@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk All internet service providers are the same. I would go far as to say any provider of any “service” is the same. Welcome to call centre dystopia. Welcome also to fixed price contracts that are not fixed price contracts - how do they legally get away with that too?

25 minutes on phone to @TalkTalk and just got through to a manager. I've asked for my issue to be escalated (which I believe is a legal right). This company's service is complete cr_p. I've wasted more than an hour on phone since last week with no result yet.
