    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk you've just hiked my monthly broadband bill. I can't login to my account on the website, as I keep getting an unavailable message. I tried to get a new better deal via Uswitch a few weeks ago, but TalkTalk didn't action the switch. Any useful advice?

    @TalkTalk Still waiting on a response to my questions I've already DM'd about. Was going to be a potential new customer, but I feel like I've been taken advantage of. Not a great feeling when you have physical and learning disabilities and rely on internet

    @TalkTalk Yes. But my wife is on the phone with TalkTalk for the last hour. I've told her to ask for the cancellation department. We will cancel and then take it to the small claims court to try and get our money back. At the end of the day we know the speeds.

    @TalkTalk Hi, my family and I have been without internet for 48 hours now, and were told we might be waiting until Monday evening before it gets sorted. Find it incredibly disappointing, and the service we've received to try and fix it has not been great.

    @TalkTalk 15 days?? I was told 1 hour by the lady in the phone and the engineers. Also your phones arent working so every time you call the phones cut out your customer service have Calle me back twice and now given up

    @TalkTalk I have had no internet in my area Cv22 in rugby a week after new cables were laid down street, 1 week later and till no broadband , they said LN area any update .

    @TalkTalk You sent me a link. I filled it out and now I've been asked to fill it out for the 3rd time. It just says we will get back to you soon. This is so bad
