    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk Good Evening, I have been trying to get an 84 year olds phone line issue resolved since last Friday - more than 10 calls into your service centre over a 6 day period and still not resolved. Meanwhile the account holder can’t receive any calls including calls expected..

    Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

    @TalkTalk I’ve just upgraded to fibre35 but my internet speed is still only 10mbs..... can’t speak to anyone online and the pho line is closed! Help please

    @TalkTalk been told a crock of **** about How to access channels were paying for- conflicting info / weeks to sort/ wrong info and texts and engineers sent - losing the will to live!
