Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

More of the @talktalk scam tricks! After letting me put of service for more than 20 days now they are not just not paying my compensation but charging me for the engineer… and the issue was in their comms station on the road not even in my place! Outrageous. @TalkTalk is BAD!!!

@WorkTheSpace I used to work for TalkTalk. Ring them up and tell them that your speeds are consistently below the promise and you’d like to cancel as per ofcom regulations unless you can get a fix asap.

@philhayman2 @TalkTalk @CityFibre Phil, we were fine with the service we had, not a problem. Then they gave the hard sell "in the area" "super dooper" "no extra cost." Been at it for months. We cave in, and they've ****** everything up. No internet since Thursday!!
