@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach I've been in quarantine and have to work from home but the internet has been down for the past 3 weeks and not fixed!! Been following up with Talk Talk everyday but they keep saying open reach has to fix it and at the end no one does!!

This is particularly problematic now that #HE is going online again. I live right in the city centre of the second-largest city of the country, yet @TalkTalk couldn't solve my connection issues after six months, five engineer visits and at least 40 hours of calls...

@TalkTalk leaving 90 year old in the current pandemic without mobile communications for a 16.50 out of plan charges although his is a DD customer. After 2hours today still not resolved #awfulcustomerservices £14.50 of this was a 29mins to a 0151 national number for 50ppm.
