So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@DJVorTechS Hi @DJVorTechS. What we can only tell is that we do not have control to the cancellation date for a line take over. Also if the current owner of the TalkTalk line has an issues with the service, we expect a report from them directly to deal with it. Thank you. Harold.

@TalkTalk why exactly am I paying for wifi that doesn’t work? It’s been like this for almost 2 weeks. None of that “check your router” or “we’ll run some tests” acknowledge it is a fault on your end. Just looking at your page it’s not only me with the issue
