@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@Lukathy95 @TalkTalk normally its no problem never had any issues, seems stable now so maybe it is the router here , sending me a brand new one to test with , just the upload speed that was droppin off, maybe i restarted too many times it hated it DLM<< etc did

Utility companies really do treat customers like dirt. Still having to pay full price for @TalkTalk internet despite going a week without due to their update & needing new router. Measly £8.40 compensation not being paid, despite loss of income, expense & 3+ hours spent on phone.

If anyone sees this please don’t go with @SkyUK I thought talktalk was bad and changed providers 2 weeks ago. But I was wrong talktalk is actually much better compared to this bollocks. Very slow and currently no coverage. Can’t wait to live back for talktalk on 6th July!

@TalkTalk My dad complained his phone not working 3 weeks ago, Reported it to you as he’s disabled and reliant on his care assist button to call for help for falls etc. He had a heart attack Sunday and couldnt call for help! He’s in Hosp now! He should’ve been high priority!!

@TalkTalk going round in circles - got a 3rd engineer booked in for the same problem we've been having for 6 weeks - no internet whilst WFH isn't conducive to actually working. And still paying full whack, no refund in sight. When will you just FIX THE PROBLEM?!
