In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk Hi Andy. I opted to walk to my local exchange, actually talk with the OpenReach engineer, establish a cause, a solution and a timescale. It's better than calling your customer service clearly (where I was told I'd have to wait until Monday or Tuesday).

@TalkTalk We have been charged £25 for leaving talktalk. He haven’t left, we’ve transferred to cutyfibre still with talktalk. Husband has so far spoken to 6 different people about the charge, being constantly transferred. He was then cut off. He has been on the phone for an hour. So poor.

@TalkTalk Had Future Fibre fitted 4/4, worked ok for 2wks, now won’t connect. Line test says it works=it doesn’t, complained last Sun= sent a new cable for router =STILL not working, now what? I wfh & am losing income every day until this is sorted 😠I didn’t even ask for fibre BB!

@TalkTalk I've switched providers and wanted to cancel my on its end date, talktalk didn't even tell me 30 days in advance that my contract was ending so now they're scamming me out of £40 because of the 30 day cancellation period.

@TalkTalk Yes I have checked my DM's and you have still not raised a complaint. I also asked via live chat and telephone yesterday but still no one has raised a complaint. So not sure why you are referring me to the DM's again. How about you just raise the complaint?
