@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalkGroup More support is indeed needed for customers in financial difficulty, in the form of social tariffs. TalkTalk is one of the few major providers left now that are refusing to offer one.

@TalkTalk can somebody from Tier 3 tech support reach out to me please? I have a specific FTTP issue with an easy solution but I've tried and failed for 3 days to make myself understood to any of your standard support lines.
