    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk ordered a fibre150 upgrade for my broadband received the router installed it now it works fine but the speeds still the old- got engenieer booked for the 17th but since it’s all installed and working ok could we cancel the appointment and just turn my speed up pls🙏🏻

    Night of grown up crap- changed energy supplier .. had enough of British Gas now.. got me looking at TV and broadband also., currently with talktalk, never had any issues but would sky be better 🤔?

    @TalkTalk My internet connection just went down. Router now showing white LED but no email/web actually connecting. Is there a known DNS or other issue?

    @TalkTalk my parents live in Bordon Hampshire, they’ve had nothing but trouble from day 1 with their broadband. They have wasted hours on the phone. Yesterday my mum was so stressed after talking to you she is very healthy but had a funny turn due to your incompetence! #greed

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my account but on the line they keep saying to call back in 2-3 hours. I am concerned about a cancellation fee as it is beyond our control: 1) there is no aerial in our new flat, only Virgin. So no channels work on youview box 1/2

    @TalkTalk @Chelseaaa_93 Don’t stand for that crap Chelsea. You’ve covered under regulations. If you’re having service outage you’re entitled to claim compensation and if it continues can leave your contract without penalties! Look into it x
