@TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

@TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

@TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

I'm so bored of having internet problems now. It's been over a month, many hours lost repeating myself on live chat, three Openreach Engineer visits, one TalkTalk Engineer visit today - all of which telling me there's no fault on the line and no fault in my home. ******** THEN?!

@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

@TalkTalk so I appear to be a victim of your retention team who told me they would match competitors £100 Amazon voucher. I was told you will get it from 3rd party company after 3 months. After further checking with dolly on customer chat IT WAS NEVER applied to my account. 😡

@Edinburghgurl @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp New installs do take a bit of time to settle down & find an optimum speed but if the engineer has left it should be up and running by now. I'd do three things, check to see if you can see the router on your WiFi on your phone - if so it may be you just need to reconnect ur phone

@TalkTalk I see customer service still hopeless. I’ve just spent 40 mins trying to book an engineer you asked me to book - on the number you text me - and had to give up after three operators couldn’t help me. Pls contact me. 🤯
