In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

Changing to @TalkTalk internet was the worst decision. Haven’t had internet for 2 days. I’ve been having to hotspot off my phone to work because my office is shut. Which is wracking up a bill & TalkTalk say the best they can do is give me a call back in 2-3 WORKING days 😫😫😫

Sky broadband to TalkTalk. They are told his service will transfer on 21st Feb, no engineer needed. He is returned from hospital and has a care package in the daytime. He needs his emergency monitoring package at night especially as his life is at risk. Yet no service arrives on

When you pay for 65mbps package and get this. Takes forever to get through and chase to get it fixed been in the house since November and it’s just got worse and worse. Please send help. @TalkTalk

So following my @TalkTalk farce. They were meant to have a manager ring 4-6 today, except I never got a call as they didn't ring my number (they've just confirmed it) I turned down meeting with family this afternoon because of this call that didn't happen!

@TalkTalk It’s impossible to raise a complaint regarding your renewal process and unacceptably long waiting times. A customer complaints manager was due to revert within 24 to 48 hours and this never happened. Unacceptable and disappointing customer service. Time to leave!!

Hi @TalkTalk my broadband went off in WN postcode about 4 hrs ago whilst watching on @netflix 'Worst Roommate Ever' can you let me know when it will be back online as I need to know what that sadistic psycho did to his roomies..... Cheers
