@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

@TalkTalk Isn't the point of doing this in the early hours to prevent service disruptions, as opposed to causing issues all week long like you have? I've spent my days off trying to fix my speed being at 500Kbps instead of the 78Mb we're paying for and been told there's no problem.

@The_Reviewist I had nothing but trouble with TalkTalk a few years back. Line slowed to dialup speeds, they wanted £125 to send an engineer out to look at it, I said no and asked to cancel and they wanted a few hundred £ cancellation fee. Thankfully, a complaint to Ofcom changed their mind.

@TalkTalk is it possible to talk to a human being? I can’t find a phone number on your “Help” pages. I’m fed up with having my internet connection drop out. By restarting my router it comes back but why do I have to do that? 😡
