No Internet since Sunday. 6 hours in chat and phone calls with them and finally they agreed to send new router, arriving in 2 to 3 days time. Rubbish.

The £30 has been paid by direct debit every month without fail. Today I received a paper bill in the post for £32.75, the extra £2.75 being a/c charges (paper billing). Duly changed settings.
