    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk no wifi/broadband since 28th December, no phone signal so basically off the grid. Promised calls back, nothing received. Worst service I have ever experienced. Website says open new years day, not able to call. Same today!!!

    @TalkTalk No broadband connection since New Year’s Eve and several green lights on the BT modem are unlit. Nonetheless, a line test run through my account reported no issue. Seems TalkTalk’s reporting is as unreliable as their connection appears to be. Hammersmith exchange

    @talktalk It has been over a week since my 83 year old aunt reported her talk talk landline was not working… she couldn’t speak to anyone on Xmas day and is getting nowhere trying to escalate the issue. Is there someone on here that I can DM to help?
