@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk well thank you for your rubbish customer service, your 'text me back' helpline operator Dan was a waste of time. Avoided my simple questions, gave one answer which was irrelevant and then ignored me. I was meant to be a new customer but will be ringing to cancel.

65. Complaint submitted in-between 1st + 2nd go-live dates. Wrong email address provided. Sent by post. No response. Asked over phone many times, it got "closed" without my consent First bill after service goes live charges for TalkTalk TV service (contract says it's included)

@newsyaims @TalkTalk You need to cancel contract with them, making 2 accounts charging me for 2 nightmare with talktalk over charging me stealing money out my account cutting me off, putting me in contracts with out telling me is insanity.
