supporting the NHS. They don't doing anything to support them. Maybe rip them of by charging millions putting Internet in hospitals but that's not supporting them.

    Friends journalists.. got a shocking story how @TalkTalkGroup has cut off we mummy Manns service for no reason.. lies untruths more lies.. hit me up for details and ask talktalk to turn on Mummy Manns internet quote CMP-295800 - Mann. I have 7 hours of recorded lies..

    @TalkTalk The service is horrendous. I phoned to cancel my contract and it took nearly 2 hours. A combination of extremely poor lines, coercion, incompetent staff, being cut off and a user-unfriendly system has left me extremely dissatisfied.
