    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk Thanks, but no thanks... It won't get me anywhere. But I'll never renew my contract again. It's totally unethical (illegal?) to get people to sign up on the promise of no price rise, then raise the prices twice. So far

    @TalkTalk GDPR failures, inciting fraud, fraudently setting up accounts, incorrectly closing complaints and all this after you asked to speak to my dead mother despite being informed she had passed away!!! worse service ever

    Called @TalkTalk on behalf of a pensioner as her bill has increased from £32 to £45 and they told her the best they could do was £59 p/m. Spoke to somebody else myself 2 mins later and miraculously the bill was bought down to the same price she was paying before. What a joke🤧

    @TalkTalk can you get a manager or someone to call me please. I sit on hold for 20 mins at a time! I have a complaint and need to talk to a person in charge, talking and having to explain this to your team on the phone every few days is soul destroying.

    @TalkTalk No, she is speaking to a 3rd person now. The person she raised the complaint with she stopped speaking to at 9:56am and was passed to another team at 10:53am and then another at 11:18am this was who told her to ring herself to sort it

    @TalkTalkBizCare Absolutely furious at TalkTalk Business support. Totally useless. TalkTalk has the domain for our local rugby club and will not release it. It was set up by one of your former employees with Opal. Never, ever through a TT account. We just want the domain back.

    So my only option for broadband is TalkTalk (who I black listed when they stole money from me and I had to fight to get it back) and Shell (ew ew ew). Does anyone have one of those 4G boxes? Any advice for a gal who just wants some damn wifi?!

    @talktalk Holy cow!! My "faster fibre" line is not working, and a new router is in the post, alledgely. So I'm using my phone as a mobile hot-spot, and it is actually faster than your so-called faster fibre!!! Now I'm asking why I need faster fibre at all?
