    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk Disgraceful & incompetent service today. Spent nearly 4 hours in total on phone diagnosing ‘fault’ & waiting for engineer, only to discover it was planned work. Appalling comms. Laughable insult of £5 compensation offer for work lost. Will be switching asap.

    @TalkTalk i have received the worst service. Our internet went off i called a guy who tested the line and said it must be the box and he booked appointment for tomorrow (this was 13:30) internet has since come in as did our neighbours. called to cancel and now getting charged

    @TalkTalk do not I repeat do not ever think of taking a contract out with this company keep fobbing me off and still not getting the service I pay my hard earned cash for and they treat you like a child when you complain

    @TalkTalk My wifi is down in Leeds LS13 any idea of when it will be back on as we all work from home and are currently unable to!!

    @Dancemomsworld5 @TalkTalk Same. I'm also now unable to login to talktalk due to 'technical errors', and also unable to open live chat because they are too busy. Perhaps there are quite a few experiencing problems
