@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@SkyNews Every time we renew TalkTalk broadband contract they put the TV package on, we've never ever had a tv box to watch it on. You then get charged until it's removed.

@TalkTalk how do I get in touch with the CEO of TalkTalk please? No working landline or broadband service since 4/10/25 for a vulnerable adult living alone.Reported and complaint escalated but still unresolved,appalling service and the executive board need to be aware.

@TalkTalk 7 days ago I spoke to a complaint manager as no broadband/landline since initially reported on 5/10/25. After 2hrs on the phone I chose to switch providers. So glad I did as there has not been any contact by the relevant TalkTalk teams to resolve . Appalling
