@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk such a nightmare = chat boots me out as it stopped working and now nobody is there after an hour of getting nowhere. Nobody to answer the phones!! I have a recurring issue despite having a new set top box and pay so much for this service and nobody can assist.

@TalkTalk so in the middle of a cost of living crisis, you thinking lumping 14.2% onto the cost of my broadband is acceptable? I know you’ll say it’s in the contract but really? Great way to ensure I’ll no longer be a customer once my term ends #CPI2022
