@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk our broadband was supposed to go live Tuesday. After waiting since December for an installation appointment. There’s been no updates or communication from either open reach or talk talk really unhappy with the service provided

@bt_uk they are trying to force the customer into a new 24month contract. So I have been offered the option to move my tv package by cancelling the tv contract but this is not a practical solution as Talktalk will only offer a tv package with phone and broadband.

@unfortunatalie @TalkTalk Talk Talk did this to me two weeks before I moved out of my last place as well. They still owe me £17 in overpayments that I've let them keep just because I'd pay that much not to have to talk to their customer service.

@TalkTalk My TalkTalk broadband has been cutting out constantly for the last two weeks and for the last 2 months is constantly running at one third of the speed I am paying for. There are no faults on the line and gone through all the advice procedures to fix. Please help.

@TalkTalk The support is still unable to tell me,if #Openreach solve the problem or not. The only thing he tells me... "you HAVE to WAIT".He wants to have his peace! The behavior & choice of words from the Advisers are absolutely no acceptable. They don't respect their customers

@talktalk what do I do? I upgraded to Fibre and today was my go live date. But new router has not arrived and it seems you've switched the service. So I'm left with no internet but I need to work from home and kids for school. And I can't through to customer service...

@TalkTalk absolute shocking customer service. My parents have been without internet for almost 3 months and we have contacted you on numerous occasions and have still not sorted it! You keep asking them to fill out web forms which they cannot do as they don’t have the internet!
