  @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

  @andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

  .@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

  @TalkTalk You guys realise it's not just today right. My internet's been crap for months. From evening to morning I've been disconnecting constantly, unable to play games, stream Disney+ and YouTube etc, or even use Google. It hasn't been good in the day either. Pls fix both issues ASAP!

  @TalkTalk not complaining about the net going down. But my word guys. Closing the phone lines early is wrong. Suggesting someone is a liar is wrong. I literally was asked how I was contacting a chat rep today if I had no internet! Clearly that rep doesn't realise mobile data

  @TalkTalk Wtf is going on rn? I live in Llandudno and my WiFi is completely down. Ik Bangor and that are down too but that isn't the end of it. For a few months now my internet has been crap! My internet has been connecting and disconnecting constantly between evening and morning

  @TalkTalk I sent my first DM at 12.40pm today and still my internet issues haven’t been dealt with! Is this customer service?? So I take it if customers have internet issues you like to leave them hanging??

  @TalkTalk @JamesWilliamsNW Why do you need to do everything via DM? If there's a general outage in the area you should just say so. If there isn't, you should say that instead. Sending DMs to everyone is ridiculously inefficient. Is there an outage, or isn't there?
