@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, our landline is 01892 838420. It doesn't work and hasn't done in nearly a week. The call centre team seem to think it's a handset issue but it isn't and we are convinced it is exchange related. Broadband is working.

Never use @TalkTalk as a broadband provider. #bullies #fakecontracts No end of contract, unless you ask them to end 1 month before the actual end. So, your 18 month contract, never ends with them. EVER - unless you ask 1 month before.

@TalkTalk Well I finally have my UFO connection its only been off since 22nd June after countless errors and a manager looking after my complaint I was promised a call between 12 and 2pm today guess what NO CALL still waiting now even after calling you after 2to find out what's happening

@adaml_1471 @TalkTalk I'm not quite sure about the support team but I'm very sure @utopiantechh will get you exactly what you need without wasting a second of your time, Thanks to him I was able to get my account fixed and also secured from being hacked, they really saved me a lot of stress

Once again our @TalkTalk internet is down. Since being with them we have had six routers because of how bad they are. Today the internet has been down for 7 hours in two houses in the family. I highly advise anyone to not use this internet provider if you want internet.

@TalkTalk No. You chat ****. Not once was I advertised that I'd need to cancel a month before the end of contract, as a contract ENDS - it doesn't with you.
