@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Today, Saturday 28th Aug, I call finally with a new home address to provide @TalkTalk after receiving multiple emails telling me to pay this fee when I never wanted to leave talktalk in the first place. I try to give my new address and we start agreeing to a new contract

I'll praise good service here & castigate the big companies that take our money but don't deliver. I wish everyone did this. As noted previously, the companies I really rate are the AA & Argos - both have given me great service. My bank Lloyds is useless, ditto TalkTalk & Tesco.

@TalkTalk Hi, not sure it's an issue but potentially some slowness in the BD16 area. Seems very specific i.e. TV streaming fine, Ipad fine but @Android phones v.slow if on wifi, but not on data.
