    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @TalkTalk Back on now thank you, we just tend to get recurrent issues. With an ever increasing bill, that’s supposed to be for faster and a more reliable service. We’re not seeing that, I.e. the service isn’t improving in a linear relationship to cost.

    Anyone else make the mistake of having @TalkTalk internet? Ours is so bad that the router is merely an ugly ornament and we spend all the time using my phone as a mobile hotspot. Been like this from day one, but so difficult to get anything done we just learned to live with it.

    @TalkTalk Phoned TalkTalk on 26 Aug - engineer had attempted to install Fibre 150, new router I had been sent would not power on. Called 3 separate people at TalkTalk. 1) - "Just wait until tomorrow and see" (if the power light isn't coming on, that's not going to help). 1/3

    @TalkTalk how do I tell you I'm not renewing the broadband contract at the end of this term? The option doesn't seem to exist online and every time I think I find it it talks me to your mobile service.....
