    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk My broadband speed is only 28mbps I should have 71mbps talktalk are working on it for the last 3 days went to their website and it's impossible to either email or phone customer service, it's a unbelievable frustrating experience WHY? Can't I speak to someone???

    @CHINGGGCHAN @TalkTalk Lol don’t bother ringing them. They’ll put you on hold rather then dealing with the actual problem and keep giving you excuses

    @Duffield8 @TalkTalk I've just put this on trust pilot and written a complaint. Thanks Paul. Yes the reason they gave me for their failure to turn is was it was the fault of the robot 🤖😬

    @TalkTalk was expecting an engineer between 8am and 1pm. No one attended. Just waited 20mins on phone to be cut off and your chat function on line is not working. Why would I want to upgrade with TalkTalk ?

    @TalkTalk"Why did you send me a message saying "we need to speak to you about cancelling" and then when I click the link I get this message "We’re sorry, we cannot respond to your chat at the moment. This could be because our support team are all serving other customers right now

    @TalkTalk When I’ve DM’d you I’ve just been told to call the same number I’ve spent 2 hours on hold to? What’s the use in offering people upgrades if there is no capacity in customer service to deal with issues that arise from them?

    @TalkTalk Thank you for your reply. I’m still having issues and I’m once again waiting on a long queue to speak to someone. The online chat link I was sent in an email doesn’t even work. The whole process of switching to you has been an absolute nightmare.

    On the day I finally sent off the redundant equipment to @talktalk it has finally struck me why the company has such a shoddy service. On 29th July I wrote to the CEO of the company and the MD of Consumer affairs regarding thier service.
