    @TalkTalk I will be leaving you your service is crap your prices are outrageous I have to chose between Internet or food each month 48 a mth for Internet and a phone i don't use how can you pray on the hard up families on benefits it's shocking

    @TalkTalk At last my problem has been resolved. Why I wasn’t directed to the correct place all day yesterday, I don’t know. It’s fixed now but so, so frustrating !

    @TalkTalk hi, my services went live today but my router is still blinking orange. It's set up with a micro filter and broadband cable and I've reset the router several times. Any help appreciated

    @TalkTalk I was just on hold to your technical department, and after a few mins of waiting they just hung up without coming back on the line. This is terrible customer service. I have a complete loss of service on my fibre line and need it back now, and dongles until restored.

    Have been chasing a refund upon cancellation of my account. Told I could not be refunded to my bank so asked for a cheque but now told the refund cheque can’t be processed as the request was doubled up. Tired of @talktalk bad service! please DM me to resolve. @MoneyTelegraph
