    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    What Id like @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup instead of a new ‘case manager’ is an engineer who can fix and provide the internet service I pay for. Call me old fashioned but perhaps less investment in managers & more in people who can actually fix & sustain the service might help?

    @TalkTalk my elderly father is having problems with a change of ring tone to his phone, he has contacted your call centre where staff speak poor English and he is unable to resolve this issue. We understand that this is a known problem. He is vulnerable, v unhappy customer

    @TalkTalk constant issues Lincoln. Never get what we pay for as soon as you run the test speed it magical speeds up. We have had the ground team out dog a trench across our new gravel drive and next doors drive so as that bt can pull a new cable through! 6 MTH no new cable! Crap

    @TalkTalk You have THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE WORLD. Beyond frustrating, its an embarrassment. Staff just straight lie and pass you off as quick as possible, and quite literally don't listen.
