Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I am having so much trouble to get my account closed and I have been on the phone to yourselves a number of times and I am at my wits end. My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

@GNetworkComms @lbhf @hammersmithandy why have h&f given permission for yet more fibre works we just had vigin fitted the entire rd yet only 1 customer-who has requested more disturbances to our street and why??? We have a right to know when we already have TalkTalk sky and virgin already???

@TalkTalk Im pretty unimpressed I've been a customer for years never had an issue was talked into upgrading to fibre, been lied to for the deal and have worse speeds than before. Impossible to work from home.

@TalkTalk I called twice to cancel over a month ago. Been charged again and told not eligible for a refund! Everytime I get through to someone to finally give a refund the line cuts off! A multimillion £ company refusing to refund a single mum £40!

TalkTalk is down again! TalkTalk went down at May 3, 2022 at 09:55AM in Blackwater. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. talktalk
