    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    Has anyone got any ideas how to get talktalk to sort your problems out? I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Help!!

    @TalkTalk Wow! Really! The worst company I've dealt with in decades! The customer service people call quoting from some rules and procedures book but don't actually listen to what you are saying to them! Useless.

    @TalkTalk I’ll DM but doubt it’ll make a difference you’v ignored every letter, phone call & email, I’ve cancelled the acc many times by every method, for some reason, unknown to us, you just won’t cancel it. You continue to steal money from our bank acc. It’s been 16 months & you know it

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

    What an absolutely sh1t company that is obstructive, uninterested and simply doesn't want to make anyone's life easy. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted on individuals who just don't give a ****! @TalkTalk #talktalk
