Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

It took me until this week to realise the @TalkTalk radio advert isn't a notification tone interrupting the lady, but a jingle/ID which the ad producer wants to play over her. Almost as bad as the studio talkback ads radio folks love to hate!

Nobody EVER go with @TalkTalk their customer service is appalling and have now increased our plan when we are on a fixed term contract for 18 months and they have now removed this without telling us!!

@TalkTalk two hours using your online chat and still nowhere closer to sorting an issue. This is the 3rd time of trying this, first time after receiving a new router. Still having issues of disconnection repeatedly a day and have never been close to the 70mbs that was promised
