    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk @barog Looking at individual accounts doesn’t really help if there’s a major issue that is obviously outside our households. I would appreciate an update here as well - what exactly is the issue and what’s the estimated time it will take to resolve?

    @Nedy29477439 @TalkTalk Mine just went down and when I try calling #talktalk they tell me they are closed. Maybe they are down because it is too hot in London #TalkTalkDownAgain

    @TalkTalk @PickUpaPengu1n The link you provide, is not helpful. Trying to connect via 4G is hit and miss. If you do connect, it just says there is a live connection problem. The latest under Track Fault says turn off router for 20 minutes and reconnect? How will that help if the problem is the exchange.

    @kim_mcclure3 @TalkTalk I have been having the same problem. No manager available at the CeO department to pick up the phone. Left voicemails. Then they email me saying that I had not got in contact. It took around 3 months to finally talk to one of them #TalkTalkDownAgain
