@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Hi, I use AnyDesk a lot for customer support but for some reason your network blocks this. How is this block removed please? One customer has been onto customer support for several hours and despite being assured that the block was removed, it remains. Thanks.

@TalkTalk I was told today on chat that there is an issue with openreach and that's why my connection was down trying to live teach, is this the case? Or is it a more widespread issue considering the amount of messages you've had to deal with today?

@TalkTalk Your customer service teams are a joke. They do not listen to what you are saying and you can’t get a manager to talk to. I’m told a manager will call me within 24/48 hour. The last time this was meant to happen no one called and I had to call you back.
