    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk Thanks Chris, seems to have been an Openreach issue with FTTP which has been resolved. 30 min on phone to your teams and being cut off with no call back from them isn’t great though

    @TalkTalk OK I will when I'm with her again later. Thank you 👍. But sadly she's still got to fill in and return a defence form to the court for an account that was never installed or appear herself. Surely the system notices no calls no data to a line?

    @talktalk are Absolutely awful never experienced anything like this in my life the customer service guy hang up on me + on top of that they keep lying about when I’ll be receiving my WiFi and when the Engineer man will be coming #DoNotUseTalkTalk #worseboardbandever

    Hey @TalkTalk, no way to reach customer service, right? That's a good trick! I've been tethering to my phone for a week now, and no possibility to get any support from your side. At what point is breach of contract an option here?

    @TalkTalk Hi.i just went to visit my mother. Distressed at a court letter for over £300. We told you it was never even installed or connected. An inept engineer did pop by and say the wires needed fixing and couldn't install yet. Heard nothing. Then a bill so we replied never had it!. 😠
