@TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

@tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

@TalkTalk Loss of internet service overnight last night. Been with TalkTalk over a year - they've been relatively consistent with service during this time. Over the last week however, there have been several times internet went down or been so slow, it may as well have been down.

@TalkTalk There are technical problems with the payment section of the site. Yesterday I tried 13 times to pay and the page kept having bugs. The money left my account but i received no confirmation email from talktalk at the time.
