    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo as you see in messages I’ve already ‘had someone looking into this’ - in fact 5 people during 3.25 hours of hanging asking for an unrequested disconnection to be stopped This didn’t happen Can you make it happen without me becoming a new customer? Lise

    @michaela_65uk @TalkTalk I don't work for TalkTalk but know how terrible their service is. If it helps, this is their customer support number: 0345 172 0088 - make sure you take the name of the person you speak to and note the time of call and duration - just in case you need to call back..

    @TalkTalk I was happy with the resolution but I feel I've still been unfairly charged for this month as this screen was what came up when I originally selected to renew my contract in January, confirming I'd done so. So I shouldn't have been charged £29.95 for this month as it turns out.

    @bernihanley @TalkTalk I can see that TalkTalk haven't replied to your tweet. It's not necessarily a bad thing that their DNS service isn't working - it's fairly miserable at best! If it would help to chat through the issue, I'd be happy to help!

    @TalkTalk I think your company is having a laugh!!!! Received a bill today for an engineer visit (which i told was free if the fault was in our house - it wasn't) Problem still not fixed Useless company, useless customer service repetitive lies

    @Bristolvor They’re shitting themselves as so many people left during first lockdown! They were bending over backwards but too late I’m afraid. Halved my price and got a better more reliable service with @TalkTalk Wouldn’t go back now
