No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄
