    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely abysmal company. Told by Customer services that we could cancel, but when we tried to cancel, then told we have to have another monht, Passed round 4 people all trying to get us to stay with them, none listening to what we say, just following script.

    after a v lengthy but unproductive DM session with @TalkTalk the other day i managed to solve my problem with their email with something they never suggested. it would have been so easy, but they just couldn't/wouldn't say it, i found out for myself. polite service. but v poor

    @TalkTalk @Tonysmini Nope. Already tried to talk to someone and got nowhere. Why DM - what is the secret? My broadband is find - why do I need an upgrade? Cost now? Cost in future? If I move supplier, what are the implications? Copper line is roof height but fibre at ground level, easy to damage?

    @ThistleCanuck @TalkTalk And I wouldn’t get hopeful. CEO office called me yesterday to resolve. Unsurprisingly couldn’t resolve my issue how he liked as kept having ‘technical’ issues and couldn’t get the team to sort it. So the solution was… for me to sign up for a new package! No way. I left! CONMEN!

    @TalkTalk HELP! Will need counselling by time you lot sort issues out, over a month of complaints 26.5hrs of phone calls, 3 complaints open and nothing resolved. You think we have a line that a #Openreach engineer took down and i lost count of how many call backs you not done.

    Hey @TalkTalk stop calling me! The switch will be done next week (the contract has already ended and you lowered the speed on the rolling contract while charging for the higher speed) and you had the chance to resolve your fabricated speed issues.

    @TalkTalk hi. Openreach came yesterday to install the new fibre wire but due to a blockage underground he wasn't able to do it at the time. However, the attempt has disconnected the phone line and our help line is connected to that service
