    @TalkTalk my WiFi has been so slow for the past 4 days. It's a pain waiting for music to play for my baby. Or trying to work whilst he naps and waiting for WiFi to kick in.

    @tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

    @TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

    @Mikeycoo @TalkTalk Yeah I got through to if someone died and the guy was like " Yeah sorry this line for someone who has died" I said someone will die unless they help with my account, he put the phone down 🤣

    @talktalk broadband and landline down in burnley. I see your already aware on service status page. 3 years solid first outage so can't really complain too much. Hope engineers find the fault soon. Stay safe guys.

    @scoob65 Hi @scoob65, sorry to hear that you feel that way. We are dependent upon Openreach for their engineering force to fix the problems on the shared infrastructure and cabling in our streets as this is beyond Talktalk reasonable control. Send us a PM if you need help. KC

    @TalkTalk What's going on.? My landline obviously works bcs I can access the internet BUT I cannot make or receive phone calls and have no dial tone. It doesn't make sense. Anyone else with the same problem?
