    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo as you see in messages I’ve already ‘had someone looking into this’ - in fact 5 people during 3.25 hours of hanging asking for an unrequested disconnection to be stopped This didn’t happen Can you make it happen without me becoming a new customer? Lise

    No internet. Contact @TalkTalk They do everything online now. Which requires internet. No internet... I would say "utterly foreseeable problem", which is maybe why I don't work for them.

    @UNKLEPaulTHX @johnbarrett2468 I concur. Only a year or three ago I discovered TalkTalk properly. I thought they were just another semi cheesy 80’s band…. Oh how ******** I was wrong. 😑
