  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

  @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   You know how everyone takes to Twitter to whinge about things! ….. I gotta just say @TalkTalk customer service were so helpful and kind when we noticed a problem with my mum’s phone line : she’s a falls risk now and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ok!

  @TalkTalk I've 'stayed connected' for 20 minutes, waiting for a response to the fault on my landline. You're getting dangerously close to losing a customer!
