Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

I keep losing all connections to my router, both wired and wireless. I'm 100% certain it's the router. Had constant problems since the upgrade but @TalkTalk don't seem to want to know. Remind me why I'm paying you my money?

@TalkTalk The engineer told them if their router wasnt showing a solid white light in 15 mins then to call talk talk. But it is now over 24hours since the engineer came and yet they still have no broadband. So why should they pay for a service they are not receiving. And havent for a week

@TalkTalk @KvedarasTomas WARNING. @TalkTalk are saying that their service is poor when NOT using a talktalk router. Therefore, if you want to use your own router, DONT go with talktalk.

@TalkTalk Again, I have tried that. And your solution? Charge me nearly £100 for WiFi range extenders when I'm less than 3m from the router and PLUGGED IN

@TalkTalk I need it to be cancelled immediately as I can't pay you both and I need the refund on my account which you took it. Also the online bill never works.. I need to chekc on it as you have charged more last month. Plz respond.

Before you go to talktalk for broadband think again its been a week of trying to sort mine out to be told no problem with WiFi and if need a new router I must pay for it

@TalkTalk My internet has been dropping in and out for over a week. Using any streaming service is impossible, as well as working from home.,Any chance you can sort it out please. Absolutely useless company. Will be cancelling this **** show

@TalkTalk Who the hell gave you the right to keep my contract with you despite i intimated on the 18th of May to cancel my contract. My new provider is fiber optic ...and how come you blame the new provider for not cancelling my contract.
