@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk Internet has gone down 3 times today, third time I called as you suggested- 35 minutes for them to tell me as my internet has now finally gone back up there is nothing they can do! What a joke! What’s worse is it went on around 20 minutes into the call and they knew this
