I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

Chris Reid ๐๐ (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

Unsurprisingly itโs has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.
