    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @rbrignall Talktalk are great until you have a problem. Cheap & reliable. We didn't have many problems but when we did, customer services were *terrible*. It seems that's where they cut corners to provide a cheap service. We eventually changed when I realised I couldn't face contacting them

    @TalkTalkGroup In breach of contract. Lost a day’s work trying to sort a bill you have over charged me for. TalkTalk has admitted you lost a contract I signed as now won’t help and are over charging me. Just pass me around rather than help. Customer of 10 years wanting help.

    @TalkTalk Despite DMs with you over the last 2 days PLUS countless Live Chats (where I’m passed from pillar to post) PLUS countless telephone calls (where I was cut off 4 times yesterday alone) … I am now on DAY 6 of no internet 😡 Terrible service - if it’s not sorted today … I’m gone!

    @TalkTalk You cannot help me unfortunately, 6 months without one single minute of connection, many emails with the support team , 3 months paid without connection and now a cancellation of the service and as I did not pay they send me to the debit office without source the main issue.
