    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @TalkTalk 'volumes of ticket' is your problem. You agreed to provide 150 Fibre to my home. In the past month I've had repeated disconnections and in this week I've had only 1/3 of minimum guaranteed speed as well as disconnections. 3 different engineers visists in 2 weeks and no fix yet.

    Contacted customer service and had been told to restart the WIFI box etc but still does not work! We do have an engineer coming on Monday, however some family members work from home and we don’t have wifi? This is getting ridiculous. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I really am fed up now.5 days with no Internet and still no further forward after being on chat to them every day.Told on the 5th the issue has been escalated to case management & would be fixed within 3 days.Just weiver my exit fee and I can go with a proper provider

    Very entertaining call with a scammer: they wanted to help to make my IP private - but struggled to do so with an SGI Indie with Irix ... Thanks to @talktalk to explaining what their engineers would never do!

    Appalling set up service from @TalkTalk who advised broadband would be set up by Midnight on the 8th October. Still no internet and claiming the line is working despite this. Unable to login to any account area to check the status due to further technical faults.
