    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    Attempting to talk to @TalkTalk customer services and the line connection is so bad even the hold music won’t play 😩🙄

    @ThatTimWalker @didoharding She’s already lost £37BN, which I would expect her to repay from her own pocket. IF she works for the NHS, it should be for FREE until that money is repaid! Certainly, she should never get anywhere near a position of trust. Let’s not forget she was a failure at TalkTalk too!

    @johncrayment Her track record alone should be enough to disqualify… talktalk scandal and test&trace is an absolute farce. The ONLY reason they would give her a job is if they want it to fail, and hard. Her loyalties also tied to NHS failure (husband for example) @didoharding is a disgrace!

    @Andrew_Adonis I couldn’t agree more - this person has presided over the loss of client data and abusive service at TalkTalk, then Pal Promoted to Track and Trace/BoE - what a tragic story - and now the NHS? Save us all

    Honestly @TalkTalk have the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever spoke too. Girl didn’t have a clue what she was talking about, made me do the same tests then hung up the call at the end. Absolutely awful service

    @TalkTalk Hi, my day would be better if I could actually work from home. 72 hours resolution time still isn't acceptable when your service has been awful. I am not the only customer with this issue, which suggests this is not an issue with my line. What is the actual issue here?

    @TalkTalk I can't change my language as all@of adviser lied to me nothing happened every time just my money has gone! Nobody called me back! My account has been deactivated!this company is the worst and the customer service is a piece of shite!people should avoid u see u on the court

    Never had any issues with @TalkTalk until last week. A mistake their end has meant I've been without internet since Wednesday, and their customer service is atrocious. It's making it really difficult to work from home on my mobile hotspot.

    @TalkTalk Hi I just rang to cancel my TalkTalk TV and was told as I'm changing provider they can't cancel or make changes to my package. But I can renew on a new prepay TV contract for £241 This doesn't seem right to me.

    My elderly neighbour's internet router came with no pre-configured passwords, completely insecure, so anyone in WiFi range could use it. It came from TalkTalk, the company ran by Dido Harding. God help the #NHS.
