Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp you’ve now left my vulnerable 89 yr old mother in law for 3 days without working phone. If she has a fall her emergency alert system won’t work. You haven’t even bothered to update my wife as promised. Uncaring & totally unacceptable. #poorservice #AgeUK

@TalkTalk Well, unfortunately that page is not working so could you please provide an update HERE? I don’t understand why you can’t tell us what the problem is and what’s being done to fix it? Is it a BT problem? Is it yours?

@TalkTalk @barog Looking at individual accounts doesn’t really help if there’s a major issue that is obviously outside our households. I would appreciate an update here as well - what exactly is the issue and what’s the estimated time it will take to resolve?

Talktalk tv would be so much super efficient if they sat up and listened to customers problems instead of just taking in the cash at the end of the day

@TalkTalk @concretebodies1 This really is not good enough! Customer services seem unable to help. I refuse to send you more pointless dms where you send me round in circles. It’s ridiculous. Maybe an email to the person In charge would be more appropriate?

@TalkTalk @thorpstaveley How about a pinned tweet TalkTalk ... stating you're aware of the problem and an engineer is trying to fix. Then provide regular hourly updates. All these links to your service centre provide nothing but frustration. You're in the communication industry, so please communicate!
