    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My 83 y-o mother in law has now been without her broadband for 15 days and has been passed from Talk Talk to Openreach on countless occasions. No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

    @TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

    @TalkTalk Our internet has been off since 12am last night and still not come on, just flashing orange and sometimes just staying orange, not sure if any issues around the area or not but this is the first issue we have had.

    @El_Bantos @TalkTalk Im gathering information for court or ofcom not sure which yet but I'm done being ****** about and ignored by them. All the issues I've experienced and things I keep seeing on here are things they've already paid millions in fines for.

    @ChesnoidGaming I only had a problem when I was with TalkTalk and they couldn't figure out what was wrong for 2 months. But actually they're fine.

    @TalkTalk I've been a customer for several years now, but the service that I am getting now is really unacceptable. Broadband goes down one every week and now it has got to almost daily. I have reported it regularly but it looks like they dont want to send out an engineer.

    @TalkTalk why send me an email 24th March acknowledging my complaint has been received, & someone will be in touch within 72 hours, then not contact me eithin the timeframe you set? Got the same email today, have you guys reset the timer? Customer service is non existent.
