    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk NO broadband service at all since the 24th August , called multiple times . Spent 15 hours waiting in for 3 promised Open Reach Engineer visits and now simply want to cancel my contract . I have called 3 times today to cancel my contract and the agents put the phone down on me

    @TalkTalk I'm stuck on the phone now. It's not acceptable! Months and months of TERRIBLE broadband. This is unacceptable! I've complained to your complaints team many times and yet a £10 reduction on my last bill..really!

    @TalkTalk do you pay your client support to just be ridiculous per hour? My WiFi keeps dropping (5th time today) and your support team (outsourced 😑) say "no sir our services are fine you must be doing something wrong " Like what? Jumping on my router,throwing it out a window?

    @TalkTalk 2 hours w/ online support agent trying to report a crossed line on my phone. Apparently they had to do tests that could only be carried out if I could transfer to 3G which I don't have. I borrowed a phone, the link sent asked me to login - I HAVE NO LOGIN for the support site!
