@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@TalkTalk very upset that you’ve left my elderly mother with no telephone for a week now and still no closer to resolving the issue.

@TalkTalk @Google I have also realised from what I have Googled that the reason my Chromebook becomes unstable when it connects to WiFi Direct is because Miracast technology was originally designed to mirror one screen to another eg a phone to a TV & it needs a stable connection to a single stream

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@TalkTalk @Google 12. During the 1st remote access with Microsoft, a page came up asking me to sign in with Edge. It showed 2 recovery methods: 1. My husband's EE pay as you go phone (not a Smartphone) which we share 2. The Samsung S7 phone without a sim, I used on TT WiFi to forward pics to gmail

@TalkTalk Hello. I requested to cancel my TalkTalk services on the 3rd June. I have been staring into the advertising abyss that is your website for about 30 minutes and I cannot figure out how to speak or email someone about this. Request reference 1-000002-904828-0

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@TalkTalk @Google Over the Christmas period I had two blue screens on my PC, both caused by TT WiFi connection dropping (due to local network problems). Microsoft reinstall it the 1st time in a number of remote sessions, but the second time the PC wouldn't go online & all 4 dongles ceased to work.

  • davepickett82 Dave Pickett (@davepickett82) reported

@TalkTalk @Google 10. I felt someone had taken over my connection, so TalkTalk sent me a black router, but it didn't solve the problems. Before xmas I had used the Samsung S7 phone without a sim to take pictures & I was shown how to forward them to my gmail address, over my TT home WiFi...
