@TalkTalk your bereavement team are an utter disgrace. Nearly 2 months after my Dad’s death they are still giving my sister the run around as she tries to sort the account for mum. Getting it all wrong. No empathy. Horrid.

Just can’t wait to get onto @TalkTalk today to complain. Had to access live chat 3 times yesterday, was assured that a 20 min shut down would fix the connection. It did not. Went to call/live chat them and they were closed. No internet and **** phone signal👌

Still without Internet and @TalkTalk doing nothing to resolve it. Apparently I need to enter a new contract and lose my current privileges in order for them to sort my issue. I just want the service I pay for, I'm not asking too much. @ibroxrocks can you please RT
