@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

@TalkTalk Reply to my earlier tweet then please. Our TalkTalk box will not power up (yes, we checked everything - cables, sockets, switches). We can’t use the tv service we’re paying for because the box won’t work. Why can’t I get through to anyone to report it?

The morons at @TalkTalk are at it again. Charging me for an account that's not only shut down but they have confirmed they've received the equipment back. As always, its impossible to speak to a communications company so i may as well let them incur cost with the debt collectors

@TalkTalk I was told I could cancel my contact with no charges. But there managers wouldn’t confirm this by email. ( SAID THEY HAD NO ACCESS TO EMAIL… REALLY) Talktalk should be made to pay us the full cost of the contract

@TalkTalk Oh you’ve charged me for one day of something that shouldn’t have been added to my account in the first place. You added a call boost that I never asked for and you’ve charged for it even though that’s the same day I contacted you to delete it.
