@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk I get that you are busy but when you are on hold for over 30 minutes and someone keeps picking it up and putting it down again it starts to grate! My router never appeared last Monday and the engineers didn't show on Wednesday, and i have had no correspondence from you!

@TalkTalk absolutely shocking customer service from you tonight. I finally get through the worst automated service and the call handler hangs up on me before I can speak. I call again and I’m hung up on again. I finally get through and oh it’s 7pm so everyone’s gone home!!!

@TalkTalk I have waited a week for 1 of your engineers to come & connect my broadband & a whole day 2day waiting for him, he did not show up, I got a text saying he did. BULLSHIT! Customer service does not exist, live chat does not work. Please take your crap out of my house !
