Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

Irony of #TimeToTalk yesterday... my social anxiety means I haven't called @TalkTalk to cancel my broadband. I'm out of contract, and there will be no leaving fees. Companies need to give customers tools to cancel online. Please. #Accessibility
