@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

U charge £40 a month and put customers through this misery, on top of that I'm told I'll be charged for a month, even when I informed well before billing date my decision to cancel broadband service. Try calling TalkTalk customer service, you'll prefer death. #TalkTalkBroadband
