@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

How does this woman sleep at night never mind promoting herself for a role she is clearly inadequate for.

@TalkTalk my signal is still awful. I’ve been caring for my mum for 3 weeks and now returned home. Hoped for a relaxing time with Netflix catch up but talktalk provides only constant buffering. I hate this service it’s the worst company I’ve ever experienced.

@TalkTalk I'm from Glasgow and my internet has been down for 2 days, this is ridiculous considering its went down multiple times over the last few previous week's
