@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

@btbusinesscare Why does my 4g never kick in when your WiFi goes down (which it does on a regular basis I should add) £250 a month for a product that never works. I never lost WiFi with TalkTalk in the 3 years I was with them even though it was a little slow.

@TalkTalk 83 years old, 25 days since reporting no phone or Broadband and TalkTalk are incapable of booking a successful visit from Openreach. Hours on the phone and Twitter DMs to Tech Support, all to no avail.
