    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @Viking_Michael @TalkTalk It's mind numbingly poor. You make them aware of a fault, which they confirm, and they won't carry out the repair until the account holder (whose phone line is affected) contacts them to confirm their details, which is a chore in itself - and if you're 91, forget it!

    Anyone had a long term issue with internet provision & received any support beyond platitudes, poor communication & - hopefully at some point - what seems the standard £8.40 per day from 48hrs after you reported the problem? 22 days here, & @talktalk are not talktalking...

    @TalkTalk I have already called, and despite asking to speak to a.mamager, I was told that TalkTalk will NOT initiative a repair to a known fault which is affecting an elderly person, until she contacts you to verify that I am speaking on her behalf. If you know there's a fault, fix it!

    @TalkTalk I have a new fibre service from talk talk The little black box has 4 green lights on. The eero 6 has a blue light. The app connects to eero, but no internet. Says no external IP address.  Live Chat takes forever to actually talk to someone. What is the problem?

    @holiwhirl @SkyUK I ended up switching to talktalk when sky got so bad. Anyway it turned out to be worse.

    Never use @TalkTalk. They have the worst customer service and make it almost impossible to cancel when you need to (for me I moved flat). Because of their incompetence and miscommunication I'm being charged for an additional 2 months I haven't used...

    @TalkTalk its customers. It is day 22 of me being without internet access and I am shocked by your lack of understanding that effective communication with customers is a basic part of providing a service (a service which, as I say, I've not had for 22 days, though you still take payment).

    @TalkTalk Your service is, quite honestly, appalling. You have repeatedly failed to answer my queries, both on here and by DM, following me not getting satisfaction through using your online chat. I have honestly never experienced service that shows such a lack of consideration for 1/
