@tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

@TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

Feeling very clever as I've managed to install my new TalkTalk router and connect all my devices successfully without any problems! On Monday they switch my existing BT line to a superfast fibre line which will provide much faster internet speeds.

I urge everyone to not use @TalkTalk internet. I’ve waited 9 days for an engineer to come out to sort out the internet in my new home and they never turned up. When I called to ask about this they said he’d been out. And now, a day later, they’re saying he has not come out. Shame
