@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

@TalkTalk Hi Jo as you see in messages I’ve already ‘had someone looking into this’ - in fact 5 people during 3.25 hours of hanging asking for an unrequested disconnection to be stopped This didn’t happen Can you make it happen without me becoming a new customer? Lise

@TalkTalk Just spent 30 minutes trying to get my home move date sorted. Got hung up on 3 times and no attempt at call backs. Just passed around departments with 0 help. Not a confident start and super disgraceful service.

@TalkTalk Talk has absolutely failed in resolving customer issues. Your resolving methods are so weak and very poor. U ask customer to connect with different departments and explain them the case? Again and again. Y cant u assign people and get job done???
