@TalkTalk I want to cancel my account since Sunday! I was promised by Nathan at talktalk I wouldn't be charged the remaining months as goodwill (recorded call). And now talk talk are not responding and making me pay for the new tenant supply after I moved out! 😠😠😠

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Our internet connection is switched off every night, without a fail, at 12! After a few searches online, it is clear that this is happening to many other @TalkTalk customers. Your telephone customer service is awful and I’m not getting anywhere. This needs sorting out!

@TalkTalk Kunjani, I've just come off the phone with Akona, she excelled and has left me very satisfied thus far, the fault appears to lie with Netflix. Akona will be calling me back on Monday after an interim fix today, to reinstate my fibre65 account. Top marks so far. Hamba gahle.
