    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

    Are there issues @TalkTalk? Internet is very slow on wifi on all devices, throwing up DNS errors. PC is fine though via ethernet and VPN.

    @MothMeAMan @Gareth129Gareth @TalkTalk Same for me. Thought it was just me so I went for a walk to the shop on Prince of Wales Rd to try and top up my gas and electric but they couldn’t do it because the internet was down too

    @OpenreachHelp and @TalkTalk the internet issue impacting 400 homes at DA3 is still not fixed and is currently not working again. Incident # 90437 when will this be fixed or a more effective short term solution be put in place!

    THIRD day in a row with no broadband @TalkTalk today's prompt is 'could not authenticate'. Absolutely ridiculous. Three months of totally crap broadband. Do not sign up to these incompetents.
