@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

Got to hand it to @TalkTalk, they sent me a new router (unasked, just because mine was an old model). I was dreading changing it over but it was absolutely seamless and even my wifi extenders were connected with no issues.

@TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. You cut my recently widowed mums broadband off and then said will be back on within 24 hours, that was 9 days ago with endless hours of calls. Thanks for making an already difficult time even more stressful!🤬

@Thatgirlfeels @virginmedia @TalkTalk See that's still bad in my opinion! I appriciate if your doing it in store but questioning someone's ID online is really bad! Razer did this with me a few years ago too! So I just took my business elsewhere to get my laptop!

@TalkTalk No internet PO22 it’s always been slow I don’t know why I’m paying you £28.50 a mth I’ve had fast fibre for a year never the speed you guaranteed on my contract I’m sick of you saying we’ll check it but that’s all you do even open Reach said it’s it’s archaic!
