    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @TalkTalk please provide a link where I can use your online chat for help. After twenty minutes or more trying to locate it on your web pages, I need to get back to work. It’s easier getting an audience with Putin than getting through to someone at your company

    @TOther_Simon Cancel. You'll get a call from 'Customer Retentions' and they'll offer you a better deal. I just switched broadband and TalkTalk were phoning me and sending me letters.

    @TalkTalk 6 hours going in circles and being passed from dept to dept put on hold and cut off numerous times,still no internet access or indication of a resolution, asked for contact details for managers and for complaints dept told not possible such bad service
