    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @jomickane @Benleo @virginmedia I tried to transfer from Talktalk to Virgin but on the handover day Virgin never turned up after waiting for them all day. Then they told me the service wasn’t available in my area. Went crawling back to Talk talk.
