    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @TalkTalk talktalk what a joke transferred to them they were useless no wifi phone didn’t work so went back to sky said I opted out after cooling period so they wanted me to stay and pay for a service they didn’t supply?? and then default me on credit report 2 years down the line

    @TalkTalk Hello, my TalkTalk email address is not working! I can neither send or receive emails. My Onetel email hasn’t worked for months! It’s getting rather ridiculous now. Can you help with this? Is there a major problem with TalkTalk at the moment??
