Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@OpenreachHelp Just spent 2hr 35mins onto Talktalk, who I don't believe have asked for a welfare case to be raised for my 93 year old father, who has not had a working landline for 3 weeks. Talktalk manager due to call, but they have 'technical issues'. Help please.

@TalkTalk i have been having awful connection for weeks now and still you have not sorted the issue i pay my bill every month on time. I have called your customer sevice and have been told things will be fixed but there is no improvement this is unacceptable. I called again today

@TalkTalk never experienced such terrible customer service. Impossible to get hold of, don't respond to emails, incapable of succesfully doing what they say they will, harrass you for 'outstanding' money you don't even owe!! Stressed beyond belief dealing with this company.

@TalkTalk Last Thursday yet still no one is willing to help me. I have lost out on wages. I have a uni deadline this week which I now can’t work on and I have used all my mobile data which has also cost me a lot more money than usual. How are you going to fix this ASAP and when will I 3/4
