    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    Based on previous issues with @TalkTalk I have been required to commit over 50hrs in phone conversation and email over a two year period, this resulted in a hard fought refund for the duration but my wall was left with a giant hole and internet box left hanging by your engineers.

    I continued moving and cancelled my direct debit. I received no contact from @TalkTalk. 12 months later I am contacted by debt recovery on your behalf. Not only did you not cancel or contact, you continued to charge me for service for over 12 months including a contract renewal.
