    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @Ofcom After a 1 hour and 20 minutes DM with @TalkTalk we only succeeded in covering the same ground as within my 4.5 hours of phone calls. Still a deadlock. TalkTalk has now asked me to wait for up to 72 hours for someone to get back to me. Please help!

    @webmink @TalkTalk Given how broken the processes seem to be, they likely also charge for replacing broken equipment and would be very confused by new hardware being replaced independently. A tragedy if someone would auction off their old routers on ebay...

    I contacted @TalkTalk offering to return to them the router the previous tenant of our commercial unit left behind. They said they won't help because we are not a customer. Awesome policy, folks.

    @Theodora8 @TalkTalk My advice is to avoid Talktalk. Abysmal customer service, outsourced to Asia. My problem never got resolved, I just left kept loads of screen shots and told them to whistle. Recommend plusnet. Night and day difference.

    @TalkTalk Literally have the worst connection at the moment, just constantly dropping out. Can’t get through on phones, arranged for a call back but still waiting and that was ages ago! Can someone help?
