@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

@Dougal_McK @TalkTalk Customer service is shocking. They are very rude and are no help at all. Honestly do not get a contract with them. They also break their fixed price contracts so this company cannot be trusted at all.

@PhilipKeel3 @TalkTalk You have 14 days to cancel. I suggest you cancel as TalkTalk have broken fixed priced contracts. They also have awful customer service & are not even allowing people to cancel. @Ofcom are letting them do whatever they want because they have been bought out by private equity.

Why is @talktalk so hard to sign up to? Its been a month & an #Engineer is yet to turn up. They keep canceling. Next appointment is 8 if they cancel, im going to sign up with @virginmedia or going back to @BTGroup a month of no internet. I could just call bt & carry on

@TalkTalk Have sent a message. I really don’t understand why it so difficult to cancel services… well I do but it’s wrong! You are not the only company that I’m experiencing difficulties with which makes me wonder how folk without access to technology and social media cope!
