Will never use talk talk again and will ask family and friends to move away. Ridiculous.

TANS (@DJTans1976) reported@TalkTalk Just spoken to @TalkTalk again who are now saying that it could take up to 90 days to activate my Mail Plus account. So technically I could be paying 3 x monthly instalments for an account I can’t use! TalkTalk are a shambles! Do not use them! #awful

I reported an issue with my connection and they came by the next day and fixed it. They didn't leave us offline for too long.

Mine has been off now for 7 days, they insisted an engineer would fix the issue, engineer said all is as it should be and the issue is down to the router. They now sending out another router, meaning another 3 days
