@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk Your bereavement services are absolutely appalling. First you couldn’t provide access to my mum’s emails and now I spend 30 minutes on the phone to be told I can’t settle my mum’s account. Awful.

@tom_will_banks How did #TalkTalkHell end? - changed supplier? - successfully complained, got compensation, and suitable repairs via OpenReach? How many automated chatbots and human-like computerised support phone responders did you ‘meet’ a decade ago? TalkTalk: cheap until there’s a fault..

@TalkTalk I am sick and tired of speaking to so called tech experts who have to run line tests every few months. The issue is always the same, disconnected and then reconnected to the wrong port. This is the worst ISP I have ever had. Sky, BT and Plusnet never had issues.

@TalkTalk customer service advisor confirmed just router. The postage probably cost more than the router but will gladly send it back
