    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk Our wifi has not worked until last Wednesday and talking to you was no help. We have had to spend large amounts of money on mobile data, which you should be reimbursing us for.

    @gorgonzolar @TalkTalk ...whacking a £12 'late' payment fee on my already increased bill (post contract). I am right now this second having my evening disrupted (no wifi) and PAYING for that privilege. Never, ever, in my life have I been so alienated by any company - ever! You could not make it up.

    @Duney1990 @TalkTalk I totally understand mate... over 2 wks of on & off for me. It is awful, today I send a feedback note and now I will shop around to find another provider possibly with a better service and customer service that cares slightly more.

    @TalkTalk Hello. Is there a way to confirm dates of installs? Mine was in April but has now moved to February. I thought no installs were happening until April? I'm not complaining but need to cancel my current contract if I'll be connected for definate this month.
