@TalkTalk is it really that difficult to talk to my old age pensioner parents to resolve their issues. They are now without a phone line and have cancelled with you but still getting contacts regarding issues connecting. But li and behold your engineer has cut their phone line

Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

@TalkTalk They’ve tried to cancel as it was one disaster after another with your engineer but they still keep getting texts saying they are having trouble connecting them even though they have cancelled and they also cut the virgin phone line leaving them without a landline

@TalkTalk the customer service person I've just spoken to was incredibly rude. I don't need to be snarled at and spoken to as if a child. She was the second person I had to call as the first man answered the phone with "'lo" and put the phone down on me. Problem still not sorted.

@TalkTalk It’s impossible to raise a complaint regarding your renewal process and unacceptably long waiting times. A customer complaints manager was due to revert within 24 to 48 hours and this never happened. Unacceptable and disappointing customer service for long term loyal customer!!

Signed up for a @TalkTalk recordable tv box to find out on the day of installation they no longer do them?? No information from @TalkTalk regarding this apart from a few giggles on the phone from your advisor. Poor service👎🏼
