Kept on hold for 1:55 by @TalkTalk! Whilst I appreciate current circumstances mean less staff I don't appreciate call being answered, issue explained and then call ended, probably because they're going to have to replace equipment! #ShockingCustomerExperience

@Ofcom I entered into an 18 months contract with TalkTalk but their broadband is very slow: 2.2 to 5.3 mbps. Can i rescind my contract citing failure to provide a decent broadband speed?

@talktalk why can you not get anywhere near the speeds you promise and why are you charging vulnerable people for your serious issues. Anyone considering joining talktalk, take this as a warning.

@TalkTalk your online help was as much use as a chocolate teapot today! No internet and homeschooling tomorrow. Thanks a lot. Now how do I end a contract early without you charging me for a service that doesn’t work?

@bt_uk Because you’re £70 a year more expensive than TalkTalk and the service is the same.

@realsb4feelings Two mobile phones (one heavily used for work) broadband (used for work, so high capacity) plus free landline and an expensive extra device, this comes to about £114 a month with Vodafone. Unlike TalkTalk, VERY minimal connection problems.
