@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk Cannot access my new Mail Plus account. Have spoken to numerous TalkTalk representatives who have no idea how to solve my issue and are rude and out of their depth. Last person hung up on me as couldn’t answer my questions. Disgraceful service, use them at your peril! #awful

@TalkTalk Just spoken to @TalkTalk again who are now saying that it could take up to 90 days to activate my Mail Plus account. So technically I could be paying 3 x monthly instalments for an account I can’t use! TalkTalk are a shambles! Do not use them! #awful

@TalkTalk continues to be the worst company I've ever interacted with. Third time they've rescheduled calling me about a complaint, then they let the phone ring for one second and texted me to say I'm uncontactable! . Two months no workable internet.

Can’t actually say if @TalkTalk has terrible customer service because even after 45 minutes on the phone and sat waiting in an online chat, you can’t get through to them

@TalkTalk Hi just wondering why I can't get into my billing saying saying tech issues don't know why I stay with TT not had internet for 2 days they can't fix what a waste of time.Sending engineer Thursday soon as fixed I'm off loyalty means nothing to them.
