    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    @TalkTalk As per my dm we don’t have a landline plugged in and never used one in this property so I’ve no idea how it is.

    @MSwarrior46 @TalkTalk Date I've had the same issues, I've gone with Sky now. Also I've raised the complaint with OfCom. The more complaints they get they will be investigated. I've had so much stress with talktalk, been promised calls, messages etc, with nothing being done. Shameful company!!!!

    @TalkTalk if you insist on charging me £37pm for my Internet I expect it to work. Have spent the last 4 days with intermittent or zero service. I want it sorted today or compensation for my wife not being able to WFH properly. I think I've been patient enough the last 2 years!

    @TalkTalk not sure how you've won all your customer service awards. I've called 3 times and 3 bad experiences. It's an extremely complex process full of friction. Won't be returning as a customer. Kudos to @VodafoneUK who I was with before - customer service was always amazing.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely abysmal company. Told by Customer services that we could cancel, but when we tried to cancel, then told we have to have another monht, Passed round 4 people all trying to get us to stay with them, none listening to what we say, just following script.

    @ThistleCanuck @TalkTalk Bear in mind the reason for my complaint was incorrect early disconnection, when I had been trying to ensure since December my contract ends on the right day, since I want to leave. And CEO office solution was a brand new package, when I was asking to leave. Unbelievable @Ofcom
