@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TeamViewer @TeamViewer_help Yes tried other browsers. I suspect it's @TalkTalk broadband being unnecessarily suspicious of your service. Certainly I needed to use a VPN to use the app. This is just an FYI.

@TalkTalk Two engineers have come to diagnose the issue and both recommended a new router. WHERES the router? Instead you make us sit on the phone to a tech going over the same checks for hours. Terrible.

@TalkTalk Talk Talk use the 'friendly support' to cover their ongoing innefficiency and increasing bills, which had me eventually paying for NO SERVICE in Feb after changing providers. TT said that the February bill had "already been generated" in January and I had to pay

Bloody talktalk block remote access to computers via their routers by default. What should have taken 25 minutes to achieve (was showing them other software too) took 90+ minutes on a call) Thank **** I had download the installer files already. The wifi connection was rubbish too

@BigWillowTTV @TalkTalk I had BT at the parents house. Best I've used with consistency and support. However I gave the benefit of the doubt to TalkTalk as my partner was already with them. Was just easier to upgrade.
