    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk Internet is back on so all sorted thank you (must have sorted the problem overnight). I'm concerned that members of the public on twitter had more information on the substantial exchange fault than your technical support team though...

    @TalkTalk We don’t need you to confirm that, the residents of Fareham did that for you, as you clearly have such non existent monitoring You just needed to acknowledge that publicly & stop 100s of DMs where you privately admit it, as this is grossly inefficient customer service

    @TalkTalk I understand that, but after loads have clearly done that, accept the problem and stop brushing it under the carpet. The Main Fareham exchange was down for hours, is that so difficult? TalkTalk customer service leaves much to be desired & the surveys 100% accurately reflect that

    @Annie28Baxter @TalkTalk Its fixed this morning for us in Titchfield but I too was fobbed off for hours when they could have told me there was an outage and they were trying to fix it. Not good enough.

    @ThatTimWalker She's good at hiding stuff, like when she was CEO of TalkTalk & hid the fact their call centre staff were (and still are) passing/selling customer details to the scam centres.
