Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@mohammed__usman Covid has somehow become an excuse for inexcusably bad customer service. They are just using it as some sort of get out. TalkTalk we’re just as bad before. Covid is the best thing that happened to them as they can blame it all on that rather than their own incompetence

@ARX7Laevatein Nah Talktalk. But yeah my upload started to choke out about an hour or so ago. Download is fine just the upload. Being looked into will probably fix itself in abit. I know onlines being hammered for BF atm.

My current experience of cancelling my @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup is SO bad I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again unless someone contacts me and sorts this mess. I get email after email when ALL the problem is at their end. Not good service. Not good.

@TalkTalk this whole month only about 3 of the days the internet has not gone down, what is happening in Swansea? This is unacceptable, my partner works from home constantly having issues, we are paying for a service you are not providing. You need to sort this out.

@barbjungr @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I can sympathise. It took me days on two occasions to restore my broadband. Stressful as well, having to liaise over bad telephone lines to personnel with strong accents, waiting in queues......
