    So @TalkTalk please help me change my contract back to what it was originally and then let me cancel so I can actually find a provider that lets me use the internet in my own home.

    @TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

    So the saga with @TalkTalk continues. Honestly I've had some bad service in my time but this absolutely rips it! Horrific customer service.

    Don’t normally do this but @TalkTalk are a shocking company to deal with I’d advise people against using them at all costs customer services are useless aswell you just go round in circles with them

    Still no help from Talktalk. Cannot get any live tv. Messages to them fail to go through. A very disgruntled old woman will be visiting Talktalk Gravesend tomorrow! Sparks will fly..

    @TalkTalk Why do not pay the equivalent going pay rate for customer service agents in South Africa as in the United Kingdon... sounds like cheap labour. ( Average pay in UK is £22.5k )

    …and @talktalk sent me two messages detailing how I might have to pay for the repair but didn’t mention anything about compensation for loss of service until prompted or explain why I’ve gone from “slightly patchy but usable” wifi to “none at all” without warning.

    @TalkTalk internet is so unreliable. One minute it’s 50mbps, the next it can barely get to 5mbps. The fluctuation in speeds and unreliability is incredible. Never had this inconsistency with other providers. Will not be renewing once my contract ends.
