@medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

@TalkTalk we cancelled my dads TalkTalk account in February since my dad sadly passed away. We’ve been told now that the account was never cancelled and you’ve therefore billed £105.10 for the period 22/09 - 22/10, out of nowhere. Mum called TalkTalk and was basically told tough.

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on a live chat Sunday, 3 hours today still no further forward with my issue. Feeling let down and frustrated by the service you have provided. You seem determined to charge £65 for an engineer to diagnose the fault, when you have all the required info.

I am tempted to unleash my poor experience with TalkTalk to the media and ombudsman and Twitter, in full, Tried 6 times since August to cancel. Today, 3 times the phone line kept breaking up, they say I still have to pay til Nov as I haven't yet cancelled. This is making me ill.
