Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Trying to get an issue sorted (which was caused by them) and they keep hanging the phone up mid conversation like they don’t want to deal with the problem!

.@TalkTalk I received a new router from you but not working. I made sev phone calls to you last week. Advice was "turn it off then back on" or "poke it with a knitting needle" 🙄. Sent an email of issues and just received an automatic response... Please advise!

@angeem123 @TalkTalk Good luck I’ve been without internet since Friday same checks done . External problem with connection continuously asked for open reach engineer and has fallen on deaf ears . Insistent on sending a filter through the post . Agent more preoccupied in getting good feedback 😩

@TalkTalk How can you just cancel a customer of 20+ years package & not think nothing of it then say it was done in error once we realised everything had stopped? No compensation or sorry just ‘sign up to a new package and get it reinstated’ but it’ll take up to 7 days. Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting treatment from @TalkTalk who need to train their advisors properly, cancelling our whole package by ‘accident’ now without any internet for up to 7+ days as had to set up a whole new broadband package. Absolutely ridiculous and awful customer service.
