@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@itsnotaball @TalkTalk I already contacted them via DM and spent over an hour explaining the problem for the 20th time, which they were unable to resolve for the 20th time. So they put me in contact with their complaints team and I explained again for the 21st time. 1/2
