Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Absolutely awful company, do not meet contracted speeds, pass you through to irrelevant team when you ring to complain and hang up on you. Then expect you to pay a final bill to cancel even though they are in breach of contract. Love wasting a full day on the phone.

@TalkTalk @Ofcom 3rd failed call to @talktalk agreed end date of 2nd Dec but not registered. the call quality in the call centre is terrible (connection issues?). I think I have done everything reasonable to end my contract with the required notice. Please confirm

@TalkTalk Ironically, i am failing to get @talktalk customer services to comprehend and fix THEIR misusing MY email address with a total stranger's account .. the complaint handling has been pathetic, it's closure focused aot solution focused .. how to complain about the complaints team ?!

@TalkTalk I started this process last Thursday, i expected closure immediately given how serious the issue was .. but the call centres give me the runaround and clearly focus on complaint handling and not complaint resolution - 6 days on i am still getting hassle, nowhere and stressed. !

@TalkTalk Spoke yesterday about my internet disconnecting and running extremely slow when it is on. Said an engineer would be out today between 8am and 1pm, told they would phone 30 mins before, only time I've been out was for school run, no phone call, no engineer. still having issues.

So it goes on…another DM from @TalkTalk last night asking more questions that I’ve already answered & no reply. This morning…another DM asking questions & misquoting me. I need answers to my question…i.e. when will I get a fully functioning service that I’ve paid for!
