Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Hi there, just an absolute mess to be honest. My order placed 3 weeks ago never processed and I was never told, then I spent 2.5 hours being sent between various departments. Finally got it sorted, but having to wait another 3 weeks for installation. Not a great first impression!

@TalkTalk is one of the worst telecom providers in history. The sales agent Michelle, was the most rudest agent I have ever come across in my entire life. Someone give her sales training cos she's just lost 2 customers to @bt_uk

@TalkTalk I was supposed to have my service set up yesterday. I even received an email telling me that my service was "up and running". Instead, there is no service and the amber light's been flashing since the router was connected. I'll be leaving TalkTalk. Disappointing.
