@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

Please @TalkTalk could you make official statements about broadband being down instead of copying and pasting the same replies. Lots of people across country and M41 saying it's down. We'd like it back #broadband #talktalk

@TalkTalk Worse service ever. Nothing but problems my Internet. Seriously regret signing up for 18 months. Complained so many times n customer service cut you off half way thru then you have explain from start again. In the got sick of this bs n bought mobile data.

@TalkTalk Sort of, not on line because I cannot remember the password and the reset option is not available as my account still down. Same problem with my phone! But they are coming in on my iPad so I can survive. But that is over an hour since you said it was working!
