@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

Hey @TalkTalk How do people contact you in emergencies? I have vulnerable friend with landline down. Your 'customer service' number cuts out (x10 attempts). All contact info removed from website? Not just poor service but very dangerous 😡😡

@devilfiddler Thank you. I gave up waiting for explanations from TalkTalk ages ago They'll never admit it when there's a problem. I switched to their Fibre for a more reliable service at greater expense some time ago. OK for a start but now unreliable frequently.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup really are the absolute PITS. No internet for nearly a month now and they have absolutely no clue whatsoever what is wrong or how to fix it. Very happy to keep taking our money though, of course. Absolute shower of a company. AVOID. #talktalk #shitshit
