@TalkTalk appalling service. Couldn’t provide WiFi at my new address so you cancelled my contact agreeing there would be no cancellation fee. You then sent me a bill for £101! Phoned for help and was told I don’t owe it then get more emails & a letter demanding the money!

@MarcAspinall Boring, but I use BT. The service is great and reliable, just not as cheap as some others. I'd rather pay a bit more than suffer the crappy customer service of Virgin or TalkTalk for example.

@MarcAspinall I know its not the done thing and I am sure others will say different but we have never had an issue with BT. We have the fastest broadband in our street (neighbours have Sky, TalkTalk). Mind you we had a brand new line put in when we moved in

Warning do NOT use @TalkTalk Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Engineer didn’t show up. Didn’t inform. TwitterDM “human” claimed engineer checked Wi-Fi remotely. But it STILL doesn’t work. Back 2 being told call. On hold 4 hours. phone lines so bad &robotic humans. Video of calls coming-AVOID
