@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

Anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk internet down again. There appears to be a fault, I know that much, they are sending an engineer to fix it within the next 2-3 days. Not good when you are working from home

@TalkTalk Why do not pay the equivalent going pay rate for customer service agents in South Africa as in the United Kingdon... sounds like cheap labour. ( Average pay in UK is £22.5k )

Oops Talktalk no longer in Gravesend! Spent over an hour speaking to customer service which is based in the Philippines (!) Played the geriatric game and now have an engineer’s visit scheduled for tomorrow. If no joy, EE here I come!
