    @RyanBak23697699 @TalkTalk Did you have to pay cancellation fees etc to leave? I really want to but they told me I’d be charged quite a hefty amount to cancel and go elsewhere!

    @sophieJaldous @TalkTalk Apparently if they can’t fix the issue within 30 days you can cancel free of charge. But yeah, they’re charging me £100, which I will dispute. You can’t expect home workers and customers who’re locked down to go 30+ days without worthy internet (first world problems I know)

    @TalkTalk the worst customer service and cannot get through to your phone lines or the online chat after having issues with my broadband fitting Friday! Promised someone out of within 48 hours to fix the issue and promised a call today which I haven’t had!

    @TalkTalk my connection status is marginal once again. Trying to watch the football. Had to give up on it. Charging me £34 per month for a marginal or fair connection status 24/7. Awful

    @AndrewG75978933 @LozzaFox That's nothing - I was left with no broadband for 8 days. Finally got it sorted then cancelled my subscription and went to Talktalk. Just had enough of Virgin's intermittent broadband service!!

    @sophieJaldous @TalkTalk Haha... well... sounds familiar, our “old” router was given to us in June 2020, they sent a new one last week as they thought that might be the issue... didn’t change a thing 😴
