@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

It took me until this week to realise the @TalkTalk radio advert isn't a notification tone interrupting the lady, but a jingle/ID which the ad producer wants to play over her. Almost as bad as the studio talkback ads radio folks love to hate!

@TalkTalk we’ve been on chat with Portia for ages, the last contact she mentioned booking an engineer for appalling internet being painfully slow and dropping. She hadn’t responded since 20:55, has Portia just decided to log off because it was going on 9pm? Shocking service.
