    @TalkTalk should be ashamed of harassing someone for money when they cancelled before any service was delivered. Emails, text and post demanding money when I've cancelled by phone, online chat and email. Horrible behaviour.

    @TalkTalk Hi Nikki, Why would I talk to anyone at TalkTalk when history shows that nobody listens?! If you want to resolve this issue, you can give me a ring, but I have wasted hours on this and everyone at TalkTalk has treated me like something they found on the bottom of their shoe.

    @talktalk I have been trying for weeks to turn Callsafe OFF for an important reason yet my account still shows it on. Each time I turn it off, it confirms it as off but leaves it on. I see it has been a common problem but please help asap.

    That time of year again... Can't upgrade on-line - can't remove an option I don't want. Twenty minute wait in call queue - to be cut off because they have an error. Can't start a chat because they are busy! Why do I put up with this crap from @TalkTalk?
