@TalkTalk I received a replacement router last week due to my internet constantly dropping, as I was told this was the most likely place for the issue to be occurring. Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My 83 y-o mother in law has now been without her broadband for 15 days and has been passed from Talk Talk to Openreach on countless occasions. No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

  • SusanJBarrie
Susan Barrie (@SusanJBarrie) reported from Troon, Scotland

@TalkTalk I have called 4 times already to cancel. Why couldn't they do it the first time. Why should I have to keep calling. More to the point, why AREN'T they annealing when they say they are? Total joke.

  • SusanJBarrie

@TalkTalk how many times do I have to phone up to cancel contract and installation date for that to actually happen? Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

@TalkTalk keeps dropping out. It's been happening for about a month now. Aren't they supposed to refund when service is not good? Not on the fastest just on the basic with the new fibreoptik lines in around here πŸΊπŸ’”

  • langhorovers
    Langho Rovers (@langhorovers) reported

@VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

  • kegger1664
    brendan (@kegger1664) reported

@TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

@TalkTalk Hi, I live in a building that constantly has issues with its broadband provider. We’re talking about at least 150 flats and around 400 people that are willing to change their provider. How can I, a talktalk customer, can refer a whole building of flats to move to talktalk?

  • CarlyLouiseGlen
    Carly Louise Abbott (@CarlyLouiseGlen) reported

@WeAreOpenreach As per my original message... It's Openreach that keep cancelling coming out to fix the fault ! So what good is trying to go back to Talktalk when the fault is with Openreach?!

  • SRIPRAKASH76

@TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts, got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

  • CatArthurian
    Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reported

Update... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🀨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...πŸ€” They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – Β£150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

Spent 2 hrs 50 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Joke Company
