@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Hi Beth, feel free to look into it, it’s been going on for months!I received a text confirming customer service would be calling today between 4-6pm which I’ve made sure I’m free for, I get a missed call today at 10:22 from an 0800 number and then a new text for 3rd sept call!

@TalkTalk Totally frustrated,complained to TT today re perpetually slow Bb,I am told(as always) that all is well and the fault may be in in my house.All homes around mine are upgraded with the new fast Bb and can access speeds up to 35mb/s, I have at best 1 and TT wont Help.Cost £70/mth.
