  @TalkTalk I am stuck in an endless loop with you. I need our internet problem resolved. We are paying £45 per month for Fiber 65 with a guaranteed speed of 41mbs. We are getting about 15mbs and it's constantly dropping completely.

  @TalkTalk Recently upgraded to full fibre. Fibre 150 is my package, it’s supposed to have been active for a couple of months now. Will I actually get the package I’m paying for? I’ve tried to ring with no help. Currently getting 20mbps not the minimum 75-150 im paying for. Poor.

  @alexbloor Is anyone else's wifi down? Who is the best broadband provider in the area? BT are rubbish, my wifi drops constantly I phoned TalkTalk as the speeds were rubbish, they said nothing was wrong but my downloads miraculously got faster after the call
