    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @Twitter @TalkTalk I have an odd issue with video playback on Twitter. Using a phone, laptop, or desktop through my TalkTalk wifi, I cannot play back videos on Twitter. Videos on other sites (Insta, YouTube etc) work fine. If I connect to mobile data, Twitter works fine. Help?

    @TalkTalkBizCare I keep getting emails purporting to be from Talktalk Business offering deals. The company responsible for the emails is "Acquirz". Here's the thing: not only will I not give my money to TalkTalk on this occasion but as a principle I now NEVER will so why bother?

    @TalkTalk It’s now a week since I’ve been able to access the internet. A problem I was told was to do with my phone line and would be fixed by last Wednesday. It was not. I tried calling but unable to get through. This is not acceptable. Is anyone able to properly address this?
