@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

Expecting to transfer to @TalkTalk since 16th April. Today notified they have cancelled my current broadband provider yet still waiting for TalkTalk to install and provide router. Now without internet. Shocking customer service and clearly don’t care about their customers.

@TalkTalk Why would I waste my time, the service never improves nor does the signal strength. You're a poor attempt at a provider who likes to fool people into thinking otherwise. I just wanted other people to know how shite you are.

I am disgusted that @TalkTalk was charging my mother for years for a broadband that she never used and when I asked if I could get a refund I was told no they were charging her £30 per month from 2016 and I have just found out I spoke to Tina who wasn’t very helpful.

@TalkTalk The direct DM procedure did little to support nor help the situation yesterday, other than adding to further convoluted conversations-none of which amounted to satisfactory resolve. I won't DM to be directed to a link which did not work.

@TalkTalk Yet another fault on my landline and after 40 minutes of 'chatting' to one of your agents I am told to call your 0345 number. Incredibly poor customer service
