@DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk We unfortunately have them at work. The service is appalling. The "fibre" is so slow, the ticket system is by far the worst I've encountered. They closed the ticket without resolving and told me I'd have to resubmit. As soon as the contract is up they can piss off.

@virginmedia SORRY BUT NASTY COMPANY Sorry but no commitment, crazy overpriced, unreachable service offices & staff, no shops in Bristol, unable to receive messages or log ins but always > Sorry there is a fault ! I switched to TALKTALK, regular emails, fairly priced, reachable office/staff

@TalkTalk No internet since lunchtime on Christmas Eve. I note a near neighbour in S10 has the same trouble. TalkTalk test says the supply to the property is fine but I've tried new router and cables and nothing works. No engineers available.

@RFleeshman @TalkTalk My aunty has been having the same problem with @TalkTalk her internet keeps dropping out, and they are not doing anything! And now they are charging my mum for something she cancelled! Not happy!

2/2 @OpenreachHelp and get this fixed in a more timely fashion. I have opened a complaint with @TalkTalk. This is a very poor experience.
