@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk your WiFi is the worst WiFi I have ever experienced. All we ever get told is “maintenance is occurring” and it never changes or gets better. Whats the point in paying for something that doesn’t work as it should?!

@bt_uk what’s the best way to cancel an engineer appointment tomorrow. IVR doesn’t allow any connection to talk to someone. No chat option found and the online system doesn’t work!! Maybe @TalkTalk customer service is better!

@andrewmaw1 @TalkTalk Who did it say is having industrial action? My Internet is off too I'm with utility warehouse who I'm told use #talktalk for their services. Can't get hold of #UtilityWarehouse today customer service closed on a Sunday. Its brilliant!

@TalkTalk you have supposedly fitted faster fibre broadband into my sons house. The engineer advised putting into front bedroom and the signal is absolutely atrocious compared to previous router location (20mbps if we are lucky). .
