Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@the_real_demo @TalkTalk I didn’t even switch on my behalf. Tried to cancel well within the cooling off period before anything had been connected. Told me they had, surprise they did not and have caused hassle ever since. Horrible company, hope you can get out

@TalkTalk York fibre optic broadband terrible keeps cutting out. I've tried cancelling several times and I'm on my 6th person I'm talking to saying it's not my department. Poor customer service 😡😡😡

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup haven’t had internet since the 17th of February, comes on for 5 minutes then drops out completely. Had engineers come look at it last week and said the problem is fixed but still not holding longer than 5 minutes. Would love some help

@fwuzzlee honestly depends on the area, really need someone in the same postcode to tell you. In my area Talktalk is king, I get 8 ping on league and never had an issue in 12 years.

@TalkTalk This company are a complete joke, they're customer service is absolutely a joke the staff do nor know how to help and are rude and don't listen at all. I was promised a years free Amazon prime video which I've never received and can't connect my phone to the WiFi absolutely crap

Hi @TalkTalk, just wondering why your internet connection speeds in Exeter are disgustingly bad in the last week or so? I'm trying to work from home but when your awful internet just disconnects me every 5 mins it's near on impossible. Sort it out.
