@TalkTalk Internet’s been down since 9:30 last night. I have work to do. Every week this happens with y’all. I’m tired of it honestly. It’s a mass issue, you don’t need to check my line. Your company needs to provide better internet service. Period.

@TalkTalk How many times per month or short period of time broadband speeds can go bellow guarantee speed that I can terminate contract w/o charge. I know about 30 days rule but that's reoccur every week...
