Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk vacated property 2 months back and canceled my broadband. Still charged mny last month. I informed customer services that my account was closed. But today again I got a bill. I spoken about my account closure with 3 CSA in last 2 months.. Buy still they are sending bill

@TalkTalk Unable to reconnect tv and android phone. Message is no signal on server. Disconnected and reconnected router. Unable to connect to server. Usually no issues with TalkTalk but so close to Christmas. Not a happy house.

@TalkTalk our internet has been down all day and I can’t get through to anyone. We received a new router 2 years ago after a similar problem and the engineer who came to check our set up said the routers need replacing after 2 years so maybe it’s that time
