@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

I am about to throw my @talktalk router out of the window... I work from home yet I was unable to do that today because of the signal dropping what feels like every 10 minutes! 😫 Thank goodness I have friends up the road to work from their house!

@TalkTalk @virginmedia We are now at 22.49... almost 3 hours chatting to @TalkTalk and no resolution... they disappeared to run some tests and then I guess it was home time! This is just typical of #TalkTalk! Seriously don't touch them with a barge pole!!

@TalkTalk you owe me a voucher. Every time I call you up to talk to you about it I’m told I’ll get a call back. But that doesn’t happen. On top of a ten day delay to actually getting my broadband working it’s been a pretty rubbish experience as your customer so far

@TalkTalk just spent 45 mins on chat to one of your guys about terrible WiFi and tv service - no improvements and chat has crashed now as well as TV. Needs sorting - please look into it.

@TalkTalk It’s almost impossible to cancel. All their lines when you call are perfect except the cancellation line! Rang them 7 times and counting promised me it’s cancelled yet it’s still live! 2months! I will have to dig the line out myself might have more success!!

@TalkTalk @TheChefSwedish Good luck with that one - had the same problem they sent 3 engineers out who all said that it was talktalk who needed to speak to BT - That was June - July - August - September - sorted now but complaint ongoing - they say they will ring but never do
