@TalkTalk Only thing cld be is talktalk router so bought 2nd hand one online. This fixed issue. Cancelled appt, but am trying to order official replacement of faulty talktalk router but CS aren't listening to me. I solved issue myself but want my official (broken) router replaced

@TalkTalk your customer service is as bad as your broadband. Over an hour queue for an online chat. Hour on hold on the phone to be put through to the wrong department and back on hold again.

@TalkTalk Why is it my parents have been waiting for the installation of fibre for over a month. At present their WiFi is restricted and the TalkTalk TV not working. I would love to know what they do now. Phoned numerous times but got nowhere.

Just to let you know @talktalk the call wasn’t disconnected!! I hung up as I’m sick fed up with the patronising **** I have to listen to! Yes the internet is working now…but it wasn’t when I phoned how hard is that to grasp! You’ve been told to send out a new router just do it!

@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

@TalkTalk Finally I was offered a new router having donated a half day of my life and a one week wait but my 4G cut out before I could finish the chat so had no idea if it would arrive! It did arrive today but the new router will not connect either (flashing amber light for 30 minutes now)
