Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk The service has been down since around mid-day yesterday. We pay a substancial amount per month and have been coated off by your customer service team, I work from home so having no phone or broadband is more than an inconveneince as I will not be paid.

@TalkTalk so I signed to an 18 month FIXED contract at £23.50 p/m & you have the audacity to email me with increased prices not even 12 months in & after all the trouble I've had, time spent on the phone trying to get broadband fixed since signing up? What a joke. Not impressed!

@TalkTalk Good Morning Please can you give me an update on my service with the fault on my line. The fault has been raised with you since the 15th February and is not resolved. Another week waiting for an engineer is unsatisfactory customer service. I’m pleased you are offering to help.
