@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

How crap is @TalkTalk ! I put the wrong word of the address down and your telling me you can't change it and to cancel, wait another 2 weeks for a engineer to come out and fit a line.. Million pound company can't change an address on their system, its 2021 have a word.

@TalkTalk I've already carried out a test through my account and was told all is well when it's not, still no internet. I just want to know is the said incident affecting the service my area? I'm fortunate I'm busy with something else at the moment and can wait for it to be restored.

@TalkTalk @superbantam123 So that's two reported issues in this area. I'm sure there are others. I've tried your service centre page but that shows as ok, but it always does in these circumstances, because any issues seem to take an hour to register at your end. Is it a network issue? Is it the exchange?
