    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk talktalk boardband a cooling off period if new contract 14 days. If they carry on with contract service and if no pre contractual information u have over a year to cancel. Not happy with service ofcom there to complain. Consumers. U can not trust.

    @TalkTalk You call this fixed? Good thing you’re not the bomb squad. It’s 2023 and we don’t have internet for 2 days now. Came back with poor speeds and not it’s off again. FIX IT !!!

    @TalkTalk talktalk i had to make contact on review sites as they were doing ***** tricks not confirming contract ended on 31st dec 2022 so they can carry on billing.. Putting phone down just as u thought u were getting some where. Not 2 b trusted

    @StuartWilksHeeg When TalkTalk was hacked, they lied to belittle the severity and they leaked information that I can almost never change!! (email address, home address & date of birth) Actually worse than if someone just got my password.

    @TalkTalk I have been an active customer of yours since 2017. In Dec. 2022 due to flooding the electricity blew + my flat had to be evacuated. At that time I lost internet access + no longer have access to my registered email account & telephone numbers. Please DM to recontact.
