    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @katieflossblog @thefunmoneyclub @virginmedia Sorry to jump in here but we are with TalkTalk! Paying £23 a month, our bill actually went cheaper this year as we locked ourselves into a contract. Never have any issues (and I work from home). Was with Virgin many years ago- bill kept hiking up and problems all the time!

    @TalkTalk can someone please tell me why your customer service is so appalling? I have been on the phone now for over 30 minutes - probably 25 of that on hold and with noone getting back to me! Shockingly disgusting 'service'!

    @bal_acks You realise physical landlines & service providers can be distinct (eg TalkTalk landline)? The copper wire is the same, but the consumer can get a different provider. But there's also fibre to home in parts of London. Agree not all the country have those possibilities (ie USO).

    @mizzoopa @TalkTalk I have tried 2 routers. The modem says it has connection to the exchange. Definitely a TalkTalk issue. You were lucky to get to chat to someone.
