@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk I’m experiencing poor and rude customer service- and not the first time! It’s impossible when you phone sends you to live chat - that does nothing - then you get through and your team can’t get info - but the same team gave bad info Sunday & Monday. Appalling!!!

@TalkTalk Morning. I am unable to access my Tiscali email or my account. With email I just get a blue screen and a "connection error.. service not available" message. This has been going on since 4pm yesterday. With my account it says, technical error... so whats the problem?

I've been a @TalkTalk customer for about 10 years and been out of contract with you since the start of 2020, paying at least £10 a month over the price a new customer would get. I wanted to take another contract for another 18 months, you apparently don't want my business.

@TalkTalk Another abhorrent episode occurred yesterday afternoon from a TalkTalk agent who clearly didn't have a clue how to deliver customer service. Reading from a script and asked me to be an engineer. Send one out! Despicable company.

@TalkTalk I will also be contacting other company directors on this matter too. TalkTalk has forced my hand for far too long. I have never spoken to a customer agent who showed any empathy whatsoever. Do they treat all customers with chronic illness in this fashion ?
