    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @mpmwilko @TalkTalk You'll contact them again, saying this is the same problem that was reported last week or yesterday...there won't be any notes their CS can access and you have to wait while they do their diagnostics tests again and there'll be no fault so here we go round the merrygoround again

    @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk didn’t get it rectified&gave many problems. @plusnethelp are telling me Monday. I’m toldyou can’t get line back up and running as issue open for fibre.what kind of nonsense is that?And if been 9 days, why another 5? 1st 72hrs +another 48..now +5days #badcustomerservice
