  @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

  @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

  @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

  Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach Tomorrow, Friday, will be our 5th day without an internet connection/broadband. It says on your website there is a problem but in the meantime we are without broadband and apps and having to use mobile data. Can you help? Elizabeth

  @TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.

  @rellierae Also ‘TalkTalk’ Indian call centre is selling customer info to hackers as had several accounts tried to be setup using the email I have only used to setup TalkTalk account (alias that goes to catch-all account that has only been used for that purpose).
