    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Let’s hope there no emergency where I need a home phone in three days when @TalkTalk disconnect my line and have prevented another company taking it over!!! Awful awful service!!! Don’t go with @talktalk #ripoff @BBCWatchdog

    @TalkTalk Your #CustomerService is the worst a example of #CustomerRelationshipManagement one can experience, nobody know what they are doing just transferring calls from 1department to another without a resolution.

    @TalkTalk The hub leg is broken from new. I have told 5 different people now. Nobody will send me a new one. 2 years with a hub thats not fit for purpose. But again nobody understands what i am saying. Enough is enough
