@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

TalkTalk have repeatedly failed to honour their promise to call me back, I'm thoroughly fed up with the unreliable company and their atrocious customer service. I would move but am forced to stay for the moment for complex business reasons, but I will take them to the Ombudsman.

I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

@moneysavingexp please help me with my broadband. I’m disabled and have been forced to break shielding to try to fix my laptop as @TalkTalk refuse to help me. Their Internet is the problem not my laptop. And they didn’t cancel my previous service! Can you help?

@TalkTalk broadband has never worked with my work vpn. I’ve spent 6 hours with customer services; both times they hung up on me. You forced me to go to work even tho I’m shielding and have cancer to ‘fix my laptop’ but it’s your issue. And you didn’t cancel my Previous internet.

@TalkTalk constant issues Lincoln. Never get what we pay for as soon as you run the test speed it magical speeds up. We have had the ground team out dog a trench across our new gravel drive and next doors drive so as that bt can pull a new cable through! 6 MTH no new cable! Crap
