In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk What’s your definition of Southern Scotland 🤔 I’m in north east Scotland and have had no connection since this morning 😬 Very frustrating going through the ‘live chat’, getting stock answers, then getting told it is a network issue and that BT Openreach are responsible 🙈😲

@naughtysteveh2 @TalkTalk TalkTalk are signed up to the Ofcom broadband speed code of practice. Means you can cancel your contract early if there's a problem and they cannot fix it (sounds like your situation right?). Might be worth a Google mate

I’ve been a customer for a year so why do I need to be credit checked at an address I’m not even living at yet? £25 charge too. You’ve lost my custom. @TalkTalk loss is @BTGroup gain. I look forward to being looked after by my new provider who may I add haven’t charged me today.

@TalkTalk In Glasgow too, I was in a teams meeting and got cut off. I switched over to talktalk thought I would have got a better service, I thought wrong.
