Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

How is @talktalk renewing my contract then a few days later my broadband connection going dead not worthy of a fine @ofcom? They have had 22 days to solve and counting and not provided me with ANY clarity or support. All I get asked is "have you restarted your router?" Comedy!

@TalkTalk can you please sort out the problem with the @itvhub on your YourView service as it keeps losing the signal whenever I am trying to watch a programme which is annoying. The apps come up on the screen but then start to disappear as soon as the commercial breaks start up!

@TalkTalk switched over today. Sales person said it would be seemless. Seven hours later repnsays 24hours. Engineer no show. Helpline refusing to ring engineer. Gave me generic talktalk number to call. Terrible service

@Thickfurred @TalkTalk Three days and they still can’t sort it out. I work full time and this is now impacting my ability to do my job. Seriously think they are manned by AI who haven’t been programmed properly. And they don’t open until 9am!! What is this kind of service is this?!?
