    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk My broadband down……again!! I’d like to end my contract but I’m not paying as I don’t see why I should due to not receiving the service I’ve been paying for. How do I go about this?

    @TalkTalk Oh yeah no, I've phoned them and spoken to the MULTIPLE times. They just don't give a ****. My account is STILL active after I moved out of a property 4 MONTHS ago. and they still haven't canceled the account and send a bill every single month. I feel like this will go on forever

    @TalkTalk just had my 77 year old Mum In Law on the phone in tears because you won't cancel her contract and won't stop taking money after 3 assurances you have done it, utterly despicable shower of @#£&s

    @TalkTalk Been a mobile customer 1 week. So far you’ve lost my number, won’t let me log into online account and today cut off 4G services. Call centre useless. How can this be escalated?

    @TalkTalk please help. I need to know how much I am charged for calls to 0300 numbers from my talk talk landline. Some calls are less than 59 minutes but some are over 59 minutes. I have been on live chat for over half an hour and still haven’t had this simple question answered.

    @TalkTalk As this hasn't been sorted yet I have sent yet another dm. A text message was sent on the 15th saying they would contact her on the 15th, unfortunately it was a noreply address. There is a blocked cable, 3 different gangs of workmen have been out to it and told her the problem

    @joelymack @HelloFreshUK I can’t be doing with that we were with Talktalk and it took me about half a dozen phone calls to leave. If you want to leave a service you should just be able to leave you should not have to jump through a load of hoops.
