    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine it’s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    Contacted @TalkTalk as I am out of contract and have been for nearly 2 years so paying over the odds for the service compared to a new customer in contact so potentially wanted to re-contract with them. However it’s a right pita with customer services to talk about my account

    @talktalk part 3. Honestly what is the point when it is quicker and easier for me as a customer to switch providers than speak to talktalk about my account. Come on guys you should be making it easy for customers to talk to you

    @ohnorobot @TalkTalk This is so, so bad. It's negligent in many ways but the amount of stress debt collection letters cause = horrendous. @TalkTalk should be investigating what is going wrong in their system, or more likely, why their system is designed to be this way

    @TalkTalk Has the whole of BN11 lost broadband or is it just me? Fault detected and engineer in 2 to 3 days but no more detail. Is this a widespread issue? No Internet, no work. See my problem?

    @ghost_wales @mitsyarty Trouble is both O2 & EE, the 2 best for service & vfm, are related to/owned by BT Whatever you do, beware of TalkTalk, I have been trying to get free for 3 months. It's a coms company which makes communicating with them virtually impossible in my experience

    @TalkTalk Not a chance I have tried on numerous occasions as has my daughter. Not only have we got nowhere but some staff have been rude. I am hoping the promise of a call between 10 and 12 today goes ahead. I am seeking compensation and have handed my case to a 3rd party to deal with.
