    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk I have a two month free trail with my new contract. I am most dissatisfied with the poor connection. Regular buffering. So I have decided to end the contract early.

    @TalkTalk Internet is down and we cannot connect since yesterday after 8pm. Thought internet itself should not have been affected…

    @TalkTalk Looks like issue is outside our house (possible exchange box) and talk talk booked in ticket with Openreach, that may take days. We do work from home so no internet will cause problem.

    @TalkTalk Contacted you but no further forward, customer service is disgraceful at best. Own your mistake and reinstate my ADSL connection without asking me to sign up to new contract.
