    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @Ofcom you seriously need to investigate talktalk customer service! 1 hour and 5 different people ( of varying nationality and accents ) to be told ( due to their own **** up ) that we have to phone back again tomorrow as they can't help us today .. ridiculous!!!

    @TalkTalk Another miserable conversation on the number you gave. Again passed from one customer call centre person to another #readfromsameaongshit We need to speak to someone who hold position to take action to cancel the contract and discus the #missold product and the again

    @TalkTalk Guess what? After the fifth attempt at fixing my phone, it still isn't working. At what stage does @TalkTalk realise what they are doing isn't working? Heading towards week six of not working are going go through the same bs again.

    @TalkTalk I had an engineer out on Tuesday to fix my internet and it's still not up to what I'm paying you for so if it doesn't get fixed then I'll have to cancel my contract with you as you haven't given me what I signed up for

    On the phone to @TalkTalk, on hold for 8 minutes get through ti person a) who takes all of my details, listens to my reason for calling then puts me on hold to the people who can actually help. Person B takes all my details again, asks me why I want to cancel… 1/2
