    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk , continuing, to check everything in the house and sent another engineer to check outside the house. No problems with either, inside and outside working well the engineers said, they said the problem was with the exchange or the green box on the street

    @WeAreOpenreach Is that it ? I only ask as we lost service for 4 weeks when we moved from talktalk 900 to EE 1.6GB and apparently it was down to the new service being installed incorrectly . I just worry that if I try and move then it will cause another issue
