Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I've had no internet all day... box has just been blinking orange the whole time. Have tried turning it off and on again but doesn't make a difference. SG12 area. Is there any reason for this? I need the internet back! Help please!

@enjoytilludie @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Have you checked on your account for any tracked faults? I had to have a 2 hr dm convo lastnight to get this far. Theyve now said its a problem their end and have escalated my case higher up to their network team who should be calling me in 72 hrs!
