    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk My internet went down. I looked at the "planned maintenance" list, my town isn't on the list. Yet it's not connecting. What's going on and why are we having all these problems?

    @HGr33nwood @TalkTalk I had the same issue & @TalkTalk’s poor customer service forced me to go with Plusnet.

    Very disappointed with service from @TalkTalk. Have now switched providers. Internet connection has always been awful, no customer service support and always being fobbed off saying the problem has been fixed. #switchtoBT

    @NOWHelpTeam yet again my broadband is down. I've done the technical checks and it's saying the problem is your end. I've had to book an engineer. @TalkTalk all is forgiven, I want to come back😭

    Hi @TalkTalk your customer service rep just told me on the phone my order has been rejected because the fibre box in the pavement is slightly offset from my property but when I log in to your website it tells me my order is in progress. Please help me determine what is happening?

    @TalkTalk To who? Until i have a written public assurance it won’t be to the tech or customer service team again who directly caused me such huge distress on Monday that I had a panic attack, waited 40 mins to be put through to a manager, then put through to tech team against my wishes
