In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk I see "Connected, No Internet" often, and it shouldn't happen in the first place. You have no right to any claim of the quality or consistency of your service, when service falls short other reliable companies.

@TalkTalk You tested my Internet and said there was no problem, but clearly there is. Something has to be wrong with the hub or whatever it's called that landlines connect to outside, or the router and modem you get gave has developed a fault.
