Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.
