@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk have messed up my Internet. Promised it would be fixed 7 working days later. Surprise surprise I still have no Internet 17 days later. They won't even let me cancel it. Has to be illegal.

Gosh. #Talktalk couldn't fix our telephone over a 2 week period. Ran their same tests every day, but only when we chased them daily but never made an attempt to fix the issue. Now they want to charge us for cancelling a service they couldn't provide. Very frustrating.

@Nymercia @TalkTalk Hi, just want to see if other people are having the same issue: no confirmation email, the engineer doesn't turn up, you call and they say "we didn't press 'confirm'"? it's only a provisional engineer booking. @Ofcom they might be purposely not confirming so there's no recourse.

@MartinSLewis is it legal for @TalkTalk to not provide me with internet for 17 days and also refuse to cancel it?
