@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@Talktalk I have now received some nonsense DM from ‘Eunice’ asking me to contact TalkTalk again once the rogue charge has been added to my bill. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This is the most appalling customer service - please contact me pronto to resolve this to my satisfaction.

@davidschneider How long until she walks into another top job? She seems to have impressed people at the top regardless of how measurably bad she performed. Let's not forget that she got her current job even after her stint at TalkTalk lost them over £60 million and 95,000 customers.

@TalkTalk My area is not on list I’ve had a nightmare all day trying to speak with your useless customer service my internet has been off all day preventing the ability to work. I’m in the Colchester CO3 area. Can somebody update and figure out why there is no service?
