    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    @TalkTalk My mother has gone into a nursing home. She has attempted to go through all the correct channels to cancel your services to her previous address; services that are costing her almost £50 a month. You have emailed her claiming she is still in contract with you. This is incorrect and her account shows that she is out of contract. Why are you doing this?

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to speak to someone at Talktalk since Tuesday but no joy. The chat bots can’t seem to help. My 83 year old aunt is on your vulnerable/priority list and is without internet. She lives by herself - hence urgent! Can you give me assistance please?
