Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

My mum gets easily confused by this sort of thing but I usually don't, but I found the customer service weirdly elusive and vague and the amount and service plan changed every time. I wanted numbers, not a negotiation. Please pass that on.
