Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted. You have had my 74 year old disabled nan on your live chat for over an hour and a half. Your representative cut it off mid conversation and provided absolutely no help and my nan still can’t use what she is paying for!

@YodelOnline Already lodged a complaint. But based on previous experience, not expecting any actual results. @TalkTalk, you should really get a better delivery service – preferably one that doesn't lie to your customers about deliveries.

@TalkTalk 9th phone call now taking place. Again, no explanation, no assistance & even worse having sent an engineer yesterday who confirmed the problem - your latest operator wants to send an engineer again. FFS can your company get a bloody grip!
