    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @talktalk 2/2 Only to receive a payment from a DEBT RECOVERY AGENCY (so know you've also put my credit score down which I am furious about) and then today yet ANOTHER bill!!!!!!!! Your customer service is the most basic and rubbish I have ever received!

    @TalkTalk 8 days in - numerous calls over 20 messages. My 86 year old vulnerable mother still does not have a phone line or emergency alarm working I am direct messaging but still no answers - disgraceful!

    @EE ... I contacted @TalkTalk today and asked them to cancel the transfer. My expectation is that it would take nearly as long to re-connect me to my old service, although that's not a given, and it might be worth asking. The real question is ...
