    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk my parents are with you for their internet and TV. They are elderly and self isolating and their tv/internet connection is terrible. Theyve called customer service and hear your 'we're having issue pre-recorded message'. Please help!!

    @TalkTalk for the last few days my internet connection has been very sporadic. Up and down randomly throughout the day. Any explanation? Can you please fix! It’s very annoying. Have dropped out of work calls, Netflix cuts out randomly. This is not what I’m paying for!

    @TalkTalk @jedgamez Hang on a minute Your certainly not the best I had you for 6 years because you kept offering me deals & said you would change but I’ve had better speeds from BT in the last 2 years alone. Also you was selling me large fibre broadband even though I could only get medium 🥴🥴
