@TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

@TalkTalk I tried to find out more info about your ‘outages’ and instead for the 4th time had one of your representatives trying to sell me a broadband package. How come you couldn’t fix YOUR network issue but want to flog a new router only for it not to work due to YOUR network issues 🤔

@TalkTalk But this isn’t discussing my account. It’s telling people that you refused to replace a 7, now 8, year old router that frankly isn’t fit for purpose. And that your service drops out several time a day and since putting in notice has became several times an hour.
