In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@Cambslive @actionfrauduk I’ve had 3 scam calls today within 2 hours of each other claiming they were from @TalkTalk saying my internet security wasn’t working properly and internet was being slowed down, can you alert people who might fall for the scam

Just tried calling @TalkTalk to complain about my broadband and they are closed. A major company providing services to millions of people is closed at 8pm on a weekday. This is how they appreciate their clients. This company is a joke! #wtf

@TalkTalk I'm trying to add my girlfriend to my TalkTalk account - I've just been told I have to print out a form myself and then post it to you. This is such ****** customer service. Why can't I do this over the phone, online or at least have something posted to me?
