Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

Sure you're not doing some old fashioned speed throttling? Soon as you've confirmed that you can't supply the minimum speed for my broadband, I'm switching ASAP.

I believe my account was cancelled because I missed ShellEnergy's cancellation date (which fell short of the usual 14 working days) and so took over my service and there are no further steps I am able to take. My query is about legality of previous contracts?

Jesus Onion (@thefamousnomo) reported@Parttimewookiee @TalkTalk very same issue here... wildly erratic downstream but mostly solid upstream (which proves its not device to router... it is WAN)... they will dance you around the houses with 5G and VPN's just to enrage and frustrate you... thats how it feels anyway
