Only when you're a @TalkTalk customer do you upgrade your package and pay more for a higher broadband speed, and then the speed goes down! And when you call up to find out why you are spoken down to by a rude 'customer services' adviser... TalkTalk you need to sort it out!

@LifeInKilburn I had to rebudget myself and pay premium with Vodafone Internet. Number of outage since I've been with them: Zero and I've been WFH full time since March20. BUT!! It is not cheap I was with TalkTalk before and it was a nightmare

@catrionaa15 @TalkTalk It's just the rudeness that gets me! I was asking why they upped my bills if my speeds went down (bearing in mind they're not giving me the guaranteed min.) and was absolutely belittled! Imagine if one of us spoke like that to someone making a complaint...
