    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    .@TalkTalk just done another line test with another person to be told I’d get a phone call back and still waiting. I hat the hell is going on. Can’t cancel, can’t get internet. Three weeks of this BS

    @mycalltwo @virginmedia I just called talktalk, they told me ofcom allows them to terminate the account with Virgin if virgin refuse to let you leave. They've killed virgin from their end, but I suspect virgin will still try and take over. Talktalk reported that they've had people stuck by virgin before

    @TalkTalk your not very helpful when i’m trying to close an account 2hours online and phone only to be abused by a drunk call handler who 3, times asked to speak to a deceased family member .. if you could actually speak to the living it would help!!!

    .@TalkTalk is ready service team the first people you speak to who will@ask about lights on a box or are they people who can actually help? Three weeks, no fix, no call backs, the same tests run multiple times, wrong number given to me, can’t cancel can’t get on the web. WTF

    @TalkTalk My internet not working. The line tests run and the next step after resetting everything and turning it all off for 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. And again, no call backs, no internet for three weeks and if I cancel to move over you’ll charge me £150.
