@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk more than 30 days of complete wi-fi outage in the last 2 months. You genuinely are the worst internet provider in the UK. Don't bother replying to this with 'please DM us', your customer service is non-existent.

@TalkTalk internet is back UP in London W54. I have to say, round my way the availability is excellent, but you guys need to communicate better. As soon as you see reports that clearly indicate a general outage, you need to put a service message on your website ASAP.

@talktalk post requested by Karl on TT team ::::::: Technically full-fibre is fine, much better than through the landline, but the billing customer service is dreadful. Once I'm out of contract I'll ditch them I think, which would be a pity after nearly ten years with them.
