@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@OpenreachHelp We have the problem that our elderly vulnerable neighbours in their 80’s have misled their account details so I can’t talk to TalkTalk , they had this same fault back in July 2022 and was resolved by one of your Engineers

@TalkTalk So no broadband for a week in October, your phone help couldn't sort it, finally sending an engineer and YOU HAVE CHARGED ME FOR IT!!! It was not MY fault! You were supposed to apply a DISCOUNT to my bill for the loss of service 🤬. I want this money BACK.

@TalkTalk There is an ongoing DM chain from 27 October. And my emails are ongoing too, to the talktalk help address. The only relatively quick responses I get is like this one: when you want to get me off the public forum. From then on it is always silence and dismissal.
