@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk a year without service, the 10 year old router has just died. I pay £25+ pm. was palmed off to charles@tech support who didnt listen to anything i said and then proceeded to tell me a new router is on its way to me, yet I hadn't agreed to having 1 or request 1....

@TalkTalk a year without service, the 10 year old router has just died. I pay £25+ pm, tech support sent me a new router which i didnt agree to having or request. After a 3hr call,promised a call from complaints debt for 5pm Wednesday, i am still waiting for said call and refund.

@TalkTalk we have been having issues receiving our router via yodel this has been happening since 17th April! Can I please talk to an actual person please instead of an automated chat bot? Frustrated beyond belief!!

@Ofcom @TalkTalk The issue I have is that previously they have said that price increases do not apply whilst a contract is in effect but now they say differently. And why are the contracts one-sided? A customer can't give a month's notice to invoke a change.
