    @TalkTalk YOUVE TAKEN OUR PAYMENT BUT OUR SERVICE WONT WORK! I want this sorted today otherwise we are leaving.Contract or not take us to court I don’t give a toss! Your quick enough to take your monthly payment but not so quick to rectify the issue and give us the service 😡

    @TalkTalk is possible the worst company I’ve endured! No internet last week, and they refuse to help even though admitted their having issues with line on their end. The customer service is horrific. DONT GO WITH THEN

    @TalkTalk what a disgrace, changing my 91 year old vulnerable mum over to fast broadband and leaving her without a phone line and no access to her fall alarm. Have spent the last 30 hours trying to lodge a complaint and still can’t.

    @TalkTalk No internet since for 3 weeks now, they keep saying they fixed it, such liars...they don't register the faults because they don't want to pay compensation for their lack of service. They said they sent me a new router on Tuesday, it is now Sunday. I want my compensation. 8 months
