@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

So I ring up @TalkTalk to report an issue with my TV box, after doing some stuff that I was told it transpires I need a new box (2 days)! Problem is, it’s now worse and I’m watching tv through the internet! Cheers talk talk 😡

@TalkTalk I tried to get further assistance from the customer service team. I was told, what if I didn’t pay on date I asked then, why don’t you borrow the money from someone. I live in Scotland. We are still in lockdown & no one has money to loan out. I’m so angry sure il dm you.

@TalkTalk Andy, the new provider has done all the above and you seem to have accepted this, that's why you sent the letter, but where is the final bill, you no longer provide the service, the contract has ended the vulnerable person is waiting for the final bill ,NOT a new contract @Ofcom

@TalkTalk I contacted your cs team as I noticed my bill increased with no explanation. I have checked and I don't have the email. How can you increase the price of a fixed contract, fail to notify me, and not offer a reasonable way of lodging a complaint about it? Awful customer service
