    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk The link to the status board does NOT give More Info - and it's 2 days old! You need to provide much better info to your customers and regularly updated news on resolution. Really poor service from @TalkTalk again at a time when email comms are vitally important to so many.

    @TalkTalk The guy I spoke to said he is new and I need to speak to someone senior and would get a call yesterday...no call..poor customer service again from talktalk

    @TalkTalk Morning.... my emails are not synching and when asked to provide a password to access on mobile phone nothing happens. Please confirm this is part of the problem you mention here and please update your website to help alleviate any worries and concerns we all have. Thank you.
