    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @TalkTalk You are terrible. I've just called customer service three times to discuss compensation for the outage and was basically put on mute by your advisers who then completely left the call.

    @WeAreOpenreach @angel_trueman We've been reporting issues in the PE38 area for days. I reported yesterday when it was patchy. Today there has been no internet at all. This is obviously a widespread outage yet TalkTalk doesn't put out an update or statement on it.

    Hi @TalkTalk and @WeAreOpenreach , my internet has been down since midday. I’ve had txts and email from TalkTalk to say they can’t find a fault with the line, but it’s not working…any updates on what’s gone wrong?
