@TalkTalk Was never able to get in contact with you via Facebook email or phone only wanted to contact me when I decided to leave . And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

@TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Can’t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

I've tried your service centre page but that shows as ok, but it always does in these circumstances, because any issues seem to take an hour to register at your end. Is it a network issue? @TalkTalk Hello again @TalkTalk after a couple of hours of normal internet service, it all seems to have gone off again? More problems or a continuation of the earlier ones? Can you also confirm where I send my request for compensation for the mobile data I've had to use in the meantime?
