@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@CocoAmoure_ @TalkTalk Look the AI has answered, I have had an Engineering weeks ago ,line slow problem not my end said the engineer. So DM won't fix it TT just need to live up to contract and fix it. I am not required to waste any more weeks of my time.

@robinkennedyuk @TalkTalk There was a time my account was locked, I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support no response, I contacted #techietask_support on Insta and it was positive. I think they can help you too
