    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk ive called up on five separate occasions to cancel broadband. im told the system is down so call back later. im still getting billed, its more than 2 weeks since my first attempt. can u message me when the system is working or something?

    @TalkTalk FYI this is your order raised originally on October 19th 2020 that has been cleared down, re-arranged by OR (not customer) and now a no-show on go-live date. I have no service at the moment from any fixed line provider, this isnt acceptable @OpenreachHelp
