Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk says `we see no issues with your Internet`, as I'm on the phone it drops AGAIN keeps on dropping. They said they will send an engineer and if they can't find the problem, they will charge us £50?!??!?! Might be time to switch....

never get yoyr broadband from Talktalk, they have literally been scamming me, one of their service people literally told me I was missold my product it’s a scam always

Anyone wanting better broadband for streaming etc, get rid of @TalkTalk for their shoddy and poor service, and instead, get @bt_uk fibre. Gone from 37mg to 150meg for same price £30 a month ! Beaut

@TalkTalk 2 old home number back. We have spoken to live people several times on the internet and spoken to several people on the phone lines and no one will sort it out for us. One person told us we had to cancel the contract and then re open it in order to get our old phone

@TalkTalk my internet has been down since 4pm- just completely dropped off. Still no internet and no help from your customer service team. 3rd time this year my internet has gone off for longer than a day - you make customers live in the dark ages!

@TalkTalk u are THE worst ‘internet provider’ constant issues with the line you always say there’s no issue when there clearly is as nothing ever seems to work as any device I try to connect states internet connection is issue
