In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk @ClaireSeath I've been seeing intermittent internet issues for >2 days Looks like TT DNS is not responding when the internet goes off (can still ping by IP) I've just changed my DNS settings to cloudflare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) and my internet has come straight back and looks stable now.

@talktalk @OpenreachHelp Any news on internet? It came back last night but now gone again. I got an email & text from TalkTalk saying an Open Reach would need to come to my home. Is that right? Others in my area with same issue so problem at the exchange or cable theft? #keswick

@greeboslag Yup having internet issue witb talktalk. Yesterday whole day no net and when there was net it was very slow and lasted about 10mins till it was gone again. Also still no net.
