@ThorntonDiecast In the UK from my experience TalkTalk and Sky are both terrible. I live in a really urban area and sky had cuts 7 times in a month

@TalkTalk What appalling Customer/Technical service! I lost my home phone line yesterday. No incoming or outgoing calls. Raised a fault yesterday. Spoke to an agent today but I was in my office and needed to be at home to help them with their tests /2

Since this is clearly breach of contract I will be telling TalkTalk what they can do with their service and moving to another supplier.
