    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk Another waste of a morning....just to be told to reset my router... so this means I have to reset my new router every other day...RUBBUSH SERVICE .... THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE .. and no one can fix the problem only told reset your router...SO DISSATISFIED

    @TalkTalk ss5 down, been told i would get an engineer in 2-3 days, its not just our internet is the whole area though so need a faster fix than 2-3 days, at least 10 of us have nothing that i know of including neighbours

    @TalkTalk I have telephoned 3 occasions, each lasting an hour on hold. Each time promised my tech code within 7 days. Still nothing 2 months on!!! Email complaint sent, still no response. Where is the customer service??!!

    @TalkTalk just been on the phone to customer services for over an hour and half. Just for you rubbish services to hang up on me and disregard everything I was complaining about. You’re services are shocking

    @TalkTalk Well on my 3rd router Internet lasted 2 days. Clearly not a router problem!! Absolutely rubbish service been ongoing for over 6 months now #totallyfedup.
