@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@susan91158129 @TalkTalk Stay well away from talktalk criminals they said free home move, then mess up make 2 accounts & charge me or charge for things i never ordered they are not honest, they take random amounts ££ out of peoples bank accounts be lucky to get 6MB from wifi and charge you for 900MB

@virginmedia your customer service is absolutely appalling. I'm calling for the 4th time this week. I'm promised call-backs but they never materialize. I'm trying to negotiate a package. Perhaps it's time I left for #Sky, #Talktalk or anyone else.

@TalkTalk @BTSopenreach @Ofcom 5 weeks no internet. Poor customer service; advisors unable to correctly use the mute button when discussing our case with ‘management’. Oh & hanging up with no call back. Will this be resolved in ‘48 hours’ or will it be another 5 weeks?

For those considering switching to talktalk. DO NOT!! By far the worst internet provider available, useless customer service & they straight up lie about estimated delivery times. Save yourself some headache by not switching

@TalkTalk I just called up to let you know that my internet speed is appalling - you put me on hold and then disconnect the call 26 minutes later. I call back and you’re closed excellent customer service!!!

@TalkTalk So another week of poor Internet speeds, today lucky to hit 6mbps download. Also tried to renew contract and the best deal was on a higher plan which them knew they are unable to meet speeds specified and had to go for the fibre 35 which cost more than the fibre 65.😤
