@TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

@tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

@EdwardWLHarvey @TalkTalk It's not right that we've paid full price for the product, when the service doesn't deliver even a basic working service for over 3 months, let alone reaching the speeds promised! That's an @Ofcom issue.

@TalkTalk cannot get through 📞. I cancelled Full Fibre installation last week (I never requested it) via the Chat online - the advisor said he would send a confirmation email of the cancellation but never did & I’m still receiving texts to say the engineer is coming on the 8th.

@TalkTalk Thanks Thabiso, it's taking a while for @SkyUK to reply, either that or they are ignoring the problem. We still have our talk talk box so I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to swap back. You dealt with my wife before and were really patient and understanding with her.

@TalkTalk we’re now on day five of no internet. The engineer said it was a fault with the box outside and we were promised it would be fixed on Monday. However, no engineer has been to site since Friday. Right now you are not providing a service that is fit for purpose.

01689 815333 called here just now pretending to be TalkTalk. He got nasty when I asked how the weather was in Orpington. In case of any doubt, saying things like that about my wife and Mother will cause you a long, slow and painful death. I hope you are reading this you scum.
