@TalkTalk In my experience this is not the case, does it really take that long to give a customer the information they needed, and then in the last call, which took almost 60 minutes to complete I had to provide the same information 4 times. So much for seamless communication

@TalkTalk Hi. My elderly mother is having constant problems with her internet connection. She is 80 with tv and internet her connection to her family at present. I have tried to contact relevant depts but unfortunately they seem to be happy to leave her with a resolution. What can I do????

@TalkTalk why is your internet strength so poor, YouTube streaming at 3.45 am is buffering every 15 - 20 seconds and your crap engineers say theres nothing wrong, I usually private message you but I think it's best everyone knows how rubbish your service is

@TalkTalk The second time now the servers went down. Happens every time when I play Fifa 21 on PlayStation. Thanks to the internet lost connection, I lost my match. Embarrassing and shambles by a company who cannot cope their internet properly. 😡😡😡.

@bijalsanghani @TalkTalk These are speeds you'd get on ADSL1 with poor line quality. And unless TalkTalk owns the lines, there's nothing they can do & complaining won't help. You'd be better off switching to a fixed wireless option until you can get FTTP.

@TalkTalk I have a router drop out problem, I spoke to customer service yesterday and recieved an email telling me they found a problem and later telling me it's been fixed, No its not, it keeps dropping out.

@TalkTalk My contract ended in Nov and I informed you I would not be renewing it. You made me add an additional 1 month, claiming I needed to give you a month to terminate services - which ended 12.12.20. Why are u still sending me bills?
