@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

have essentially got a monopoly on internet in UK, unless you're with Virgin, you are getting your internet from BT. Like if someone is like "I hate BT, now I get my internet from TalkTalk/PlusNet/EE/whatever, and the service is so much better", I always have to bite my tongue

@Shinybiscuit Agreed, very annoying! Only other thing I can think of is that TalkTalk have some settings on the router that could cause some problems. Google says someone got the support team to disable the setting “WiFi optimisation”, doesn’t seem to be something you can do yourself though 🥺

Hey @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup how about you fix my land-line (well over a week now) so I can take the call about my Covid vaccination? Failing that how about not charging me for a service you're not providing?
