    I’ve had enough now @TalkTalk You’re service is abysmal. I’ve “reached out” to you via live chat, phone calls (constantly disconnect) and customer complaints who also fail to call me back. Don’t suggest I reach out again. DM me with a manager’s direct number to sort this out

    @kam10065 @TalkTalk Please don't renew it. It's not worth the stress! Go for someone else, surely anyone will be better than this awful customer service at Talk Talk.

    @TalkTalk Thank you and I am seriously considering doing that. @virginmedia seem to be taking their customers and customer loyalty for granted.

    To unplug your equipment and cables in order for them to be collected on the 26th February so my account was paid in full and today I had talktalk installed and now more money to paid to the local authorities to sort the emergency phone line mess

    @TalkTalk I am sick of your apologies and sick of having to speak to you. I want it to be known that your customer service is appalling. Not sure what the reason is but I suspect you decided to go for quantity rather than quality. Clearly you don't care about your customers.

    @TalkTalk I don't want lip service when something goes wrong. I don't want to be told that I am a domestic customerike that makes things ok. I just want the service that I am paying for and @virginmedia seems to have lost sight of that simple fact.

    @TalkTalk I want to speak to a person that understands the questions I am asking and answers them. Right now I am being lied to left right and center by your customer agents. Nobody seems to be able send me a text confirming an appointment or tell me why was the FOURTH engineer cancelled
