Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

Hello @BBCXRay. I signed up to a new broadband contract with @TalkTalk where they guaranteed me 56MBps speed but they are now telling me I can only have 42Mbps. I believe this is breach of contract. Would you be happy to help me with this case?

@TalkTalk Problem with internet on my phone since yesterday. I know it not my phone as I can access internet services elsewhere. For some reason it keeps kicking me out saying my password is wrong???? I have checked over and over again. It is the right password. Any ideas???

So I rang @talktalk to cancel the move and they said they couldn’t and that I would be without internet at my current address. Like I need this additional stress. Maybe you want to update your facts on your web site whereby it says the request can be amended!!!!! ..part 2
