Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@talktalk. Phone made tonyou from 12.30 today and it is now 15.54 and problem not solved and constantly refused to be pu to complaint departments. Have been callinng since 8th of July 2021, still waiting for managers to call back and still telling manager will call back @ofsted

@TalkTalk No thanks, I sent lots of DMs and phone calls, and I'm just getting the typical script "switch router off and back on again". Just waiting to January to switch providers, and get my outage compensation.

@TalkTalk can't even send a returns bag out as promised by a manager, do yous actually have a customer services department if I am charged for not sending box back I will cancel my DD and switch providers! #slackconpanyservices

@TalkTalk Reported a fault on my telephone line. At the same time i find out there is an outage in my area. I, under instructions, taking my white box to bits and told I'll probably need an engineer. Funny enough, telephone working ok now and text to say outage sorted.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk I am trying to sort out a faulty phone line for an 87 year old woman and it has taken you three weeks and we are no where nearer. It is difficult to get an engineer through you. Poor service !!!

@TalkTalk Nothing will get sorted as the engineers who are fixing is 3rd party. My biggest complaint is my parent not able to speak to there friends at Christmas wishing them a happy one. For talk talk who are big they can’t even fix a phone line.
