I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠
