@tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

@TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

What a saga, trying to deal with @TalkTalk re a fault !! it is determined not to actually speak to a customer with a problem - the only two excuses which it hasn't used so far are Covid and " we are experiencing unusually high levels of calls " !!!

@TalkTalk The internet is not working. Calls are not being answered, data has been wasted and so has money. This been happening since the 6th of January. According to law you owe me £56 compensation and a lot of others more. When are you going to resolve this??!!

@TalkTalk my broadband speed is typically much less than I pay for. We've done the trouble shooting and the speeds are still consistently garbage. Who is better placed to handle this complaint? Your chatbot only seems to work office hours. Unfortunately I work those hours too.

@TalkTalk DM’d and now being advised to call for support. TalkTalk disconnected the web chat earlier leaving us with our master socket front plate removed as requested. Why do we now have to go through the same questions all over again to get to the same stage of diagnostics?
