Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk My TalkTalk is down in the Ilford area. I've been told 2 to 3 days for an engineer to fix it. I work from home so this is ridiculous turn around time

@TalkTalk lost internet connection to my flat on Friday morning. We were supposed to have an engineer out this morning, then this afternoon, and still nothing…that’s a long time without internet and a lot of waiting around and frustrating conversations on your chat service.

@TalkTalk I have shamefully been passed from pillar to post between departments the latest of whom asked me for my Bank details that you already have and so I am not prepared to give them again. I have been without broadband and telephone for a week now. You have broken your contract!!!

@TalkTalk This is the most awful company , customer service is awful , spent 4hrs of my time trying to get your useless customer service getting them to understand the problems. They cancelled our service then tried to bill us ...will never ever go near this company again

@TalkTalk , @TalkTalkGroup I opted for Full Fibre service on 26-Aug-2022. I was given the installation date as 26-Sept-2022 but no one turned up. Since that day I am waiting for my internet service to get up. It has been more than 2 months now without internet at my home.

@TalkTalk Talk talk are a joke, still owe me compensation and you can never get through to them, glad I've now gone elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money with these fraudsters!!!!
