    @TalkTalk why is it so hard to listen to your customer who are ex openreach telling you that there is problem on ur cabinet since migrating from bt to talktalk and not receiving bb signal. And sending a micro filter for master socket 5c?

    Migrating from bt bb to talktalk, how simple is that but seem the online customer service just don't understand what they are talking about My son just migrated to talktalk what a Hugh mistake this was. They are sending a micro filter that is not needed on socket 5c.

    @vikkio88 @TalkTalk My personal experience suggests that there are significant differences between them. One thing Zen does well is that if you have an issue you can call them and speak to someone knowledgeable.

    @TalkTalk Really? The link takes me to problems in Gravesend. OX3 is in Oxford, so thanks for wasting my time. When will this be fixed? I work from home so this is just not good enough. Recently renewed with you, let's see if I'll shortly be looking for a new broadband provider.

    @TalkTalk can someone let me know why my engineer didn’t arrive yesterday in the designated time window and didn’t even bother to call to let me know? We are without internet and TV and customer service on the phone told me it’d be £50 to get another booking in.

    Absolutely dreadful experience with the @TalkTalk "bereavement" team and a worse one with the supposed complaint handler. How come all the other utility companies, HMRC and the Council can manage things efficiently and sensitively and you can't?

    @TalkTalk Live in Belfast suppose to be getting 65mb per second I'm currently on 5.4, this is ongoing now for three days and our new router keeps dropping out, turned it on and off but connection is still poor.
