Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk Service came back about an hour ago, at the same time as the other people in the area had their service restored. Definitely some sort of issue with the network, not a router issue or problem with its configuration.

@TalkTalk what poor customer service you provide. I have just been lied to by one of your customer service representatives who didn't listen to what I was saying and tried to say he couldn't transfer a call because of covid. Time to change provider.
