@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

When @TalkTalk tell your the issues will be sorted and then just as the time limit of when you can cancel finishes it starts playing up again. 🤬 you can only have a technical issue after 9am. They should pay the customers to use them, as it never works

@matthewrupton Second Voxi SIM card arrives. It works, but the PAC code doesn't so I cannot transfer my number. Phone Talktalk, they say not their problem ask Voxi. Not possible to contact Voxi by phone, only an automated online bot. This resolves nothing, so unable to get £15 from 1st SIM

@TalkTalk For the last 48 hours, I've had intermittent WiFi at my home, with my mobile phone and laptops dropping off the WiFi regularly. I've turned the router on and off a number of times, but this has made no difference. Are there service issues for Prestwich M25?
