So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Honestly il just wait. Was talking to someone on live chat earlier about it keep cutting off which it's been doing for a month for them to tell me it's up to an automated refund to see if my.service has been poor lol. Its stupid all my router is currently doing is flashing...

@TalkTalk Yet again @TalkTalk are not able to handle a straightforward comms matter.Turns out they can’t operate their own internal phone system as the Customer Services staff have not been given the authority to transfer calls. Another one for the Executive Chairman to deal with.

@TalkTalk Hi Noluthando, agreed it is unacceptable but we're not even able to talk to a person. This is a recorded voice. If we ask to speak to an agent or manager it still requires you choose another option. And then when you do it puts the phone down. This is beyond a joke!

@DawnieDove @DrewWildgoose According to information from Ofcom Shell Energy have Not signed up to pay Compensation for Poor and Loss of Service. But the major broadband providers who have signed up, include BT, Hyperoptic, Sky, NOW Broadband, TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Zen.

@TalkTalk Hi Noluthando, we've called that number over and over. If we say we're calling about a bereavement it tells us that it's best to call back later and puts the phone down. If we say we want to cancel a subscription it says it will transfer us and then puts the phone down???
