@TalkTalk I joined in May of this year on a £30 pm contract for land-line and broadband. The £30 has been paid by direct debit every month without fail. Today I received a paper bill in the post for £32.75, the extra £2.75 being a/c charges (paper billing). Duly changed settings.

@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@JenniferWelsh89 @TalkTalk did this with me created two accounts, then charge me for braking contract they are pure scum bags, they put me in a contract with out telling me in the past, they are known for taking money out of accounts in high st banks, cancel DD and still they created a bill

@ericdraven1234 @TalkTalk £65.86 are asking me for i owe them nothing i cancel in June they say i did not and pushed up a bill for £160 at one point they are criminals, they have been like this for over 7 years they gave me add ons and i cancel they then change the website so it was on my account forever
