@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk In the past month I have have 18 conversations with 18 different TalkTalk employees about my lack of broadband service which has not yet been resolved. I have yet to spoken to once by a TalkTalk employee initiating a follow up call to me. It is astounding.

@emilydouganx @plusnethelp BT have and always will be pricey. Plus net are known for their issues too. Seems these days there isn't one company that's better than another. I've even had a few bumps with TalkTalk bit never an issue that's made me change over.
