@TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

@TalkTalk I am absolutely fed up of getting nuisance calls from people claiming to be from your company! I’ve literalist been told that you OWN all the rights to every network and I have an issue with my broadband! No matter how many numbers I block they still get through 🤬🤬🤬

@TalkTalk this is the worst customer service I’ve had in my life phone out down five times I’m in work it’s took a hour the manager I’m speaking to is singing down the phone he doesn’t know I’m online as he can’t here me. The other staff member couldn’t be assed put phone down

@tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

Just had to absolute WORST customer service from @TalkTalk. Cancelled our internet over a month ago, heard nothing. Went to chase - apparently I agreed to an unsolicited cease which was sold to me as a temporary hold so the new tenants could use internet...
