@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk We've had a problem since 16th June with the internet being down for much of this time. Other houses locally also have a problem - need to get an Engineer to look at it. Gone through support all they offer is another router, have swapped with a known working router same issue

@rrunner_ We just switched to Virgin as we thought talktalk was slow and unstable. Omg what a mistake! Virgin keeps cutting out 5 times a day! 😭 Want to go back

@TalkTalk It just stopped working as I was on a WhatsApp call that ended just after 4 and hasn’t come back on since. Turned it off for over two hours to no change in status - just a solid red light. Have tested and reported the problem on your site which might see it fixed soon? Thanks

@Snapchat @TalkTalk I urgently need help with my accounts. Somebody has hacked my email address and managed to get in to my Snapchat account which I no longer use and is messaging people. Any password changes are being sent to my compromised email which I can’t access

@TalkTalk the issue is not my end, it's not my equipment it's not my devices it's not my VPN, cache, router, browser, WiFi, there is something seriously wrong with your networking, my router gets an IP from your ISP but does not have working internet, DSL IS UP!
