    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk We've had a new router we've done all the checks. Surely you are the ones that should be chasing up the issue. If I get a builder to build a wall I don't expect to go behind I'm doing the pointing in and sweep up.

    @ShiviBP @DawnHFoster @zinovievletter Virgin hike the price relentlessly after your first year btw, and the speed dropped off a lot for us too. We're on talktalk now which has been good for us, but I'm sure someone else has had a bad time with them!

    @ElementalUK @Baddiel @IKEAUK TalkTalk just let you message the wider TalkTalk 'community' when your internet is knackered.. Can't be arsed to help you themselves.. Brave strategy, lots of frustrated customers talking about how **** you are & having to solve problems themselves!
