Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@StuddedHelmet @TalkTalk Won't work for me because not actually a customer. I ordered a broadband service from them they could never provide because the order had never been processed past the stage where they gave me an invoice to print out telling what I was to get..Clowns!

@TalkTalk have the UFO service in York , internet down since Sunday, have had to jump through many hoops on various Comms channels to be told many times they can help they don't deal with specialized service or transferred to wrong department. No engineer still shocking service

@TalkTalk Hello folks. Greenock area, no internet access. Router states it is 'connected' and looks normal, xDSL status is 'up', but we have no internet via ethernet/wifi. Unable to login to your site as it's not delivering password reset emails, assistance would be appreciated

@TalkTalk We’ve been ignored as customers. Our internet went down on the 8th and they said you would fix it but the 20th. Pushed it back to the 21st and now to the ninth of January. I’m absolutely disgusted by the way you treat your customers.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk please help, phone lines useless. 91yr old nan has moved, no phone line as yet. I live 2 1/2 hours away so can’t pop to help her. She was told it would be transferred across on the 20th. She lives alone so no phone line is a worry!

My TalkTalk broadband was £25 when I moved in. They upped it to £27.27 in the summer and have sent notification that it’s going up to £33 in January… I rang them to cancel and they’ve dropped it back to £25 fixed for 18 months. Madness I tell you!
