    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk All sorted now. Anyone reading this thread don’t respond to the scammers offering help. It has taken more time then I would deem necessary to get assistance but alls well that ends well.

    @autcareandshare You're lucky. Rip off Britain. I switched internet to TalkTalk once (Direct Debit). They NEVER provided with one day service! after 6wks no internet I cancelled DD and went elsewhere. Not satisfied with the 2 DD's they took for nothing, they tried to bill ME for cancelling!

    @TalkTalk Sorry but between you and openreach you have made my life hell 5 weeks no internet all because you both can't communicate with each other and takes 5/7 working days to cancel something beside new account can be set up which is disgusting no loyalty to customers

    @TalkTalk For a problem which started in Sept. which ended with me having no internet. Text received stating when you will call, which you have failed to do, latest examples here ‘TalkTalk Update: Hello Brett, we will contact you about your complaint on 07/11/2022 between 14:00-16:00.’ 1/2
