    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk Are you able to help me facilitate a change of ownership? I have submitted the form last November yet it hasn't been sorted until now. I kept receiving an email to pay for it which I think is unfair since no one has been able to use the service since November.

    @TalkTalk I have upgraded to full fibre in December 2022 but they didn't close my previous account. Since then I spend hours with the agents on the phone to try and cancel and no-one seem to help me. I get bills for 2 accounts each month. This is just ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I am disgusted with your service, since beginning of January I’ve had no landline and after making multiple phone calls weekly I’m still no further forward, however you’re quick enough to continue to take my money! USELESS! Do NOT recommend!!!! @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk appalling service.. a day off work wasted for an engineer who never arrived, despite several confirmation texts that it was going ahead. No communication that it had been rescheduled. Disgusted.

    @EmilyKe62606148 @TalkTalk Atleast you have an engineer coming out. All i get is “there is an outage and no ETA till its back up, but dont worry we are doing our best” The lack of communication and transparency is nothing short of a joke.

    @TalkTalk My WiFi is not working. It's been flashing orange and then orange and white. We tried turning it off for 20 mins and nothing has worked. Tried live chat but not connecting! Please help!!
