Well, Andy at #talktalk has very unprofessionally , given up and will not make any effort to help a customer. Its his understanding that , even though #talktalk and #openreach are to blame for this, he thinks its now my job to sort it out !!! You couldn't make it up !! Next..

Johnson stopped lockdown Xmas 2020 leading to 3rd wave against advice. Hancock oversaw £37 billion loss in test and trace, he hired Dido H who'd already cost TalkTalk ££s.

@TalkTalk So furious when I saw this. I am an existing TalkTalk customer who merely wants a new deal. According to the attached I either know my landline number and want to switch it to Talk Talk or I don't know my landline number or I would like a new Talk Talk number. I

Im in the middle of rebooking an #openreach engineer through #talktalk and I'm super impressed with their customer 'service'.🙄 One question #cliveselley, why do you allow your engineers to lie about what they are doing? My wife waited in the full 5 hrs and there was no call 🤔

@TalkTalk @talktalk service is awful my daughter has spent over 5 hours on chat this week with no resolution. Her service has never worked and has done same diagnostics 5 times and still no engineer visit - would avoid @TalkTalk if you’re looking for broadband 👎

@TalkTalk Then get someone with a phone to call me !! I went through security questions a stupid amount of times yesterday. I just want it resolving and I don't see why I need to make all the calls. #talktalk are a communications company so .....
