Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@pdavies504 @TalkTalk Also I think they should be making us aware any inbound emails in this outage will be forever lost unless sender retries throughout the day / following day. Some may also deactivated sending further emails forever more as it may have failed attempts limit reached.

@TalkTalk It's just a shame that a lot of emails will ever go missing and never delivered and other sender's will just see the account as unavailable and not send anymore emails ever unless chased up. That's a lot of work to fix them all.
