@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk Hi, our internet has been down for the last day. Comes back on for a few minutes and then goes off again. I have reported it on my account, but it’s saying to wait 2days...so am I getting some discount on my next bill for however long I can’t use the WiFi?

@TalkTalk Hi Having Internet problems on the box I have fiber. But the light on the bottom front is just a lit orange. We recently just changed broadband providers a few days ago is that whats causing the problem. Thanks

@TalkTalk Been a customer for many years & renewed my price fix contract September 20. If you knew usage had gone up by 40% in 2020 alone why did you still market price fixed plans.I feel mislead.Price fix should mean just that if you can't agree to that then don't advertise it as such 😡

Since giving my notice to cancel my @TalkTalk service (as they do not offer a service that my new provider does) I have received FIVE e-mails and TWO letters in the post. This is how to not retain customers!

@TalkTalk Well I have seen no investment my broadband. the last 12 months has been the worst it ever has been. To tell customers they can leave just so you can break the law makes no business sense. pray tell what talk talk are going to do when all customers leave due to mis sold contracts
