Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

I’ve been scammed. I took out a 2 year contract with @TalkTalk 3 months ago. I haven’t had anything installed yet but they have taken 2 months service from my bank account. After numerous repeated conversations they do nothing. Think this is going to court!!!!!

@TalkTalk Down again. Paid for a new router last month, had an engineer out prior to that. Service checker doing **** all but tell me it's my home setup...spoiler; it's not (2 engineers in 6 months have found no home issues). Pretty pissed off with this today

@brad_lfc12 @General4717 @TalkTalk I paid the £40 last month, had no problems until today, but now it's been down since I got up and the service checker thinks its a problem with the home setup. 2 engineer visits disagree. Really fed up now

@lee_adach @General4717 @TalkTalk Mines been down for 3 days now and have an engineer coming out tomorrow I’m just tempted to cancel the WiFi as talktalk are shocking and expect an extra £40 other companies will do it for free or a £10

@TalkTalk My speed has dropped to half of what I used to have, why is your connection so slow? I was mis-sold broadband as you promised fibre 150 then not only failed to deliver it, you've somehow slowed my connection. If its not sorted by Monday I'm within 28 days so will cancel
