  @TalkTalk we have had enough network down for a week my aunty can't remember password, email on account is incorrect and only way to varify her is via call to landline and landline is out thanks alot you have lost a valued customer who has been with you for over 20 years!

  @JuliePratt27 @SkyHelpTeam The lack of knowledge/updates is actually disturbing from Sky. Even TalkTalk provide consistent updates when an outage occurs, and even have a localised tracker. I wouldn’t go with TalkTalk if my life depended on it, but at least they’re responsive to these issues.

  @TalkTalk Our email sent 16/8 has been ignored, no internet again for last 17+ hrs, had to lose my day's income. Don't want more DMs telling me to "turn it on and off" but want a phonecall to FIX this asap (on the mobile number for the account-can DM it). Terrible service so far.

  @TalkTalk total shite. Weeks with intermittent or no service. Please DM us they say. Does nothing. Crap company. Crap customer service. Hrs I’ve spent talking to them but still not fixed. It’s a shambles. Company should be forced to pay massive compensation to customers.

  @TalkTalk UB4 wifi has gone down too - i spend 1 hour on the phone with customer services and she said that someone will get back to me in 5 days !! - how am I meant to work from home
