@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk It’s because I’m not getting anywhere with your customer service. That I won’t to speak to someone in the U.K. They can’t even phone when they say they will

@TalkTalk or do have to read out each DM & tweet as you don’t save customer interactions?

@lilc0smic @TalkTalk Tech support is so great, isn’t it? They read their script and insist the problem is you, not them or their equipment. That being said, a lot of problems ARE fixed by cold rebooting.

@TalkTalk it’s been 7 days since I requested the CEO team to contact me. What are your timescales for customer contact? Having to wait 7 days is ridiculous! If you listened and did your jobs properly you we wouldn’t be in this position!

@talktalk Having made an offer to pay in instalments that was refused, I was told my account would be passed to a debt collector!!! Yet, you have not done so but continue to add charges. I will be forwarding my issue to ofcom. TT’s level of customer service is a disgrace

@TalkTalk advisors use the term ‘cheers’ responses. How unprofessional is that, especially when your making a complaint! Save that term when your with your mates down the pub!

@TalkTalk I really don’t care. I want as many people as possible to see what kind of service you are providing and the problems you are causing me! Even if I sent 1 DM or tweet you cannot even deal with that. So do not try to imply I am causing delays! See how disgusting @TalkTalk!

@TalkTalk So disappointed with you. My elderly grandparents phone line was down due to an error on YOUR part which left them with no way of contacting anyone. I called the customer services line to rectify this on my mobile and have been billed over £20 for the privilege (1/2)
