    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk when we spoke to your customer service team they had a complete lack of empathy towards our situation, telling us to go to the library or use data for all our work which is completely unfeasible for 3 busy medical students

    @OpenreachHelp help! I signed up for fibre and had a visit 3 weeks ago. A dig is needed so an *** form is required. I keep checking back but get told by @TalkTalk that the council haven't approved it yet. I spoke to the council on Friday who said they've not received anything??

    @Michell26770648 @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk Morning Michelle. We have 2 lines, home line and business line, we have broadband on the business line. It’s the home line which isnt working, very bad crackle on it.

    @TalkTalk your customer services is appalling. 40 mins of the worst line ever, trying to have a conversation with someone sounding like they were battling through a snow storm, only to be given the wrong number for Openreach.

    @TalkTalk how do I speak to an actual human being at TalkTalk? My broadband has gotten really bad. Your website doesn't have option to talk to someone and phoneline is just automated saying you will text me if there is a problem. My contract ends this month. Do I change provider?
