@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk My mum is having problems with her landline, it appears the number has changed and she has been talk talk customer for many years. She hasn't requested a number change and when I ring her original number her phone doesn't ring but the line rings. wtf?

@TalkTalk I’m a key worker unable to work from home as I have no internet. Told I have to wait 2-5 w/d for a new router to see if it works. Been told it’s a router issue on past occasions when it wasn’t and eventually fixed without a new router. Just go round in circles with help desk.

@WheldonLaner That’s my point re 3 though. Not really a better deal if it doesn’t work though is it? I use EE for phones and BT for Internet. Lots of cheaper deals but never been let down by either, and cover and speed is great. Previous to this O2 and TalkTalk went down every few weeks

@TalkTalk Morning! I'm having fun trying to use your website to contact you to raise an issue. I'm going round in circles between account info and community support and not managing to get to a real person. The crux is this: 5hz on my router keeps dropping. 2.4 is fine. Help!

@TalkTalk our broadband has been extremely slow 1.67 and 1.29 mbp. You have promised to fix it for days but nothing has happened and certainly no engineers in sight. We have a lot of zoom meetings which obviously keep tripping.
