@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@Lydia02027536 @TalkTalk Yes I am having the same problem. They will not agree with my complaint. They keep closing it without agreement. When I ask for a dead lock letter they refuse. @Ofcom how can this be allowed?

@TalkTalk continued abysmal service from Talk Talk, promises of managers calling me back not kept, fraudulent goings on, no one taking responsibility or getting to grasp with numerous issues within the company. Avoid this company at all costs.

Tired of being let down by people who can’t do their jobs. I dunno when I’ll get to move into my flat at this rate. Waited a month for my carpet and the fitter didn’t show up, gotta reschedule. Onto my 3rd router with TalkTalk cause they can’t seem to make their own net work. 🫠
