    @joycemcm @TalkTalk Our TalkTalk reception here in Cardiff is really poor too. Zoom keeps telling us we've got a poor connection - which we can see as people freeze in their boxes!

    @andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

    @andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

    .@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

    @TalkTalk told if she cancels direct debit for a service (that isn't working) the account will be referred to a debt collecting agency. Is this how you treat customers?

    @TalkTalk worst customer service of a broadband provider I've ever experienced. 2 no shows from Openreach this week, every customer service assistant I speak to sells a different story and today you hung up on me three times whilst trying to deal with your no shows. Call me.

    @OpenreachHelp We do have TalkTalk broadband but we are not expecting a new service. We had two previous texts asking us to switch things off and on again but the “Hi there” seemed way too informal. However, we had a patch of time where everything went off and now we have 3X the speed we had!!

    @TalkTalk I have to log into a lot of different websites and every time my IP changes I have to get IP whitelisted. Plus other analytics tracking issues. Just a pain in the arse. No way of getting around this?

    I literally just recorded a small Friday the 13th video and was trying to upload it and YouTube just doesn't want to put it up. It might be the internet, because it's brand new. If that is the case, @TalkTalk get your **** together. I haven't uploaded since February of 2021. WHY?
