Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@itvMLshow @talktalk I have no other choice but to escalate my complaint with the Scottish dementia society. You have sent numerous engineers during November, not one has turned up. This confuses dementia patients. Talktalk have not a care in the world.

@TalkTalk I’m not dm’ing you. All you do is tell me it’s my fault. Follow up with some bullshit that I should buy a booster from you (that doesn’t work) and then if you do send an engineer out, which you won’t, lie about the speed. So no. So you can **** off cheers

@TalkTalk I don’t understand why it takes me to call you guys 3 times plus speaking to an online agent 2 times yet my service was still active! In fact you signed me up to a fibre package!! When I specifically said to cancel it! Was supposed to get confirmation email 3 yet nothing

Anyone else think @TalkTalk Customer Service created Squid Game? 7 hours on phone in last 2 weeks of absolute torture...still alive ..bonus..still no broadband.
