Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk Missold an upgraded full fibre package- doesn't work properly- spoken to ATLEAST 9 people- each dept blames another- apparently I can get it resolved by upgrading AGAIN! Sold to me as it gives better coverage and the app is fab for families....

@claudelittner @TalkTalk We are with VM 20+ years renewed contract in Nov £69pm, every month since they’ve charged us £86.Hopeless customer service, rude, lies and even formal complaint didn’t respond. Went to ombudsman yesterday. Just want out of contract. Oh and I’m deaf which they seem to find funny
