@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

Please contact me if anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit against @TalkTalk for intentional reluctance not to cancel contracts. Impossible to cancel anything with them. I have plenty evidence.

@TalkTalk it is all working now - but you had an outage yesterday twice in the East Grinstead area, presumably by OpenReach as multiple providers were impacted - but your own website had nothing to help customers. Only the link in the above thread, which gave no detail.

@TalkTalk I recently requested that my contract be cancelled at the end of my term. It took almost 40 mins of been offered new deal after new deal after saying I do not require the service anymore due to a change in circumstance. Why does it need to be so difficult to leave?

@RobertsDJ @TalkTalk If you call there number you will get told via automated message there is network upgrades in progress, terrible service that isn't said anywhere but via telephone number

@TalkTalk After being told we won’t have WiFi for at least five days and being lied to by an engineer that he had ordered us a new router, TalkTalk is now insisting that we pay our cancellation fee Is there someone I can speak to about this as we are very unhappy with the service
