@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@MartinSLewis Just renewed talktalk £26 a month for 48 months fixed, the faster fibre, (cheaper one was £22 I think) no calls or tv. Was paying £30 with contract ending in August but they wanted £32 to renew my contract until I cancelled inclusive calls which I never used anyway.

People on @talktalk - does anybody else have multiple device issues? When there are half a dozen people watching TV in the same room and a couple are on their iPads the TV buffers and all devices slow down. On Faster Fibre. Speed check is fine. What’s going on? 🤔

@MartinSLewis Been with TalkTalk for six years. Recent price increase but able to switch to NowTv for service . Usually pay £32.50 a month which covers fast fibre phone and tv. Abstni complaints about the service

@jayandee48 @MartinSLewis @TalkTalk There was an early snobbery about TalkTalk as they provided free broadband. Their initial problems were due to so many joining and overwhelming their capacity. I like snobs. Misguided souls.

Just shows how poor @TalkTalk are. Barely 5mb internet. Meant to be 11mb. Switched to @ShellEnergyHome and now getting over 12mb. Well done. Switch to @ShellEnergyHome if you can!
