@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk I would do but after the customer tech experience I have had in the past with Talk Talk I will give it a miss it took you 4 months to get our bill correct and the tech support lines are operated by people who just read from a script . Thanks but no thanks 👍

@TalkTalk Day 6 and talk talk still haven’t fixed my 82 yr old mothers landline ….. Great service and lots of people interested but nobody fixing ….can’t wait to change supplier …. Passed on to over 100 people who are following the lack of progress
