@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk I can believe the level of bafoonary ( new word ) from this company , signed up for internet a month ago , city fibre installed the line a week ago , still no internet , still have no router , ring talktalk we can't find yiyr account , and I thought virgin were bad

The @talktalk box I was promised has not been delivered. The router I was promised has not been delivered, not even ordered by the company. Three phone calls over two hours and two weeks. Problem still not solved. No internet and a sub standard tv service. Not good
