    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @Benjjjyy @TalkTalk We've had tons of issues with them. At my Mums for like 4 years straight every weekday we had no Internet between 4:30-6pm on the dot and no matter how much we called they did nothing.

    @Stella123177 @TalkTalk Bloody stupid they said they'd send an engineer out on Monday coming and expect me to pay £75 I'd much rather them chase me for not paying them anymore than deal with talk talk again, I knew I shouldn't of switched to talk talk definitely going bk to sky for sure

    Yet again @TalkTalk has gone down. 4 days in a row. Absolutely ******* disgraceful. Talking to you doesn't solve anything. Getting as bad as virgin media ffs.

    @Benjjjyy @TalkTalk My mum's never had a good experience with them and has always had issues with their service and customer service. I personally recommend hyperoptic as a new provider I've had them for 2 years and only lost service once and they let me know ahead of time I'd lose it.

    @TalkTalk didnt realise how to pay info was so sensitive. AND instead of looking at the website issue, you just tell me to pay some other way including via the web. perhaps you should refer to your DMs
