@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@Lukathy95 @TalkTalk normally its no problem never had any issues, seems stable now so maybe it is the router here , sending me a brand new one to test with , just the upload speed that was droppin off, maybe i restarted too many times it hated it DLM<< etc did

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@TalkTalk So help stop sending me multiple choice questions or signposting me to links that dont help. Your tests states phone fine but still have no wifi , my renewal is due next month you have just lost a once loyal customer @TalkTalk
