    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk Furthermore, the customer service has been diabolical, we've not been told one thing consistently, we've received no email, they haven't correctly listened to any names, it's Even reached a point where they've shouted over the top of questions we've asked

    @TalkTalk Apparently not. 🙃 I’ve had two engineers and onto my third router so far and haven’t had the net at all yet. Also was told they won’t refund me because the net is live, even though it’s never worked. It’s your equipment, two engineers have said so, not my home.

    Tired of being let down by people who can’t do their jobs. I dunno when I’ll get to move into my flat at this rate. Waited a month for my carpet and the fitter didn’t show up, gotta reschedule. Onto my 3rd router with TalkTalk cause they can’t seem to make their own net work. 🫠
