    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @mrsianrfc @TalkTalk 1.91Mbps? You lucky, lucky... Here, <0.5Mbps and no urgent human response from TalkTalk, far less proactive concern at seeing line stats showing log term very low sync speed.. I’m looking to ADR (alternative dispute resolution) to get satisfaction.

    @TalkTalk 1) details are already on prior DMs. 2) there isn't a fault at the moment. 3) I want to know why your broadband service is so variable. 4) I shouldn't have to reboot the router as regularly as I am doing at the moment.

    @talktalk bad company bad customer service (call centres in India) open up accounts with out even telling you they have. customer service that puts the phone down on you mid call lie cheat to get your money the worst company I have dealt with in 40 years #avoid

    @TalkTalk our WiFi is down and I called customer service who said it seems fine. It is not fine and we have to do our census today. Please can you provide me with another number to call where I get to speak to an actual human rather than non-responsive automated service. Thanks

    @TalkTalk @urscynosure Let you know how? I tried Twitter yesterday.. OpenReach replied. Another ISP had a conversation. How is it TalkTalk operate? Why are talktalk on twitter? Are you empowered to look at any customer records? I think not.

    @TalkTalk Hi Talk talk, having internet issue but your customer service number says you are closed, live chat says it is unavailable and connection tests are erroring out, how do I get this fixed asap, need urgently for on-call work at home.
