@TalkTalk why did you close my customer complaint before paying me the compensation I was offered for your failure to deliver any service? I’ve been on hold for over an hour being transferred from team to team - & it’s been like this for months. Zero customer service. Pathetic.

Ah yes, a day of work missed thanks to the internet going down over night. Debating moving away from @virginmedia to another fiber ISP, as apparently you get better upload speeds from the likes of @TalkTalk these days... And possibly more stability?
