Hamid from diagnostics was outstanding but still couldn’t fix the issue (not his fault as wrong department). Speaking to another person…the 16th to be exact. Disgusting service. I feel like dirt.

Paul Hughes (@Mr_Hughesy) reportedBeen having internet slow speed issues with @TalkTalk for a while. Have a text chat with an operator, who does some checks. Doesn’t find any problem. Mysteriously, whilst he’s doing these checks, my speed goes from 15mps to 60mps (what it should be)

Meant to install fibre cable, not capable of doing it, cancelled the copper line because the "engineers" closed the job, now no internet for 2 weeks. My wife works from home so started no end of problems. Useless.
