    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk Why am i being told an engineer will be out every day since our activation date (16th) to activate our broadband and fix the 'major problem'?? An engineer told us that there needs to be a telegraph pole renewal in our area, but not being told that by anyone at talktalk...

    @plusnethelp I am extremely disappointed to find out we have no Internet at home. We supposed to change over today from Talktalk but haven't received our new router and now no Internet. Not the best start with your service guys and girls.

    Okay @TalkTalk, guess I'm just doing all the work for you since your motto is "we'll get an update tomorrow". @OpenreachHelp you need to replace a damaged pole on Bairstow st, Preston. Please discuss it amongst yourselves and help people connect during a pandemic.
