In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Talktalk cus service for me is a lesson. They talk the talk but they don't walk the walk. An absolute waste of time dealing with them. They suck you in and days later ..Nothing except please DM

@TalkTalk walk the walk and fix the fault. 3 weeks later, please DM, done that. Don't waste the peoples time who pay your salaries and fix the recorded fault.

@TalkTalk When I complained 1st off 8 days ago instead of being told to wait 24hrs and then 2 -3 working days, the resolution would of been to send 1 out next day recorded delivery with a different courier. And no i don't want to dm as I have the same outcome

@JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

@TalkTalk Can u get my WiFi swapped from my old house quicker than the website ? Done it online last night but making me wait till 29th for switch on ? But if I re-contracted last night the customer service agent could have it done in 48 hours ?
