    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @TalkTalk can someone please do a phone line check on my elderly neighbours line please? We’ve been trying to call all weekend from mobile but can’t get through to anyone at talk talk and she’s very worried! Please help!

    @TalkTalk I know where its going to go, back on live chat or phone but they still not helping us fix the problem of the guy that should be installing the cable into the property but no appointment just messing around with the account and whatever they do when we ring up back to square one.

    @TalkTalk Your service is appalling. I've called multiple times to cancel my broadband and no one has action it. I've asked for a manager to help and no call back. I've been paying for a service I don't use. I have no choice but to complain to @Ofcom

    We're in our 4th month without Internet with talktalk, first problem, guy didn't install the cable for full-fiber, but talktalk told us to send the old router back and will receive the new box, never showed up. This all in Sept. Now we're in Jan,.... part 1

    @thejofish_ @TalkTalk Mate I had same problem eventually I gave up cancelled and went elsewhere. Now I am chasing them to cancel it as it was meant to end earlier this week. They're useless. Everyone sends you around in circles at TalkTalk.

    Part 9, from 18 to 24 months so yeah talktalk just out for your money and not your wellbeing/life. we'll wait for a crout case or we'll do one ourselves to get this **** sorted once and for all...
