    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TheWiiDEVil @TalkTalk @VirginMediaCorp Tbh from my experience they're as bad as each other. Left VM because they were awful and Talktalk are just as bad. Good luck with the scripted support!

    This account encourages people to complain when companies that take our money don't produce a reasonable service, moreover, this is a useful space to say that you are doing it and to explain why. I've had problems meantime with @TalkTalk @LloydsBank and @BBC. #CustomerServiceNOT

    @TalkTalk We'll see if @TalkTalk treat your ex-customers ending broadband service fairly, and respond further if needed. Hearing cases of you applying penalty charges even though people have a penalty-free right after you invoked hidden print to end contracts sold as "fixed price" in 2021.

    @TalkTalk Youre the biggest joke of a company. I am so happy to be leaving you and signing up to @VirginMediaCorp who's support staff can speak English and use their ears and brain at the same time. I shall spend the rest of my days discouraging people from using Talk Talk :)
