Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

This meant I lost my ability to receive rewards for something I had no control over. I've screenshotted the penalties I received sent at the same time and also the text message I received from TalkTalk this morning when my internet was turned back on. Please fix this! (3/3)
