@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

Unbelievably bad experience with @TalkTalk. Their service and commitment to resolutions is a shambles. Formal complaint made and involvement from the financial ombudsman will be imminent. I was gobsmacked. Run a mile!!

Dicey behaviour from @TalkTalk. They want a cancellation fee on the grounds that I didn’t give a month’s notice. But I did: their system was broken for weeks. I called three times. Each time they promised to call back—never did. Now they’ve put me on hold and disconnected me.

@TalkTalk I am sick and tired of you saying , send DM so we can sort it, read the report your engineer submitted after he came and tried to fix the problem. Get something done and stop messing people about. Very, very poor service from you.
