@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@JonnyP_11 @TalkTalk Happens to us all the time. Random drop outs every 20 minutes or so. Everything is impossible. Son is trying to do GCSE’s online and we can’t even watch Netflix in on device without it buffering for minutes at a time. Appalling service. Cancelling and don’t expect a fee to do so.

@TalkTalk when are you going to get my TV working. 3 weeks with no TV. 2 hours on phone on Thursday. I went on line to help and support and they put me through where I would have to pay £5 wbhen I now try and ring I am now told you are closed. Please

@TalkTalk I've had no internet since the 2nd. What is the issue? I spoke to a droid at Talktalk and they said that the service is fine but I'd say that rubbish. I'm in London near Camden.

@TalkTalk so I decide to leave you due to your poor service and go to @bt_uk. However, switching day is 6th April. Bang on midnight, I lose connection and my router for BT isn't here. Why isit Internet companies can get away with atrocious service? Both of you are making issues..

@TalkTalk Good. I’ve cancelled because my speed has been 40mbs below the guaranteed speed for over a year. I did it on the phone and could barely hear or understand the person that dealt with it. I hope I don’t get charged cancellation fees after such awful service.
