    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk I currently have no internet. Service says the line is fine. The router is up running with a solid white light. But all my devices are connected with no internet

    @TalkTalk my internet has gone completely down. Bh1 area. First day on a new job and I'm unable to do anything right now. Service status claims there isn't an outage though.

    @siobhansRD @TalkTalk The whole company ethos appears to be absolutely appalling Siobhan. I can’t even seem to cancel my contract with them - and nothing could be simpler than that! Absolutely disgraceful. Get away from them as soon as poss, that’s my advice!

    Still no connection with @TalkTalk day 6 now! Have to wait for an engineer this Thursday, I have been lied to alot and have alot of proof! Your trust pilot reviews are disgusting! You should cease to trade until you get your customer satisfaction respectable. Absolute joke!

    @TalkTalk How can TalkTalk provide such a fast full-fibre package, and then bundle it with the worst router ever made. Once I find a decent router for your broadband, a hammer is going through that piece of crap @geteero rubbish.

    @TalkTalk even more appalling customer service this morning than TalkTalk is renowned for! 9 customer advisors, 3 online chat advisors, passed around for 90mins just trying to cancel my contract! DONT USE TALKTALK! You will absolutely regret it.

    @Robertr040582 @TalkTalk Talktalk has the most appalling customer service in the country. Having spent all morning just trying to cancel a simple contract, I can confirm Talk Talk customer service is even worse than people have heard it is! You have my sympathies Robert!
