    So the saga with @TalkTalk continues. Honestly I've had some bad service in my time but this absolutely rips it! Horrific customer service.

    Don’t normally do this but @TalkTalk are a shocking company to deal with I’d advise people against using them at all costs customer services are useless aswell you just go round in circles with them

    @TalkTalk are terrible. I was phoned yesterday as I had planned to leave talk talk but was offered a new deal which I accepted and thought my connection would be reconnected. now because my account has been disconnected they are unable to offer the same package they agreed

    @TalkTalk hi I've been having poor connection from your service for a while but now my wifi just keeps dropping out and i have to keep restarting the modem before it works again. Keeps happening frequently more than once each day. Can someone help me out?

    @gregor_suttie Worth speaking to BT, had a few clients with talktalk or worse... so been switching onto a new BT fibre connection with a cloud phone, router comes with a usb backup modem for 4g as failover, had some top deals & I prefer their support (uk & usually on the ball vs not...)
