So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Connundrum time. Someone dies without telling anyone their account number and never having used their landline. They live 300 miles from their next of kin so not an easy thing to pop round and plug a phone into their landline port. Answers on a postcard please.

Leeching off my mother's data right now, but our new talktalk router came today and I hoped it worked but it is still the same issue. Looks like we're gonna have to get technicians on this which means I still will be offline for a while.

@CMcCart70547119 @SueHolderness Just left TalkTalk, Have had nothing but poor WiFi and poor customer service been going on for 12 months. Did absolutely nothing to fix the issue except wanting to put the bill up to £48 from £22 a month. Good luck with them...

@TalkTalk I have sent messages all afternoon and emailed your CEO but still no internet, no reason and no urgency to rectify. This is 2021, and issues like this should not happen especially not for 10 hours as it is now! Presuming we will all be refunded appropriately!

Absolutely shocking customer service displayed from @TalkTalk for all 3 agents I spoke to. Wasted 3 hours going around in circles and not sending an engineer because we can't get into our account, despite it being made probably 10 years. Looking forward to switching providers.
