    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    @mooramana @ClareEGabriel3 @TalkTalk I took out a contract with O2 for a mobile phone for my dad when he was in a care home, literally a couple of months before he died. Afterwards I asked if I could cancel it. They said no so I had to keep paying for it for a year.

    @TalkTalk found mums account but can’t discuss it with me … she’s almost 88 for goodness sake! they’ve given 24 hours for the bill to be paid but have an issue with their system so can’t take a card payment!!! Absolutely ridiculous Livid 😠

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for nearly two weeks now. Customer service agents all talk (talk) and no action. I have to chase for updates, but never any successful outcomes. Now, you cant even process a contract renewal properly - chance to charge me for money? Terrible.

    @TalkTalk my almost 88 year old mum has had her phone cut off for not receiving a bill that she’s never received … this is her only method of raising the alarm in the event of an emergency!!! Disgusting !!! 6 calls later it’s reconnected but blaming her for nonpayment 😠

    @TalkTalk Intermittent to no service for almost 6 weeks now. And then to add insult to injury in my latest bill an engineer charge £75 when no fault my end?? Contacted technical team, told they'll get back in 2 working days, been 4 now still not been contacted. Beyond hopeless.😤

    @TalkTalk Day 4 in the Chester household. Still without internet. The new router you sent 8 weeks ago has broken. Waiting delivery of my 3rd in as many months. Nothing a DM can sort
