@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted with the customer service i received. I received my bill this morning and apparently i owe some money from last bill. Tried to explain i do not owe any payment from my last bill as i paid it all and i have my bank statement to prove it.

@IRISPayroll_HR @mylutterworth @nestpensions We've just spent a large number of person hours finding a work-around, after a failure of the IRIS system almost led to 289 people not being paid tomorrow. And the customer support makes TalkTalk look like best in class; the problem remains un-diagnosed 24 hours later.
