Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk It’s been looked into & I’ve been promised call backs from managers who are ‘investigating’ my complaint yet they never call. 6 times I’ve waited in for allotted time (2 hours) & not one call. Liars one & all! D/D cancelled. You’ve breached our contract.

@TalkTalk That’s all you guys ever say but you never actually solve the problem. I’ve been without internet for 5 WEEKS and still nothing is being done. Customer service on the phone is shocking and the chat takes forever.

@TalkTalk your colleague Omar in Tech Support in Manchester is a confirmed liar & fraud! 2 weeks w/o new fibre now & he told me ‘you can leave if you want, you can’t get fibre anyway’. Turns out this is a pack of lies. No internet for 2 weeks now you con artists!!
