I'm so tired of protracted phonecalls to overseas call centres and struggling to understand staff. Phonecalls I make take a minimum of 45 minutes each time and I am losing the will to live.

Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
