Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk When you sign up customers please warn them to plan their diaries carefully, in case they die of frustration or old age. I wasted 190 minutes and got nowhere with customer service asking a question which would help me decide whether to risk £40 to book an engineer.

@TalkTalk I tried that. Says it doesn’t work for my account so chat. Chatted for 20 minutes and they then said they can’t help with ultra so have me a number. That closes at 6pm. All a bit poor.All I want to know is if the issue 7 miles away can affect me and an update on likely downtime?!

@TalkTalk TalkTalk internet has been getting worse and worse all year- it goes down all the time, and more often. Today I was unable to report the result of a covid test for my work- this is starting to seriously affect my life, I won’t stay with TalkTalk.We shouldn’t have to pay for this

@TalkTalk My area is not on list I’ve had a nightmare all day trying to speak with your useless customer service my internet has been off all day preventing the ability to work. I’m in the Colchester CO3 area. Can somebody update and figure out why there is no service?
