    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk need an urgent response to my DM yesterday morning Mum had her mobile phone service cut off several days ago. Despite multiple calls to you unable to get it reactivated as the account holder (spouse) is unavailable and holds all passwords etc.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup The most awful customer experience in the last 15 years. Sold me 2 eeros but received 1, spoke 6 times to TalkTalk each was promised it’s fixed except it’s not. How do you like some publicity about goir shady practices?

    @cjcheesecake I was a Talktalk engineer, got called out to an old boy with slow internet. Did the line checks, it was excellent so went round. Internal wiring all good. Got him to turn on his pc then browser, he literally had 100 tabs open all porn sites. Bless him.

    @TalkTalk Fix the issue but I didn't get any confirmation for it . One of the customer service agents mentioned that the engineer will come between 1-6 yesterday
