@TalkTalk left my 81 year old grandma with no phone or internet for ten days. Cut me off every time I tried to call. Was rushed to hospital yesterday when my mum found her ill, emergency pendent wasn’t connected and nobody would help. Nice one @TalkTalk

@Jenny_McShane @MartinSLewis I used to change yearly between them and TalkTalk but along came Covid, and it really was the last thing on my mind. Am now paying £35 a month for crap internet only. Not even got a house phone!

@TalkTalk I've been trying to upgrade my account for several weeks and your online platform isn't working, your customer advisors are unhelpful and terminate calls. If the upgrade isn't completed tomorrow I will be charged an alpt to keep the same service. Unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK I am trying to switch from TalkTalk and seems like I can't take my number which I've had for more than 20 years. its on the openreach network. if I try to sign up with Plusnet I can take my number. Why is it not possible with Vodafone

@TalkTalk No, we haven't installed it. Our internet was fine until 11pm yesterday. I tried to log in to my Talk Talk a/c this morning and your website said it was down and that you were doing maintenance on your website.
