@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk There is no outrage or problem except @TalkTalk refusing to deal with the problem, poor customer service and lie that line no longer supported and upgrade would be full fibre, then refusing to cancel upgrade even within 14 day cooling off period. Just poor! #youandyours

@TalkTalk hi there, is there a known issue in Oxford (specifically Headington) right now? 3rd or 4th time in the past couple months our broadband has gone down. Never happened when we were living in Worcester!

@HeatherAddo @KazuhiraMilla @TalkTalk The worst thing was being told again on Saturday that it would definitely be switched on that night - only to be told by Openreach that they hadn't even been in touch with TalkTalk since Friday. The social media team just want you to stop bothering them and will tell you anything
