    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk Is your service down in the Nottingham area??? My mum has had no Internet since Friday, she had an engineer visit a month ago and now she's lost it all again!! There is no point asking me to DM you with regards this as I live 200 miles away and am unable to assist her!!!

    18 months internet with @talktalk, no problems. Suddenly internet is slow (I've changed nothing in my home) & they try to upgrade me / charge me for an engineer, claiming my home set up is the problem (when they fixed it remotely, so the problem is at their end). Byebye TalkTalk.

    @gendal TalkTalk is the goto ISP for the techno-illiterate, so these blocks are a pragmatic thing for them to do, given their focus on reducing their support costs.
