@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk Hi, yes it is a full fibre install that took place today that has put a junction box on the wall. The LOS light is a stable red. Just cannot get it to connect to the Internet. The optical cable looks very bent inside the property at the base of the junction box, bad installation?

@TalkTalk @TALKTALK after much toing and froing about my failed city fibre supposedly free upgrade (not asked for, doesn't work), I receive an email saying you have made all the changes requested & new contract starts on 23rd Nov with one-off charge of £ 120. How do I stop this madness?

@s_vills @TalkTalk they will carry on doing this i was in this situation with them, back years ago they charged me for TV package i never asked for, they put me in new contract when i never asked, they cut me off it took weeks to get internet back, we need to shut them down forever
