    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    Poor service from @TalkTalk 25 was connect after 12 minutes person answering decided to put be back on hold now on hold for 25 minutes and can’t stay in for any longer don’t know why I joined them now £24 a month and my first bill is £37 and not even used anything!!!!

    Using alexa to control wake up alarms is great until the stupidly unreliable TalkTalk Internet service decides to disconnect so no alarms go off or lights come on 😡

    @TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk this issue seems to have spread to West Yorkshire. The box comes on ays for a few seconds then goes off. Then repeats. Reset the box and no change.

    @TalkTalk no thanks, as i said earlier 2 hours with no outcome and my message not answered after, agent said to simply message if service stopped while they were messing with it, asking BT for a quote
