@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

Twice now @TalkTalk have promised to call me. Twice they have broken that promise after I was left for 3 days without functioning broadband. I did not expect a call today, but they did not call yesterday or previously as promised. What do you do next? Move to a better company.

@TalkTalk our Ethernet connection stopped working yesterday lunchtime. We can still connect using wifi but speeds are too slow to be useful. We need to restore Ethernet connection urgently (home working & schooling). Any suggestions?
