    @TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

    I am not a talktalk customer and have no issues with my broadband but it doesn’t matter how many different numbers I have blocked by my provider they still keep coming

    @tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

    @TalkTalk this is the worst customer service I’ve had in my life phone out down five times I’m in work it’s took a hour the manager I’m speaking to is singing down the phone he doesn’t know I’m online as he can’t here me. The other staff member couldn’t be assed put phone down

    @TalkTalk Your company is a joke. Spoke to 3 people last week who confirmed my account was canceled as you couldn't provide my contracted service. Spent 90mins on the phone today canceling again, and I've received a bill for the month ahead. Yeah, I'll see you in court! 😡😡😡
