    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @TalkTalk after numerous phone calls to cancel my Internet, I've given up. Put thru from one person to another, your service is shocking! I moved out 15 October and am still being billed. I've cancelled DD now. Sort it out.

    @TalkTalk So, after being persuaded to stay with you rather than switch to NowTV on the 9/12/22 with the promise of a £130 voucher within 30 days, it appears that this was just a scam to retain my business. Never using you again!

    @TalkTalk I had a bad experience on the 12th January when my installation wasn’t carried out, satisfactorily. 2 hours and six transfers later, I got the engineer rearranged. And today’s not been any better… I expect to be treated better.
