In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk Live in east London, no internet for 3 days. Self employed so need it for work, had engineer around yesterday morning but still no internet or update. Called customer service which was terrible as they could not answer anything. Terrible service, will change provider soon.

@TalkTalk @Consumer4You Sorry for jumping on your tweet, but for some reason mine aren't being posted. @talktalk I have been talking to you via DM for 3 days now, 11 hours on Monday. A problem with our Internet was shown to be a problem from your end. An engineer was supposed to be coming today 1-6
