I’ve literalist been told that you OWN all the rights to every network and I have an issue with my broadband! No matter how many numbers I block they still get through 🤬🤬🤬

Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

I'm seriously thinking of switching as the problems with TalkTalk are wracking up and it's wearisome trying to get them to resolve them.

I'm so tired of protracted phonecalls to overseas call centres and struggling to understand staff. Phonecalls I make take a minimum of 45 minutes each time and I am losing the will to live.
