    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom Requested 6 call backs today from @TalkTalk - nobody has rung me back. These are not people employed in the general customers service contact centre - this is the CEO complaints department! The highest escalation team (apparently) who deal with serious complaints. A joke.

    @TalkTalk No, I’m not calling again! I’ve called several times and have been promised numerous call backs! I’m always told the agent needs to speak to a manager about our issue but there is never a manager available! Where are they? I think I need to speak to @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk why is it that the internet cuts out multiple times a day? Why can’t you idiots get your act together and provide a service worth paying for? (Not that I’ve got much of a choice, but I wouldn’t be so pissed off if my internet would stop cutting out so often, wankers)

    @TalkTalk Help! My 73 year old mother-in-law has no incoming calls, & a bad line calling out, she called twice, doesn't remember her security questions & dosent have online, and keeps being told to go online!! how can she resolve this?

    @TalkTalk Thanks - I have made approx 25 calls and spent approx 40hours on calls with your team, who are all polite and keen to help but are evidently poorly trained, inexperienced and not supported by team leaders and supervisors. Your call centre experience for customers is appalling!
