Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk are useless. Having factory reset my router this morning in order to fix my broadband, an hour later they ask me to factory reset it again so the software can update. I'm not deleting my settings twice in one day 🤬

@TalkTalk what an absolute joke of a company’s you are your staff are rude not willing to help atalll. Been waiting for a manager to ring me for over 3 weeks now to sort these problems out an by the sounds of it use arnt bothered that your goin to lose another customer 👍🏼
