  Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

  I guess talktalk get their wish & I will have to simply pay this cancellation fee. The irony is, I was billed when I had no intention of cancelling. But over these months I've been convinced that it is in my wellbeing TO cancel everything than continue w/ talktalk ever again.

  @TalkTalk I was due to have an engineer visit my house on Friday but they didn't turn up. I've been trying to phone and live chat with you but I've been on hold for over an hour and live chat doesn't work. Can someone contact me please?
