  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  @TalkTalk @PeterBe74709927 That link is not taking me anywhere with updates on the York area. Looks like I have to log in and search to get anywhere. I gave up after a while. I don't think the update is going to tell me anything u don't already know. The internet is down!

  @TalkTalk I’ll drop you a line ! In March you promised me a working tv service and you lied you’ve now sent two boxes neither who works and when I ask to cancel I threaten me with a £160 cancellation fee !!! I’m not cancelling I’m asking you to apologise and for this non service & GO !

  @TalkTalk Well why don’t you help ??? I have contacted ur company to challenge u for breaking ur side of a contract and ur answer is to demand money!! A contract takes TWO ! And u have broken it you should be payment not demanding money from me !!!

  Signed up over the phone, told engineers arrival day, today.…no show. Phoned talktalk up…. They never heard of me!😡 I either phoned up a very convincing scammer who hacked talktalk’s website OR talktalks sales women didn’t click a button @TalkTalk Avoid #avoidtalktalk

  @TalkTalk had enough of your awful customer service. Please get a team leader to call me, I’ve even had emails being blissfully ignoring my problems and to ‘log in’ when I can’t and that’s the issue.

  @TalkTalk I am 73 years old ! I’m not paying a penny for such poor service they can jolly well take me to court dreadful way to test customers
