@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@TalkTalk my landline has been down since at least 7am on 30/9/22. I reported it the same day and called back again on 3/10/22 but I've still not been contacted by an open reach engineer. Disgusting service! That landline is essential and needed all the time.

@TalkTalk You said you'd install broadband so I could watch tv You didnt. You said engineer would be there 23/9/22 He wasnt. I thought 9 hours on the phone to you might help It didnt. You were going to send me a prepaid bag to return your router etc You havent. Abysmal service

@JustKaalin @virginmedia I get the same **** with Talktalk, goes offline at exactly 4:55 AM every single night. It's only started doing this for the last week or so but it's a ******* pain in the *** if I've not been able to sleep, or if I've woken up early. Especially if I'm working on stuff at the time

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk 3 hours to go through endless questions. Misdirected, poor process. 20 years and the worst customer service ever. My router has failed I need a replacement. Horrendous call centre.
