    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @Z_Energy @VodafoneUK Sounds like a common issue here. We have the same thing, been with talktalk 12 years never had a problem. Vodafone 3 months, drops out every day... Response to our complaint... Buy a booster for £40 at our expense!

    @TalkTalk someone needs to contact me asap. 3rd engineer visit, and I still haven’t been connected! You sent the wrong engineer today. My partner has taken 3 days of work now. Poor service

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup so it is acceptable to send a coustomer a broken tv remote with their order then having to wait for a replacement for 3 weeks to find out youve sent the wrong one then to be told it will be nearly 7£ for another replacement wtaf
