In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk had your internet for 15 days and there hasn’t been one day that it hasn’t had a significant outage! Tried chat every day to report and never works! Waited in queen on phone! Never get anyone! How can we resolve this please? Currently using mob data to send this!

@Valimatka @TalkTalk It's only £22 and I don't want anything to do with a company that not only gave me terrible connection service, but took 3+ years to realise they owed me money. Goes to show the state of the service as a whole.
