    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk can you please explain why I've been without internet for 10 days and everytime I call you to book an engineer they don't bother showing up? Everytime I'm told an engineer will come out they don't show. Absolute terrible service

    Don't use @TalkTalk . They are appalling! Harassment and unable to provide a stable connection. Their only interest is upselling and wasting your time reading their stupid scripts! No reward for loyalty.....

    Anyone affected should have received an email containing the option to subscribe to the paid-for service from the new provider, Everymail. Those wanting to keep their existing email address will need to pay £5 a month or £50 per year upfront. Existing TalkTalk customers won't

    Dear @TalkTalk Broadband provider .. YOUR engineer did NOT! resolve my issue, as your email and text messages (which I can NOT reply to) suggest taking all the credit. I sorted it out .. Me, Myself and I .. Not you! tyvm. .. *Busy looking for a new provider* ...

    What a terrible timing to find my mobile service provider @EE is playing up on calls. Same time, when my internet provider @TalkTalk is also having issues with its payment processing. #FML General question: what is going on here in the UK!?

    @TalkTalk trying to reach your customer service about our broadband speed, entering the categories by pressing the numbers when prompted on the phone. No joys. Just ignores what we’ve typed or said and asks the question again. Please assist, so we can speak to a real human.

    @TalkTalk A bit late now, already payed via using a phone. I wish you can fix the payment process online. It’s been like two months, when it’s removed the card information, to make a payment.
