@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@MsIbegbuna @TalkTalk Had exactly the same thing today with another privatisation success story @ScottishPower CEO email immediately bounced to customer service who tell me not to worry (worry not the emotion!) and they’ll respond within 8(!) days.

@TalkTalk The problem is the router. Talktalk need a better manufacturer - I get this speed daily, so will invest in a third party router. DMing doesn't help, but I do appreciate it's your job to suggest it.
