@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk I have told you repeatedly that this is happening. You have told me it isn't. So denying my actual experience. You could at least have the decency to admit you are restricting/diverting my internet service at the same time each night. Even if you won't explain why.

Just when u think @TalkTalk sorted out ur prob they create more hoops to jump through 🤬 they close my complaint because of system issue (yeh right) & I'VE got to call up & reopen it! Haha & they got the cheek to tell me I'm pay £12.50 late pmnt chg when DD WAS ACTIVE #talktalk
