@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk My 81-year-old mother has been without internet for 3 days, cutting her off from the outside world. My 84 year old father has had a stroke and was the only one with account access. hours on the phone me calling from 250 miles away, no help. Do better for elderly

@TalkTalk I was impersonated by fake TalkTalk support accounts on X after chasing an unresolved broadband fault for my elderly parents since 18 Dec. This resulted in a £234 scam. Parents still offline after 7 days. I’ve emailed your CEO office and complaints . Disgraceful

@TalkTalk quite possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. 3 separate phone calls, 3 hour long conversations, new landline personally bought, same issue, and they then offer me a £10 good will gesture - absolute joke. Canceling renewal and going with Virgin

@TalkTalk abysmal service (or lack thereof) from TalkTalk today - no internet since 8am, agents won’t talk to me as TalkTalk have transferred my account to @Utilitywaremal who also can’t talk to me as they don’t have any account details. Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either

@TalkTalk so how do i pay my 1st bill if i can't sign in or even register an account. Even the Bill email cant link me. You send codes that dont work! What a mess I have got myself into by subscribing to your Broadband. You even got my bank DD details wrong!
