In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Hi @talktalk, day 9 of no internet.Spoke to order management and it turns out my line has ceased after 90 days of supposed upgrade to fibre. TalkTalk never advised my that order was canx and I found out when asking for update.1/2

@TalkTalk Is there a number I can call when I am back at home as I have had to leave the house to head into my office I can tell you the hub is flashing orange and clear for 5 mins then just goes orange this isn't the first time I have had issues your service isn't consistent

Utterly fed up with being put on continual hold with @TalkTalk. Totally unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential new customers, just how bad must existing ones be treated? And don’t give me me any rubbish about Covid. Hire more staff!!!
