Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

I was promised by Nathan at talktalk that I wouldn't be charged the remaining months ( I have a recorded call and a note is on my account.
