    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk just seen that if I stay on current contract it goes upto £34+ but if I go faster it goes down to £23.50.....last time you promised me something similar to this I ended up paying MORE than promised(I was promised £18.50 paying £26+)....why would I fall for this again??

    Just spent nearly 1hr in conversation with @TalkTalk They are going to charge me until 13th March when I left them on 15th Feb. Got a new telephone number from new provider. Well another company I will never go back to. Disgraceful treatment of a long serving customer.

    @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis Can somebody PLEASE help me??? I’ve lost 7 days and all my patience trying to speak to somebody to sort out the mess that Talk Talk have created for my father-in-law. Nobody listens, just passed through all the departments with little care. Or just cut off

    @TalkTalk unbelievable poor customer experience, no access to my talktalk email account (others providers okay) broadband working fine and have shared all details with so called customer service operative, over 3 hours later still asking me same questions, extremely frustrating.

    @TalkTalk I rang customer service. And DM'd.Avised there is no problem. But I can't get my WiFi working. Put in my email address and it's saying wrong email address!!!
