    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk I am very frustrated that I can't have a live chat as I did on Saturday to sort a issue, I tried yesterday and today again as I was advised by Lusanda todo so Why Why!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 9/10 years but what going on lately is disgusting treatment

    @TalkTalk Fix ur service at de249bh, not usable since 5.30am & becoming a daily regularity. On 4a few mins/secs off again & repeat, EVERY NIGHT just lately. Going to be asking for a refund at this rate as becoming 2 frequent. NOT MY EQUIPMENT ITS UR END! #breachofcontract
