    @TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    @TalkTalk WHERE'S THE MANAGER WHO CALLED ME YESTERDAY AND TODAY THAT WAS DEALING WITH THIS MAJOR MESS THAT TALKTALK FIBRE TEAM BRAVO ZULU DELTA TEAM CREATED. SHE SUDDENLY PISSED OFF SND AND PUT ME THROUGH TO A RANDOM TALKTALK STAFF WHO THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN🤷🤦

    @TalkTalk @CityFibre AND NOW AFTER PUTTING ME ON HOLD SOMEBODY THAT I'VE NEVER SPOKE TO JUST TERMINATED THE CALL FROM THE MANAGER. WTF IS HAPPENING HERE!!!!!!

    End of June we applied for Future Fibre via @TalkTalk using @CityFibre connection. Installation done in house but not connected 'to box.' Network issue is all I know. Who is @theSNP minister for this?

    @wesefcer3 Why don't they call you if you've reported an issue and they need to @talktalk about it? Why do you have to call them and report it for a 2nd time?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My internet is barely there, everything is SO slow an engineer is on its way to the exchange.. its been 24 hours.. how much longer????

    @TalkTalk 28 Day's since @CityFibre contractor installed an ONT box in my property for FTTP and still no connection apart from the old ADSL. I've tried and tried and kept on trying to get help since the 12th September but nothing apart from riddles.

    @TalkTalk I just need an actual date as to when the problem will actually be fixed. I have already been given a different one every few days.
