    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk I was just being charged £65 for engineer visit, they send to my house, because they couldn’t see why my internet is keep switching off for weeks (problem is still not fixed) I was never informed that they charge for “fixing” their problems!?? @TalkTalk fed up with you!

    @TalkTalk Yes, this should be on my account. It was due to be upgraded on Monday between 9 and 11, then rescheduled for yesterday between 1 and 6. During waiting for them yesterday was when my internet cut out

    @imad_ahmed @TalkTalk LLU boxes mean they are running your ADSL line through a load of other connections on various ISPs but it's fishy how talktalk is ALWAYS the worst no matter where I go. Hmmm. Would love to speak to rep from @talktalk and see what they have to say for themselves

    @TalkTalk @talktalk the issue was resolved last night but is back again this morning, have woken up to no Internet again! Is this being investigated?
