Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk Why is it so hard to report a landline problem ? Indian call centre won’t help without a password ( which I don’t have ). Is there a uk phone number I can ring to get it fixed ?

@DavidBlankley1 @TalkTalk Yes DM to try and keep the shocking level of customer support and service hidden from scrutiny. Don't hold your breath, I've been trying to report online and DM for over an hour and nothing works!
