@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk I was going to switch to you from Sky but tried to look on your website and it's so slow I realised that if your own sales material is so bad what standard is my broadband connection going to be? Guess Sky will be getting my money for another 18 months
