    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk absolutely terrible service. Cancelled my service last month and still getting charged!!! Just got off the phone to customer service to sort it out after being on hold for 45 mins to find out it's 30 days to disconnect!!! So talk talk are charging me for their error!!!

    If you want to have problems every month because the workers are terrible and they don't seem to KNOW HOW TO READ. Get @TalkTalk . No, it's better to go to a company that doesn't touch your nose and at least knows how to read and understand what people write.

    @TalkTalk I spoke to customer service and they said I would be disconnected at the end of my contracted date of 18 months with no extra charge. 2 months later still connected even though I'm now on virgin. The equipment is disconnected ready to return.

    @TalkTalk Today is my activation date and I’ve received emails to say that my service is now live but still just have constant blinking amber light… everything is connected correctly, have tried resetting and still nothing

    @JOHN_MARTIN808 @TalkTalk I’ve had this. Cancelled my service in February and they took a payment on April 6th which I’m trying to get back ... terrible service, the only person I spoke to hadn’t a clue how to help me.

    After singing the praises of @TalkTalk for a while, we have had over a week of the absolute worst customer service, the emptiest promises, and the most incomprehensible support system I’ve ever tried to navigate. Avoid them at all costs till they sort it out.

    @TalkTalk I would like to know why I’m still getting billed when my contract ended in January I chose not to renew it but u have passed my details onto a debt collection agency who is running this service circus animals your internet was rubbish that’s why I moved to Vodafone

    Dear @TalkTalk I did not ask for a TV service in package and I said I did not have one, so I am concerned to get a text and email within the last 24 hrs saying I will get a TV service
