    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk I joined in May of this year on a £30 pm contract for land-line and broadband. The £30 has been paid by direct debit every month without fail. Today I received a paper bill in the post for £32.75, the extra £2.75 being a/c charges (paper billing). Duly changed settings.

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @TalkTalk Ok, Jo. I spoke to someone on your website earlier and an engineer is scheduled to come to my mum's house tomorrow (despite me saying that I thought it was a problem affecting the whole area). If the problem is fixed tonight, I will try to cancel the engineer.
