@TalkTalk been on the phone for over an hr to sort out my phone line and then was cut off! Changed to you was told I’d keep my number that I’ve had for over 34 years and it’s now gone, was offered £5.99 for inconvenience?! Worst customer service ever! Get in touch pls!!

@TTB_Partner how come when I was living on the side of a mountain in the middle of nowhere in some tiny little village my wifi is better and more consistent then my talktalk wifi in London. Never mind the extortionate prices you charge! Have a good day cause I didn’t 🙃

@TalkTalk Hi! My parents switched to TalkTalk & NOWTV package last week after a door to door salesman gave them an offer. They haven't received anything about NOWTV and after ringing yesterday and setting up their TalkTalk account it looks like it isn't on the bill. We need help

@TalkTalk you’ve left my widowed, pensioner mother with no phone or internet for months now because of your mistake and told her she has to get a new computer and move her phone line to another room to fix it! Come on! Awful service to a customer who has been with you for so long

@TalkTalk your internet connection is terrible! Always getting disconnected and even tried charging us for something you lot botched up! Worst company we’ve been with. A snail could run better wifi speed than what yours is giving us.
