    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    Attempting to talk to @TalkTalk customer services and the line connection is so bad even the hold music won’t play 😩🙄

    @TalkTalk Ok. Fault reported Tuesday night- no broadband or home phone since then. Self employed & can’t work. No response from the call centre & no follow up through other means. Terrible service

    @TalkTalk - Your incompetence astounds me! The customer service is absolutely appalling! I do not recommend anyone to use this company. Have now contacted Ofcom, and sent an email to be forwarded to Tristia Harrison!

    @TalkTalk I accepted the kind offer of fibre installed in my home Tue morning and have had no Internet since then. 🙃 Fibre team thought perhaps a new hub was the solution but still not arrived.

    That is it! I have ******* had enough of @talktalk what is the ******* point if you set up an extension for payment and then still take money from my account and now leave me overdrawn! **** YOU TALKTALK

    @TimMadigan9 So sorry..it’s horrendous. Talktalk was worst, despite a death certificates. And the Home call thingy, via British Gas. Was reduced to giving a change of address..the cemetery plot number and postcode. - Often wonder how they got on with the court application.
