@TalkTalk never ever have I dealt with such an incompetent organisation - I’ve spoken to at least 25 agents and been waiting since 13th April to get my broadband activated 🤬

@TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

@andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

@TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

.@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

A MONTH of ringing you about our horrendous landline quality and getting nowhere so using mobiles. Then you send us a bill for £80 for a service we can't use and cut us off because we've gone over a monthly usage we didn't set? What kind of racket are you running here @TalkTalk?

Must say, pretty good service from @TalkTalk here on Twitter. There was a problem after installation, they isolated it to a fault on the line outside. Openreach fixed that yesterday, everything running sweet since. Nice follow-up message tonight. 👍

@TalkTalk Issues dropping internet connection. Had connected customer care 3 times via chat. they just says to restart the router and not taking any visit to check the issue. Issues is still there. After restarting router internet start but again drops.
