@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@RocketPulpHack I get that all the time. Whenever I have an engineer round - which is often, because TalkTalk is **** - he's baffled at the sight of a Cat 5e coming out the back of my router and heading for the PC.

@TalkTalk Your services are an utter joke. I’m trying to call to cancel my account and it’s saying you’re closed, despite being 8:33 and your customer services being open from 8:00-20:00. Utterly ridiculous.
