    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    Appalling service from @TalkTalk. Lost 1hr 40 minutes of my life yesterday talking to 3 reps who could not help. No @FreeviewTV working at all; and no landline. All this happening 5 days after new connection installed. Coincidence? I don't think so! #badservice #fraud #useless

    Talktalk does anyone know of any UK help numbers. Any number that will not get redirected somewhere else in the world. Sad to say I feel underwelmed with the off shore TT customer service.

    @TalkTalk I’ve already had three different explanations, not to mention your colleagues in Customer Services telling me that the Twitter help is “useless.” I’ll see what happens with this management callback I’ve been promised for Thursday.

    @TalkTalk My internet is down again,this is two days on the run,and at a holiday period, I have had internet with many companies and never once had this happen,you are supposed to be a big company,this is completely unacceptable and I will be reviewing my position as a customer

    Not only are talktalk ******* me by being so terrible I can't stream video, but now Windows are trying to make me pay for a ****** app (2.8 star rating) to watch dvds on my own laptop that comes with a disk drive
