So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Spent 3 hours now in a DM conversation with @TalkTalk (whilst tethering to @EE to enable said conversation) who whilst acknowledging the issue is their network related will not confirm that I won’t have to pay for an engineer to check the line. Mindboggling

I actually hate @TalkTalk with the bottom of my heart! The have robbed me so much money and can’t provide a service every time I call I put the heat on them to the point they lie and say a manager will call back but don’t so I call the next month hoping for a change!

At the end of my two hour marathon call with @TalkTalk last week, one of their operatives (Precious) assured me that she would sort out my problem, and call me back on Monday or Tuesday. No surprise to report that I have not been called. The incompetence of this company...
