    @TalkTalk It certainly hasn’t…I’ve had issues with my wifi for a few days & a complete blackout all day today. Nobody seems to know what the problem is and I’m supposed to wait 2-3 days for an engineer..it’s disgusting.

    @OpenreachHelp It’s incredibly poor service! And poor old TalkTalk are paying me compensation for every day OpenReach delay the service being successful

    @TalkTalk good morning, I made a complaint on Thursday the 4th November 2021, I have read your complaints process and followed this, however how come you have not responded within the stated timeframe or kept me updated?

    @TalkTalk @virginmedia The "can you please hang up and we'll call back" line which has been requested 4 times and failed to happen 4 times is a very strange tactic, considering your customer in question is a pensioner in her mid 80s is poor taste, don't you think?

    @TalkTalk Of the call to your phone line. I’m simply asking what are the issue in the midlands? A faulty outside line? Maintenance? If I DM you will you provide me the details of this so I can, once again, get a better idea of how long I will be without WiFi? Thank you!
