@medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

1 week without internet, small businesses can't cope with this service. Help from @TalkTalk has been so patchy it's been ridiculous. New router is on its way apparently, No internet by weekend and they're gone ! I've been beyond reasonable imo

@TalkTalk - I closed my TalkTalk broadband account on 24th Feb 2021. And I moved out of country. However, I am still getting, invoices. I am not finding customer care mail id to revert. I raised this issue on twitter on 12th Aug, but see no action. Experience is getting worse.

@TalkTalk my internet is down AGAIN. Service status says there's a problem, then sends a nice text saying you're sorry and that it now appears to be working. IT ISN'T. Live chat doesn't work. The phone number is out of hours so isn't being picked up. WTF?

@TalkTalk I have spent hours onto your customer services, each time to be redirected to your automated service which didn’t recognise the phone number! I have paid my parents final bill today, it has taken since mid July to get someone who would take the payment!!!! Shameful

@TalkTalk I've already done a live chat. There is clearly an outage in the DN14 area. I'd suggest you put a tweet out to that effect rather than loads of customers raising individual requests.

I have spent 6 months trying to move my fibre from BT to TalkTalk, it's been messed up several times. Including 3 mystery cancellations. In mid-July they told BT to end our service because they were taking it over. Then nothing, no internet since. 1/2
