    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    @TalkTalk Is talk talk down in north wales ch6,not working now for 24hours and amber light constant flashing on modem

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    Anyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!

    @TalkTalk just got my bill and it says my package has a landline service which I never used to pay for but now I am? So that's an extra £20 I'm paying for

    @NPhil1 @TalkTalk I mean, customer services weren't open at the time of the outage, how would you expect them to leave a voice message? By rubbing Mystic Meg's crystal ball the night before?

    No internet. Contact @TalkTalk They do everything online now. Which requires internet. No internet... I would say "utterly foreseeable problem", which is maybe why I don't work for them.

    @TalkTalk Your customer service is appalling. My elderly step mother has had no landline/broadband for several days now. You send texts and never call back. TALKING IS NOT WHAT YOU DO.

    @TalkTalk absolutely shocking connection from you guys the past few days. Not being able to even use the internet properly and having to use our mobile data instead. My husband has tried to contact you but you keep saying everything is okay. Paying for crap service

    @TalkTalk internet isn’t working yet again, I turned it on and off to re boot and nothing. My mum can’t log into the website either.. this is the 2nd time this month we’ve had this issue.
