@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk I want to move this connection to new address I was paying £20 but when I check to my new address it's showing £25 why this cheating .. give me at old fare or cancel it without any cancellation charges. this is cheating to cancel u asking £80 and to continue £25

Weekend but @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk giving me a F***king headache- left my other provider 2 days, I don’t have any Wi-Fi- and useless costumer service Which provider is better? I am gonna leave this is not a good start Any recommendations?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My Mum in her 70s has been charged £60+ for a engineer to come out and fix the Wi-Fi, as she couldn’t use the internet (surely maintaining Wi-Fi when you pay for it monthly is TalkTalk’s responsibility.) A terrible company that shows no care for customers

@TalkTalk Fault reported Wednesday, texts tell me this was fixed on Friday. Wrong! A fault isn't fixed just because I can get dial-up speed, sometimes, if I am lucky. I call Customer Services and they hang up on me 4 times. Fault still there. Completely Unacceptable.

@VimILSung @TalkTalk Virgin is totaly useless At my contract end they raised my bill from £25 to £67 I rang to cancel. They begged to give me new £25 deal. I say ok. But bill still come at £67 (now £134) I rang. They said agent forgot to update deal so now l sign a new one but l'll still pay the £134
