Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk The engineer told them if their router wasnt showing a solid white light in 15 mins then to call talk talk. But it is now over 24hours since the engineer came and yet they still have no broadband. So why should they pay for a service they are not receiving. And havent for a week

@fraserstevenson @TalkTalk 5 hours in total I have been online trying to resolve problems. Truly abhorrent service. I will be contacting Tristia Harrison the CEO of TalkTalk on this unresolved matter. Their service is poor WITH their router
