    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk Had no internet connection all over the Christmas holidays to the TV Box so couldn't watch channels I was paying for and couldn't record programs I would miss. Don't believe anything Talk Talk say, will be making a complaint to ofcom their tel number is 0300 123 3333

    @TalkTalk unbelievably poor customer service & complaint handling. Multiple phone calls, hours of my life wasted to rectify an error on your part with zero compensation offered and a large uphill battle just to be refunded the money I’m owed. Avoid at all costs #scammers

    @DRidge67 @TalkTV talktalk are terrible,ive had months of grief with them over internet that never even worked..& yet they claim to be award winning..i dont know how they get away with it

    @TalkTalk I reported the failure of our broadband on December 28th and at 10.30 am that day was told an engineer was on their way. Chased daily, no progress and still no internet. Customer service have stopped replying to me. What next?

    Anyone thinking of moving to @talktalk don’t bother. The most rude incompetent company I have ever dealt with. The facts - my 86 year old mother uses an ipad to stay in touch with family across the world. Lives alone and for the last 8 days has not had internet. Disgusting.

    @TalkTalk I am trying to cancel my account that I never used. I called and make your colleagues fill out cancellation forms "3" times!!! And 2 applications for returning your modem that should not sent me.Nothing happened and you send me a bill. My account number is 1014345944.
