    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    @TalkTalk I would, but the first time I did, the fix didn't change anything. The second fix has only slightly improved speed. It still cuts out frequently. So I'm not sure what it will achieve.

    @TalkTalk Is an intermittent issue, occasionally it works as normal and just connects. I have both auto join and auto login on phone settings on.

    @TalkTalk please update your sales information. Changing to Fibre 35, date given as 12th December, old broadband goes down this morning. Support tell me that the fibre 35 starts 00:01 13th December. That is not the 12th. Hope someone buys you a calendar for Christmas.

    @TalkTalk Why have you put up the price of my broadband from £17.95 to £30 with no warning? and coincidentally the lack of broadband speed has been terrible over the past 2 weeks. From a Very disappointed most likely to be former customer.
