A week with no internet, two routers and 2 engineers and still no internet and @TalkTalk answer is to send a 3rd router and 3 engineer. Worst service ever

@_graceharley_ @TalkTalk I've tried asking them but just get asked to do home checks because the issue is resolved, even though I'm sure it's not just me experiencing this. and I haven't touched or changed anything anywhere near my router :/

@TalkTalk Horrific. Ongoing complaint since 26/08/21. 10 call backs promised/0 delivered. Exec complaints are 6 of those 10/yet to receive 1. Manager put me on mute, after 3 mins unmuted and quickly hung up. Gdpr breach on my call is the reason for speaking with this manager 2day
