    @TalkTalk I am trying to cancel my broadband contract but it says the phone lines are closed despite the website saying they’re open 24/7, 365 days a year. I have also tried to cancel the contract via my online account but that seems impossible. Could you help please?

    @CruisingTheCut I am in Gloucestershire and have been with TalkTalk for years. I know they don’t have the best rep and maybe aren’t they cheapest but it works for me. I work from home so reliability is paramount. Sorted out a property connex issue recently with no charge.

    @TalkTalk I am appalled by your service. I’ve spent four hours plus being transferred from team to team with the hope you can resolve my problem. And I’m still at square one. No internet, my account has been suspended and on hold STILL. You are an absolutely abhorrent company

    @shinyperson @CruisingTheCut TalkTalk fixed a problem here (Openreach) with a number of visits and didn’t charge a penny, even though the fault was with the property. Put in new connections etc. £58 a month & no complaints
