    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @virginmedia Please can you sort the absolutely awful internet and tv service out please, and I’m still waiting on a call back a week later to discuss the £30 credit we were promised for staying with you and not continuing our switch to @TalkTalk. Can’t get through on phone or chat!

    @TalkTalk I had the information that my service would be delivered today. It was not, and I am merely asking for the courtesy to be explained why (though before it did not happen would’ve been preferable)

    So I ring @skytv to tell them my broadband hub is not sending a consistent WiFi signal. They tell me to monitor it. It gets worse. Ring them back. They send my a booster. Doesn’t even connect to hub 10ft away. Are you the new TalkTalk in disguise? #shocking

    @TalkTalk I need to cancel my internet and tv as I’ve moved to virgin due to lack of connection and poor speeds, I’m unable to speak on the phone so is there another way this can happen thank you
