    @TalkTalk So,48 hours later, filled in the requested form and heard nothing back from you. And I STILL do not have Internet. You are useless and I cannot wait to terminate my contract with you when it ends next month. I would also like a refund for all the days without WiFi.

    Anyone using @TalkTalk FTTP? They have a cracking Black Friday deal. We already have FTTP with another ISP so we know our cabling is fine, so just depends what their backhaul/support is like I guess.

    @TalkTalk Well, I wish I could cancel this without having to call again to be honest, I have spent about an hour on the phone over the last two nights and still not got through. Passed on twice and the connection went dead x 2 . So I have limited confidence tomorrows call will be better

    @TalkTalk Still no landline has been 4 weeks no engineer has been dispatched and no call from your manager - this has been going on since 28th of October and you are not capable of fixing external issue . Disgraceful servicee yet again .

    @TalkTalk Just got logged out of chat after nearly an hour...logged back in but wasn’t prepared to start from the beginning again. Last conversation 22nd October was 2 hours 4 minutes which concluded with my problem being sorted. OR SO I THOUGHT .how can I speak to someone?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup so it is acceptable to send a coustomer a broken tv remote with their order then having to wait for a replacement for 3 weeks to find out youve sent the wrong one then to be told it will be nearly 7£ for another replacement wtaf

    @TalkTalk Well your advice was a waste of time. Did a direct message as you requested been sending messages backwards and foreword and the customer service is still asking for more information to access my account.
