    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk Still cant get my cancellation sorted after another 2 hours on the phone! Have a university module to be in the end of this month and need internet!! Seems like your trying to punish me for cancelling. It's my right to cancel if I want. Why should I have to wait

    @Marcwills15 @TalkTalk I feel for you. I'm on day three of trying to cancel mine as well. Nearly 4 hours online 20 minutes on the phone. I've got until the 18th of Nov to cancel so fingers crossed. Good luck

    @TalkTalk I wont bother, I have spoken to them before....you get put to billing. or upgrades (like I had) and you just get lost in a transfer maze. no-one is perfect but you guys are terrible. adios

    @Bru2cefan @TalkTalk If you haven’t already try a new router! They won’t admit it but their standard routers are awful and not fit for purpose!

    Hey @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I have no internet connection since last Saturday (HP13). An engineer worked on it today but the problem is still not solved. I work from home and my phone coverage is bad; please don't tell me I need to wait another week for it to be looked at.

    @TalkTalk we are on the phone to a representer to sort out my sick aunt's account who has dementia and they are asking her question she doesn't know the answers to and she is now getting very aggetated. Awful customer service

    @TalkTalk I am well.the solution is left your service & i shouldnt get a bill.I rang 3 times and went online to upgrade after i had Fibre installed.kept getting tossed from person to person i even said many times "i want to stay with you" then kept being on hold. maybe see you in 3 years?
