@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk My network went live 3 days ago and has been down ever since. Been in contact, keep getting told the engineers are working on it. Never had an issue once with BT for the last 2 years. Starting to regret my choice. I work from home and have not been able to work.

@TalkTalk & even better still getting sent to the complete wrong department and being left on hold for 20 mins in a bid for you to hand up so they don’t have to deal with you… talk talk is this how you treat existing/ renewing customers? 2/2

@TalkTalk can you please tell me if there is a fault on my 87 year old mother’s landline, yet again. She was without a functioning landline for several weeks - it was working for a few days - but now not working. Is there a problem at the Solihull exchange? Beyond irritating

@TalkTalk How do I report my phoneline not working tried online but they wanted me to spend an hour online to sort it I don't have that much time to spare. I tried phoning them but they didn't seem to know what they were doing
