    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @TalkTalk On the 28 December 2022 I sat home all morning waiting for Talk Talk to upgrade my Broadband to full Fibre, The engineers never showed up, they are called City Fibre, I contacted Talk Talk who said they would look into why they had not turned up, and still contact or apology

    Anyone thinking of moving to @talktalk don’t bother. The most rude incompetent company I have ever dealt with. The facts - my 86 year old mother uses an ipad to stay in touch with family across the world. Lives alone and for the last 8 days has not had internet. Disgusting.
