@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

Please avoid @TalkTalk . They insisted on sending an engineer for a fault they detected saying no charge for that. Engineer couldn’t find it, I told him what they said it was, fixed that, left in 5. £40. I was supposed to get a call from a manager 3 days ago, can’t even login!!

@TimTjkdecs @TalkTalk Tbh since been with SKY, I have had very few problems & any problems I did have were down to the actual lines themselves/OpenReach not listening to me (same when I had Virgin - I told the engineers what the problem was but they didn’t listen until 2yrs later & it then worked!)

@TalkTalk Hi we have been having lots of problems with our TV box have phoned up 3 times and followed the instructions but it is still having issues. How do we get a new box? , we have to reset it 5 or 6times a day now.

@TalkTalk Have no internet since yesterday without a reason and no one is able to help because I'm not even able to contact you. "Support" team is always busy regardless of time and your Live chat doesn't work at all. In the current "work from home" situation, that's an unacceptable for me
