@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk I've had 18 months of poor service, no resolve, never sorted, my contract finishes tomorrow with you thankfully so I will be leaving for ISP that can provide working Internet..

@virginmedia I would like to expand by saying that I would rather use TALKTALK than you ever again :) charging double than what every other isp does for the "same" service is criminal and god forbid I ever move into an area where you offer any sort of "service". now that's saying something

@TalkTalk Help and answer required asap. A telephone pole was knocked down 01/03/21 which supplies the phone lines to pool view caravan and retirement park buildwas shropshire TF87BS. Can you tell when this will be rectified please as its left elderly/ vulnerable people
