    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @heyimsally You don’t seem to be getting much help here. For every good review, someone tells you they’ve had issues. From my personal experience, avoid Virgin and TalkTalk. I’ve had no issues with Vodafone since connecting last July. BT guarantee don’t they & provide free plug-in boosters?

    @TalkTalk You do understand that your service is so bad that customers are taking solutions into their own hands? This is an #NHS practice which pays you to look after them. Just as well they pay us to look after them properly! We mitigated your faults before the first patient was on site!

    @TalkTalk can you do anything about in flight orders? I have an issue that started in Jan and is still ongoing and everytime I contact the chat I keep getting told3-5 working days. Not very impressive.

    @talktalk is the shittiest internet. I've had it since October and am paying for 36mbps and I have never had more than 12mbps. Called to complain, was told that theres a problem with the local exchange but they don't know when it can be fixed? Told me to call daily?!

    Today is another reason why @TalkTalk is voted the second worst broadband provider in the uk. Appalling speeds ( they can’t deliver or cope with the demand ) but will still expect full payment . It’s farcical. 👋🏻 👎🏻
