@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@bantersauruslex @virginmedia You're going to think I'm crazy but TalkTalk are so good, though you'd probably have to go into a new contract. I pay £20.95 monthly for approx 75mb download. Was about £28 for this when I was in Reading. We had so many issues with Virgin in our student house.

As if @TalkTalk fired a tech support colleague for absence- reason for absence was they were isolating as per the track and trace app. This is why people go into work when they are sick because who can afford to loose a job in this climate
