    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Day #3 of no internet and shocking customer service from a company we’ve been with for 3 years. No one seems to know what they are doing and now been told to wait another further 2-3 days for a new router or “sometime next week” to be reconnected.

    @CityFibre @TalkTalk Actually @TalkTalk I've contacted Cityfibre they say it's your problem not theirs as its internet connection issue. Again I've been on the phone for 1 and half hour this morning talking 3 different people got cut off once as well. How do I complain?

    @rechenberger34 @TalkTalk Cut your losses or get a solicitor involved TalkTalk are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Especially if you want them to get Open Reach out. I spent 16 hrs on the phone to them. In the end I got a num for an engineering manager at Open Reach & worked backward

    @TalkTalk could you please tell me why you are billing me for broadband when I cancelled 14 days into your 30 day period. The customer service is shocking. 3 times I had to phone you to cancel my broadband.

    @ciaranokeeffe @TalkTalk I'm with BT. They're expensive and their Sales team are fuckwits who sell products to customers even when those products aren't available to those customers, but their connection is reliable. 2 years working from home an zero issues. Just wish Fibre was available here! 😠
