Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

Well, it turns out that @TalkTalk and @TalkTalkBizCare's systems don't talk to each other. So thanks to @TalkTalk for trying to help. The fix is more effort than I'm prepared to make.

@TalkTalk Yes there have been loss of service every day since. Sometimes for 30 minutes and other times a lot longer. In addition I now am unable to get my TV to find the router. It seems that the new box you have sent me is blocking the connection. Any thoughts?

Quite appalling customer service from @TalkTalk of @TalkTalkGroup in their dealings with my 86 year old father. Still on the phone. Based on our experience If you have a vulnerable family member I’d recommend you not going with this company

@TalkTalk My recent experience with talktalk has been awful, with poor or no internet since February since the line was ‘upgraded’. An engineer then told us the line should not have been changed. After 2 hours on chat yesterday i was told chat is now closed, call back tomorrow.
