    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk You staff Mr Reshan has been hounding me on the phone on multiple calls to force me to close my complaint and even threatened to drop the phone on me. He also refused to give me the contact details of your Redress Scheme when I requested it and told me to go google and find it

    @TalkTalk Your retentions department keep telling me the system is down and they’ll call me back. They never do! It’s constantly down, I want my cancellation date backdated to my first phone call 3 weeks ago. What alternate process do you have to cancel? Or is this a sales tactic?

    @TalkTalk Staying at a temporary accommodation for the past month (NW6) and this past week all I had was the blinking orange light of doom. pretty sure my landlord is sick of me by this point. is there any way you can help with this even if I don't have the account info???

    @TalkTalk I am not sure what assistance would be provided, I assume that many folk have received your cost increases today and are similarly disappointed and frustrated wirh such a huge hike in the service costs... are you offering a possible solution ?
