@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk any reason why the WiFi keeps going down in London NW11? It’s been happening all week and we’re having to constantly restart the router. Really unacceptable considering you’ve just put your prices up. #talktalkdown

@Ofcom @TalkTalk are well aware of an internet issue at our property. They refuse to investigate. Keep swerving the issue, passing the buck, days on end of ‘just need to do a line test’. Again. And again. Months of appalling service and ignoring questions and requests to fix.

@TalkTalk The main reason that I cancelled the upgrade is @TalkTalk’s continual poor service (low speeds and dropping service), allied with the total lack of customer service. I don’t want to tie into a new contract, and have every intention of leaving as soon as I can

@TalkTalk sending an engineer out to sort our internet who basically just checked that the router was plugged in and then send an email to say that the problem is fixed. Errrr nope the 30 days cancellation is coming very close to the end.
