    @TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel my account since Sunday. I was promised by Nathan at talktalk that I wouldn't be charged the remaining months ( I have a recorded call and a note is on my account. You are not answering my emails, calls or chat and u have continued 2 charge

    @TalkTalk this is the worst customer service I’ve had in my life phone out down five times I’m in work it’s took a hour the manager I’m speaking to is singing down the phone he doesn’t know I’m online as he can’t here me. The other staff member couldn’t be assed put phone down

    I am not a talktalk customer and have no issues with my broadband but it doesn’t matter how many different numbers I have blocked by my provider they still keep coming

    @TalkTalk my WiFi has been so slow for the past 4 days. It's a pain waiting for music to play for my baby. Or trying to work whilst he naps and waiting for WiFi to kick in.

    @ukaudiophile @TalkTalk @zeninternet Oh interesting-thank you. I've not heard of Zeininternet. I will look into this. I'm seriously thinking of switching as the problems with TalkTalk are wracking up and it's wearisome trying to get them to resolve them.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service I have ever experienced closed my account by accident then can’t reinstate it and wants me to take out brand new order minus my gift card that I should receive for signing up with @UswitchUK anything to get out of paying and wants me to wait 24 hr

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided

    @TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can
